A LINGUAGEM CORPORAL DE MOVIMENTO E A EDUCAÇÃO ESCOLAR INFANTIL: UMA EXPERIÊNCIA FORMATIVA
No full textO presente artigo relata as aprendizagens oriundas de um curso de formação de curta duração sobre a linguagem corporal de movimento e a Educação Infantil. Objetivou socializar os saberes e fazeres docentes para organizar a proposição de atividades lúdicas corporais em práticas pedagógicas. Conduzido por professores de Educação Física para pedagogas, a formação resultou na vivência de atividades e momentos de compreensão da linguagem corporal aliada à ludicidade, além de reflexões sobre como torná-la mais significativa nas intervenções pedagógicas. A análise da formação revelou o apreço das participantes em reconhecer as potencialidades das brincadeiras no desenvolvimento das crianças. Conclui-se com reflexões em torno das práticas pedagógicas de caráter lúdico que possam ser usufruídas na infância. Ademais, com percepções sobre o modo como ocorre a formação inicial e continuada de pedagogos para o trato pedagógico da motricidade infantil, que prescinde ações diferenciadas e contextualizadas ao perfil docente que lida com a infância. Educação infantil.ABSTRACTThis article reports the learning from short duration training about movement body language and the children education. It aimed to socialize the teacher’s knowledge and skills to organize the proposition of body playful activities in the pedagogical practices. From Physical Education teachers to educators, the training showed the practice of activities and created comprehension of body language combined with playfulness, as well as reflections on how to make it more meaningful in pedagogical interventions. The training analyzes showed the participants’ appreciation for recognizing the potential of play in children’s development. It ended with reflections on the playful pedagogical practices that can be enjoyed in childhood. Moreover, it was finished with perceptions about the way of educator’s basic training and continued education for acting children’s motricity, that require differentiated and contextualized actions to the childcare workers profile.Keywords: Teacher training. O DINAMISMO DA EDUCAÇÃO A DISTÂNCIA E HÍBRIDA DA AMÉRICA LATINA E BRASIL
Get PDFRESUMONum momento da educação digital, que tende a se consolidar por meio do desenvolvimento de diferentes tecnologias e inovações, as instituições de Ensino Superior enfrentam desafios alusivos às propostas didático-pedagógicas tecnológicas, às estratégias que envolvem o processo de ensino-aprendizagem e aos investimentos referentes às diferentes modalidades presencial e a distância. Apresenta-se nesta reflexão elementos relevantes relacionados à educação híbrida e a distância, dados da América e do Brasil. As transformações no Ensino Superior estão relacionadas também às condições da realidade externa, interna em relação aos investimentos e às perspectivas educacionais, que são impulsionadas pelas demandas sociais, do mundo do trabalho, da globalização e do novo papel do conhecimento. O hibridismo tem se consolidado em experiências diferenciadas e entende-se que este não pode ser considerado como um modelo estático, mas que tende a transformar o contexto no qual está inserido cada vez mais, com os resultados de reflexões acadêmicas a respeito de propostas implantadas, como a sala de aula invertida, uso de diversos aplicativos, entre outros, no Ensino Superior em diferentes países.Palavras-chave: Educação a Distância. Ensino Superior.ABSTRACTAt a time of digital education, which tends to consolidate itself through the development of different technologies and innovations, Higher Education Institutions face challenges related to technological didactic-pedagogical proposals, the strategies that involve the teaching-learning process and the related investments the different modalities, in person and at a distance. In this reflection, relevant elements related to hybrid and distance education are presented, data from America and Brazil. The transformations in Higher Education are also related to the conditions of the external, internal reality in relation to investments and educational perspectives, which are driven by social demands, work, globalization and the new role of knowledge. Hybridism has been consolidated in different experiences and it is understood that this cannot be considered as a static model, but that it tends to transform the context in which it is increasingly inserted, with the results of academic reflections on proposals implemented as the Flipped Classroom, use of various applications, among others, in Higher Education in different countries.Keywords: Distance Education. ESTUDO DA VIABILIDADE TÉCNICA DO PROCESSAMENTO DE RESÍDUOS DE ESPUMA FLEXÍVEL DE POLIURETANO POR UM MOINHO DE FACAS
