Cognitive development in school performance in high school students
The objective of this research is to determine the cognitive development in the school performance of the students of the upper basic of the fiscal educational institution "Santa Rita", of the Chone canton in the period 2021-2022. The applied methodology had an exploratory and descriptive quantitative-qualitative approach, taking the position of several authors and the opinion of directors and teachers of higher basic education; since they are the ones who guided the teaching-learning process of the students under their charge through various disciplines. When investigating teachers based on the survey carried out, it is evident that most of the respondents have followed the regulations and guidelines issued by the Ministry of Education through the districts with teaching through interdisciplinary projects and the implementation of a curriculum prioritized by the crisis experienced in the pandemic by Covid 19. The result was that teachers assumed the responsibility of bringing knowledge, but also becoming aware of the circumstances and motivation was permanently delivered so that students will take the right direction, being mostly the architects of their learning such as self-discipline, responsibility, and care. 
Developing a Gagne theory-based learning video for thematic subject in elementary school
The COVID-19 has shown many significant impacts in life such as in educational field which required students and teachers to conduct a blended learning using creative learning media. It should be able to make the students learning independently. However, that was not an easy thing since the teacher only used a conventional learning media: lecturing and textbook. To solve it, this research aimed to design learning media which focused on Tematic Subjects from Indonesian curicculum of 2013. The development was focused on Science subject only. The development model used ADDIE model and implemented Gagne's 9 steps/events of learning theory. The results of the research found that (1) design of Science learning video with the ADDIE model, (2) Science learning video is valid with resulted: good predicate (80.4%) on expert review of the subject matters, very good predicate (97, 7%) on expert review of the Science learning video media, very good predicate (94.1%) on learning design expert review, very good predicate (93.76%) on individual test, very good predicate (92.61%) on small group test, and very good predicate (90.45%) on field test. Importantly, (3) the effectiveness of development concluded that there was a significant difference between the results of pretest and posttest
The influences of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on turnover intention
This study aimed to find out partially and simultaneously the influences of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on turnover intention of nursing staff at Bunda General Hospital Palembang. This study used qualitative data through questionnaire statements quantified using a Likert scale of 1-5 points to measure the attitudes, opinions, and perceptions. The total population was 144 people of which 20 of them were used in the survey before starting this study. Therefore, the number of samples was 124 people using the population sampling technique. The data were collected by using a questionnaire that had been tested for its validity and reliability with the result that it was reliable and usable. Multiple Regression Analysis Technique was used to analyze the collected data. The results of the study showed that partially the job satisfaction and organizational commitment had a significant influence on turnover intention; and simultaneously, had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. The findings are expected to be used to improve the performance of nursing staff by providing authority according to task performance, recognition as appreciation for success in completing work well, and increasing organizational commitment to reduce the intention to quit or leave the company
Does transformational leadership, empowerment, and work ethic effect on job enrichment and employee performance?
This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of transformational leadership, empowerment, work ethic on job enrichment and employee performance. The object and location of this research is the Village Credit Institution (LPD) as a financial institution owned by Pakraman Village in 9 districts/cities in Bali. The sampling technique is based on the proportionate random sampling method, which is taking samples from each LPD area of ??the Traditional Village randomly and proportionally, because the population members are homogeneous. The size of the sample is 300 people. Based on the results of the analysis and hypothesis testing that have been carried out, the results of this study indicate that of the 7 hypotheses proposed, all of them are proven true or supported by empirical facts, which predict a significant direct effect between transformational leadership factors, empowerment, work ethic and employee performance
The role of experiential value in mediate experiential marketing on repurchase intention
The various types of culinary businesses offered are so diverse such as restaurants, cafes, lounges, and bars. One local restaurant that is well known to the public is MM Juice and Restaurant. An indicator of the success of a company is determined by the intention to repurchase its consumers on an ongoing basis which is one of the factors that MM Juice and Restaurant want to improve. This study aims to explain the role of experiential value in mediating the effect of experiential marketing on repurchase intention. This research was conducted in Denpasar City involving 185 respondents who live in Denpasar with an age range of 18 years and over and have completed high school education. The method used is online purposive sampling via Google Form. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive statistical analysis technique, path analysis, and Sobel test. The results of this study indicate that experiential marketing has a positive and significant effect on experiential value