Get PDFResumoA necessidade de encontrar meios para reciclar materiais que até então eram apenas descartados no meio ambiente traz também a necessidade de conhecermos a viabilidade de alguns processos em meio industrial, avaliando-os não apenas financeira, mas também tecnicamente, por meio do uso de equipamentos de fácil acesso, manuseio e manutenção. Pensando nisso, este trabalho busca aplicar o processo de trituração por moinho de facas a espumas flexíveis de poliuretano, nas quais ainda se percebe carência de estudos em se tratando de sua redução de partículas por meio de processos industriais. Com o uso de um moinho de facas, buscou-se moer aparas da fabricação de assentos sanitários, sendo que a capacidade do processo e a granulometria final do material triturado foram quantitativamente avaliados e o fluxo de material bem como a moagem em si, foram avaliados qualitativamente. Com uma capacidade aproximada de 1 kg/h, uma granulometria apresentando 46,3% das partículas com dimensões de 2,01 a 4,00mm, fluxo e moagem insatisfatórios, este processo, tal como estudado neste trabalho, foi considerado ineficiente na busca de trituração da espuma flexível de poliuretano, mantendo a necessidade de buscar ainda, em meio industrial, solucionar um problema de processo de reciclagem deste material.Palavras-chave: Espuma Flexível de Poliuretano. ABSTRACTThe need of to find ways to recycle materials those only were leave on the environment, brings the need in to know the viability of some processes in industrial scale, evaluating them not just financially form but technically to, by the use of commun, and cheaps, and easily maintenece equipements.Therefore, this paper aims to apply the grind process by knife mill to flexible polyurethane foams those don’t has a great variety of studys about their reduction particle size by processes in industrial scale. Using a knife mill, some foam burrs from the toilet seat fabrication were grinded, and the process capability, as much as the material granulometry, were quantitatively measured. The material flow into the knife mill and the grinder process were qualitatively evaluated. With a capability around 1 kg/h and a granulometry with 46,3% of the particules size around 2,01 to 4,00mm, and flow, and grind unsatisfactory, this process, in that way, was considerd inefficient in find a form of to grind flexible polyurethane foam, and it takes necessary, in industrial way, to solve a problem for reciclyng these kind of material.Keywords: Flexible polyurethane foam. DIVULGAÇÃO DA RESPONSABILIDADE SOCIAL E DESEMPENHO DE UNIVERSIDADES BRASILEIRAS
Get PDFO contexto de debate da Responsabilidade Social (RS), apesar de bastante conhecido, apresenta vieses pouco abordados ou que emergem como suas ramificações, tal como a comunicação da RS. No que tange às universidades, a relação entre a divulgação das ações de responsabilidade social e o seu desempenho pode ainda não estar evidente. Desta forma, o problema de pesquisa que norteia este trabalho é: qual a relação entre a divulgação da responsabilidade social das universidades e o seu desempenho? Assim, objetivou-se analisar a relação entre o desempenho de universidades brasileiras e a divulgação da responsabilidade social em seus sítios eletrônicos. Para isso, foram selecionadas 17 universidades brasileiras presentes no World University Rankings 2015-2016 da Times Higher Education, e os dados foram coletados de seus websites utilizando os sete indicadores CSRIDOW, analisados a partir do coeficiente de correlação de Pearson. Como resultados, não houve significância na relação testada e não há suporte estatístico para apoiar a correlação entre o desempenho das universidades brasileiras e a divulgação de suas ações de responsabilidade social, corroborando estudos prévios. Palavras-chave: Universidades; Responsabilidade Social; Comunicação; Desempenho.ABSTRACTThe context of Social Responsibility (SR) debate, although well known, presents biases that are little addressed or emerge as its ramifications, such as the disclosure of the SR. With regard to universities, the relationship between disclosure of social responsibility actions and their performance may not yet be evident. Thus, the research problem that guides this work is: what is the relationship between the disclosure of the social responsibility of universities and their performance? Thus, the objective was to analyze the relationship between the performance of Brazilian universities and the disclosure of social responsibility on their websites. For this, 17 Brazilian universities were selected from the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2015-2016, and data were collected from their websites using the seven CSRIDOW indicators, analyzed from Pearson’s correlation coefficient. As a result, there was no significance in the relationship tested and there is no statistical support to support the correlation between the performance of Brazilian universities and the disclosure of their social responsibility actions, corroborating previous studies.Keywords: Universities; Social responsability; Communication; Performance
O FENÔMENO SOCIOCULTURAL NO EMPREENDEDORISMO: UM ESTUDO OBSERVACIONAL DO FILME “SANEAMENTO BÁSICO”
Get PDFO Cinema utiliza de discursos e apelos visuais, dentre outras técnicas de convencimento do espectador, para a representação de realidades propositalmente construídas com a finalidade de contar e apresentar uma ordem cronológica e coerente de fatos e acontecimentos. Abdala (2009) corrobora que a narrativa fílmica desenvolve-se analogamente ao mundo real, ou seja, é capaz de construir e apresentar as forças sociais que interagem entre si, assim como acontecimentos históricos, representando um novo ponto de vista sobre a realidade. Dessa forma, essa pesquisa objetiva caracterizar os empreendedorismos social e cultural, por meio do estudo observacional do filme Saneamento Básico. Os dados foram coletados por meio da observação indireta, referentes aos comportamentos e atitudes empreendedoras verbalizadas e não verbalizadas das personagens do filme analisado. A análise de conteúdo foi utilizada para o tratamento dos dados levantados, conforme Bardin (1997). Portanto, nesse estudo, a percepção dos benefícios gerados pela inciativa empreendedora nos campos cultural e social evidencia a importância do estudo desses fenômenos para o crescimento do entendimento e do fomento ao empreendedorismo no ambiente econômico nacional.Palavras-chave: Empreendedorismo social. Análise fílmica.ABSTRACTThe cinema uses speeches and visual appeals, among others techniques of viewer’s convincing for the representation of realities purposely built with a finality to tell and present a chronological and coherent order of facts and events. Abdala (2009) corroborates that a filmic narrative develops herself analogously the real world, in other words, is capable of build and presents the social forces that interact with each other, as well as historical events, representing a new point of view about the reality. In this way, that research has as objective characterize the social and cultural entrepreneurship, using an observational study of the movie Basic Sanitation. The dates were collected through the indirect observation related to the entrepreneurial behaviors and attitudes, verbalized and not verbalized of the reviewed movie characters. The content analysis were used for the dates treatment, as said Bardin (1997). Therefore, in that study, the perception of the benefits generated by the entrepreneurial initiative in the social and cultural fields shows the importance of the study of these phenomena to the growth of the understanding and the entrepreneurship development in the national economic environment. PRODUÇÃO BRASILEIRA EM ERGONOMIA NO CENÁRIO INTERNACIONAL
Get PDFA Ergonomia no Brasil vem ganhando destaque nos últimos anos e se consolidando como importante área de conhecimento, e atraído um número crescente de pesquisadores. No entanto, ainda há uma lacuna quanto à compreensão da inserção de pesquisadores brasileiros no contexto internacional e, em particular, no que se refere ao registro de suas produções em bases científicas com amplo alcance global. É neste contexto que o presente trabalho pretende demonstrar um levantamento quantitativo das publicações de pesquisadores brasileiros em periódicos internacionais com a temática Ergonomia entre os anos de 2000 e 2019. Para tanto, se desenvolve aqui um levantamento bibliométrico que considera publicações associadas ao tema Ergonomia inseridas em bases de alcance internacional nos últimos 19 anos, e produzidas por autores brasileiros vinculados a instituições brasileiras. O referido levantamento ocorreu em bases de repositórios com reconhecida proeminência entre janeiro e outubro de 2019 e contou com a seleção de informações por meio de operadores booleanos. Fica evidente pela produção identificada que o Brasil vem ganhando força nos últimos anos no que compete à produção acadêmica com foco em Ergonomia e em âmbito global. Apesar de sua posição relativamente às produções advindas das principais potências econômicas atuais, o país assume um destaque como protagonista da Ergonomia na América Latina. Quase que a totalidade da produção acadêmica internacional nesta área emerge por meio de autores brasileiros provindos de Universidades públicas e federais, o que talvez aponte para a importância destas instituições como celeiros de produção acadêmica e como potenciais protagonistas para consolidação do Brasil como país representativo em pesquisa na área.Palavras-chave: Ergonomia. América Latina.ABSTRACTErgonomics in Brazil has been reaching prominence in recent years, consolidating itself as an important area of knowledge and attracting a growing number of researchers. However, there is still a gap regarding the understanding of the participation of Brazilian researchers in the international context, in particular regarding the registration of their productions in scientific bases with wide global scope. With this in mind, this paper presents a quantitative survey of Brazilian researchers featured in international journals between 2000 and 2019. To this end, a bibliometric survey is developed considering publications related to the subject Ergonomics hosted in bases with wide international reach in the last 19 years, and produced by Brazilian authors linked to Brazilian institutions. This survey took place in repository bases with recognized prominence between January and October 2019 months and involved the selection of information through Boolean operators. It is evident from the identified production that Brazil has been gaining strength in recent years regarding to academic production in the global scope and focusing on Ergonomics. Despite its position regarding the productions coming from the main current economies, the country assumes a prominence as protagonist of the Ergonomics area in Latin America. Virtually all of the international academic production in this area emerges through Brazilian authors from public and federal universities, which can highlight the importance of these institutions as environments of academic production and as potential protagonists for the consolidation of Brazil as a representative country in research in this field. of knowledge.Keywords: Ergonomics. WHAT INNOVATION MEANS FOR THE ADOPTION OF ECO-INNOVATION IN A CHEMICAL COMPANY?