Psychopedagogy and its contribution to the emotional state of students
The arrival of psychopedagogy has made it possible to strengthen important areas of knowledge, to an endless number of needs identified in the field of education, plays an important role in teaching and learning, and its contribution to students is focused on psychological research interrelated with cognitive, social, and emotional processes. The role of the counselor is focused on prevention, detection, and intervention in the individual's learning problems, improving their quality of life, especially from the field of emotions, with the practice of emotional intelligence. Therefore, the objective of this work is to analyze the contribution offered by psychopedagogy to the emotional state of students. For the research, the qualitative methodology was used, with a deductive and interpretive approach, applying the bibliographic-descriptive documentary method, based on the specialized literature obtained from reliable sources, which enabled the study to achieve a result that in Ecuador most cases are conducted from the intervention of educational psychologists and teachers, since the existence of professionals in the area (psychopedagogues) is scarce, becoming a demand for the profile in today's society and a career to be promoted by higher education organizations
Development of mathematical skills at the cognitive level of basic general education students
The objective of the research was to evaluate the development of mathematical skills at the cognitive level of Basic General Education students of the Magaly Masson de Valle Carrera Educational Unit in the 2022, that in view of the learning results of the students and that according to national evaluations, the students did not reach the established average according to the evaluations carried out in Ecuador, they present a low cognitive level and a limited development of mathematical skills, for reasons of teacher training in technological and virtual tools, connectivity and the accompaniment of a significant adult at home. In the study, the theory of cognitive development is proposed, who explains how these are developed in the child and how their contribution helps to solve problems, which configure logical connections for the understanding of life situations. The level of the investigation was descriptive and explanatory; the quantitative approach, using scientific, inductive, deductive, analytical, synthetic, and statistical methods. The result was no relationship of mathematical skills in proportion to the cognitive level, in addition to the development of skills in children who had synchronous connectivity was high, who do not accept the virtual class system
Comprehensive training in the language, affective and social development of children at the Santa Martha Child Development Center in Chone Canton in 2022
The problem of this research is to analyze the comprehensive education provided to children, causing a limitation in their normal physical and mental development. From this contradiction, this work is presented, which aims to analyze the influence of the integral formation of the child in the development of language, affective and social of the Child Development Center "Nidito de Ternura" in Santa Marta of the Chone canton in 2022. For this, a bibliographical and exploratory research was used, through which truthful sources were investigated, whose information was analyzed under the analytical-synthetic method. In addition, data was obtained through the information collection instruments, which were tabulated and interpreted using the statistical method. A survey was applied to parents and educators, and an observation sheet for children. From the analysis of the research literature and the quantitative data obtained, the result was that comprehensive training positively influences the development of language, and the socio-affective aspects of children
From green marketing to brand loyalty: Millennial Starbucks consumer perspective
Currently, many companies have implemented green marketing activities in their various activities as part of their social awareness and they are required to reach consumers with green marketing messages in an effort to increase brand loyalty and raise environmentally friendly issues. Starbucks is one of the global companies that implement this. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of green marketing on Starbucks’ brand loyalty. The population in this study is all Starbucks consumers in the millennial generation. In this study, the sample selection technique used a purposive sampling technique of 100 respondents. The analysis technique is simple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that green marketing has an effect on brand loyalty.
Evaluation of the implementation of occupational safety and health management systems on the ayana nort wing bali construction project
Building construction projects have a high level of risk of work accidents, especially for workers in the field. Therefore, at the time of implementation of construction work, it is necessary to evaluate the implementation of occupational safety and health management system (SMK3) to provide a sense of security to workers in the field of this research aimed at evaluating SMK3. This research uses qualitative and quantitative methods to know the implementation of SMK3, by taking data by conducting structured interviews conducted on the building construction project Ayana Nort Wing Bali. Analysis conducted a descriptive analysis based on Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No.50, 2012 advanced with 12 criteria containing 166 criteria elements. The result of this study is the application of PP No. 50 of 2012 for the advanced level of 92.89% categorized as satisfactory. In addition, there are 14 that have not been implemented. This the company that the evaluation level of occupational safety and health management system (SMK3) in the building construction project Ayana North Wing Bali is the level of application is very satisfactory for the project