Get PDFABSTRACTThere are internal and external factors that influence companies on the implementation of eco-innovation. This article aims to analyze what leads a chemical company from an emerging country to adopt eco-innovation. We developed a qualitative case study based on external and internal factors. The results indicate that the company focused mainly on Research and Development (R&D) and product innovation, emphasizing that innovation can bring advantages in the integration of eco-innovation in its processes. In relation to the drivers for adopting eco-innovation, the influence is more external, based on normative pressures, cooperation and technology. The main challenge is to align sustainable concepts with company strategy, while integrating innovation across departments, this did not drive eco-innovation strategies. Background research on eco-innovation can help policymakers guide and predict corporate behavior and develop mechanisms to encourage environmental management.Keywords: Eco-Innovation. Chemical Industry. Sustainability.RESUMOFatores internos e externos podem influenciar a implementação de ecoinovação nas empresas. Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar o que leva uma empresa química de um país emergente a adotar uma ecoinovação. Por meio de um estudo de caso qualitativo, com base nos fatores externos e internos, observou-se que a empresa é focada principalmente em Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento (P&D) e inovação de produto, enfatizando que inovação pode trazer vantagens na integração da ecoinovação em seus processos. Em relação aos direcionadores para adoção da ecoinovação, a influência é mais externa, pelas pressões normativas, cooperação e tecnologia. O principal desafio é alinhar sustentabilidade à estratégia da empresa. A inovação é transversalmente integrada nos departamentos, mas isso não impulsionou estratégias de ecoinovação. Pesquisas sobre antecedentes da ecoinovação podem ajudar os formuladores de políticas a orientar e prever o comportamento das empresas e desenvolver mecanismos para estimular uma gestão ambiental.Palavras-chave: Ecoinovação. ENSINO HÍBRIDO E O DESENVOLVIMENTO DE COMPETÊNCIAS GERAIS DA BASE NACIONAL COMUM CURRICULAR
Get PDFRESUMOA Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC) é a referência de todas as instituições escolares para a formulação de seus currículos e propõe, juntamente com o desenvolvimento intelectual e cognitivo dos estudantes, o desenvolvimento de algumas competências gerais, dentre elas as habilidades de comunicação, argumentação, empatia e cooperação, assim como a compreensão de uma educação para a cultura digital e a curiosidade científica. Neste sentido, este artigo tem por objetivo relacionar o Ensino Híbrido como um possível modelo de aula que pode contribuir com o desenvolvimento dessas competências gerais, pois possui momentos de aprendizagem que podem ser coletivos ou individuais e ainda possibilita o uso de tecnologias digitais. Este é um relato de experiência que tem por finalidade mostrar a prática docente aliada a uma teoria que embasa cada decisão de planejamento, execução e reflexão pós-prática para a elaboração de aulas que atendam ao que é proposto na BNCC. Os resultados dessa experiência prática evidenciam que a intencionalidade do professor ao preparar cada experiência de aprendizagem oferecida aos estudantes pode impactar no desenvolvimento das competências gerais propostas pela BNCC, fazendo-se necessário repensar a prática docente.Palavras-chave: Ensino Híbrido. Competências.ABSTRACTThe National Common Curricular Base (NCCB) is the reference of all educational institutions for the formulation of their curricula and proposes, together with the students' intellectual and cognitive development, the development of some general skills, among them, communication, argumentation, empathy and cooperation skills, as well as understanding education for digital culture and scientific curiosity. In this sense, this paper aims to relate Blended Learning as a possible model of class that can contribute to the development of these general competencies, as it has moments of learning, which can be collective or individual and also allows the use of digital technologies. This is an experience report that aims to show the teaching practice combined with a theory that supports each decision of planning, execution and post-practice reflection for the preparation of classes that meet what is proposed in the NCCB. The results of this practical experience show that the teacher's intentionality in preparing each learning experience offered to students can impact the development of the general skills proposed by NCCB, making it necessary to rethink the teaching practice.Keywords: Blended Learning.
