Impact of Relational Benefit on Customer Loyalty with the Mediating Role of Customer Satisfaction: A Study of Selective Banks of Pakistan
Objective: The research paper opens up to Relationship Marketing approach with the objective to find an array of factors facilitating Customer Loyalty in Banks: Customer Relational Benefit has been studied to increase Customer Satisfaction and thus, Customer Loyalty as well.
Methodology: This study focuses on and talks about empirical findings from 422 customers of different banks situated in Multan. AMOS and SPSS were used to analyze the data. Descriptive statistics, frequency distribution, correlation, confirmatory factor analysis and structure equation modeling tools were used to analyze the data.
Findings: The key finding in this Research Paper indicates that customer relational benefits & customer satisfaction are key players that enhance and retain the customer loyalty.
Implications: This study provides a comprehensive guide line for managers to access and retain the loyal customers
Design And Build an Android-Based Educational Gaming App Using Construct 3 Software at PT. EDUCA SISFOMEDIA INDONESIA
When it has entered the era of technology that is increasingly developing, one of which is the rampant development of gadgets, especially android-based, which is more owned by users and there are various applications, one of which is games that make children's concentration distracted so that children are more fun to spend their time on gadgets because the display and multimedia offered are not only that games can be played from an early age to an age causing inhibiting reading attention impact on the shrinking development of education at an early age [1]. To be able to keep pace with the growth that is certainly about to increase until the combination of technology with education that creates educational games can be an important role in the context of learning as a form of innovation. Website Analysis on www.ibi-k57.ac.id using WebQual 4.0 and Importance Performance Analysis
Objective: The purpose of this paper is to analysis Website Quality of IBIK 57 in Usability, Information, Service Interaction and User Satisfaction, combine with Importance Performance Analysis to decide what dimension should be improve to make a better Website.
Methodology: A questionnaire survey was administered to 90 responent in IBIK 57. SPSS as statistical tools were used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses that alliance performance is impacted, This study used Webqual 4.0 methodology to evaluate the website quality and see the importance of that quality using IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) to see how IBIK 57 maintain that user expectations.
Results: From four dimension that Webqual 4.0 provide for this research and total of 60 respondent as sample this research, authors found that all of dimension has significance result to satisfied users with specific Information on facilities, News and contents from the website.
Implication: Average respondent were satisfied with the Information, News and contents in the web both from the value of all respondents and each research variable. The existing results from website user can be used as feedback on evaluation and development of IBIK 57 website to be more accommodating to the wishes and in accordance with the expectations of website users
Review of Primary Level Curriculum for Students having Vision Related Challenges Formulated by Punjab Textbook Board, Lahore
Purpose: Although Single National Curriculum (SNC) is implemented in all over the country from April 2021 at primary level as per commitment of the ruling party in Pakistan. However, the pre-existing and implemented curriculum formulated by Punjab Curriculum and Textbook Board is still followed in special education institutions of Punjab because preparation process is still going on for the implementation of SNC in these institutions. The academic capability of Children with Visual Impairment (CWVI) is usually considered as that of non-disabled students due to their good cognitive skills. Directorate of Special Education Punjab adopted the same curriculum for CWVI. This study is an effort to identify the standards, benchmarks and student learning outcomes (SLOs) which are difficult to accomplish for CWVI.
Methodology: It was a descriptive qualitative study by nature and curriculum review/document analysis technique was applied to study the implemented and existing curriculum. The complete curriculum of six key learning areas at pre-primary level proposed by implemented curriculum are as follows; personal and civic sense, language related learning, nature numerical concepts, our environment and surroundings, personal care, personal cleanliness and self protection, and artistic abilities. likewise existing curriculum offers these learning areas till fifth grade; Islamiat/ Ethics and morality, Urdu, English, Maths, Science, General Knowledge and Social Studies. The data were retrieved from the website of Punjab Curriculum and Textbook Board. Obtained data was coded; basic themes were extracted & discussed.
Findings: study demonstrated that many standards, benchmarks and student learning outcomes (SLOs) were attainable for students with visual challenges like regular students however several standards, benchmarks and student learning outcomes were found problematic for children having vision related disabilities because of their handicapping condition and unavailability of assistive technology in their educational institutions.
Implications: Need based amendments maybe applied for visually challenged students particularly for the achievement of standards, benchmarks and students learning outcomes in geography, geometry, and sciences. Pictures, sketches and maps should be replaced by other productive activities for blind and low vision students.  
Influence of Construction Project Performance Indicators on Project Success Moderating Role of Pandemic Covid-19 and Project Evaluation Management
Purpose: The main objective of this study is to identify moderating effect of pandemic covid-19 and project evaluation management between construction project performance indicators and projects success. Construction Project performance indicators were found to have a significant influence on Project Success along with the moderating role of Pandemic Covid-19 and Project Evaluation Management
Design/Methodology/Approach:
A quantitative research strategy is used to collect primary data from the 250 project managers working in construction firms in Pakistan. A questionnaire survey is used to collect data and the collected data is analyzed by performing tests of reliability, validity, correlation, and multiple regression analysis in SPSS software, and the moderation effect is studied by using Hayes Process Macro.
Findings: The study concluded that communication factors, Supply chain factors, and Human Resource factors have a significant effect on the success of the project. When these three construction Project Performance Indicators are moderated with Pandemic Covid-19 and Project Evaluation Management show significant results, The results conclude that both moderators significantly moderate the effect of Human Resource Factors, Supply Chain Factors, and Communication Factors on Project Success.
Implications/Originality/Value: The findings of this study will be helpful for the practitioners to minimize the effect of Pandemic covid-19 by adopting proper project management techniques.  
The Right to Privacy, Its Progress & Decline: A Critical Review
Purpose: This article is aimed to analyze the different Philosophical and legal perspectives of privacy in the United States with reference to a few landmark cases in the U.S. My debate will cover different situations, views, and laws in the US, the EU, and Pakistan (to some extent) to critically view present and ongoing violations (now mostly agreed with opinion) of the right to privacy. W. A. Parents and others on the definition of privacy and Louis D Brandeis on a political and legal ideal of privacy have been talked about.
Approach: prior research studies and existing literature was examined regarding privacy.
Findings: Privacy is acknowledged as a human rights issue, but it constitutes a real problem when the values and objectives behind privacy are different. Contemporary issues of unlimited surveillance and data collection to battle terrorism by law enforcement agencies and governments are particularly alarming to invade the right
Transformational and Transactional Leadership as a Function of Employee Performance
Purpose: Using responses from 176 employees working in the top leadership role in the FMCG sector of Pakistan, this study aimed to investigate the effect of transformational and transactional leadership on employee performance.
Design/Methodology/Approach: A quantitative approach was adopted, while a convenience sampling technique was used for data collection. The results were analyzed using the SmartPLS and SPSS, i.e., Partial Least Square, and the Measurement Model included Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Factor Loadings.
Findings: According to the findings of our study, transactional (TRLS) and transformational leadership (TFLS) are positively correlated with employee performance. Thus, transformational and transactional leadership positively affect employee performance in Pakistan’s FMCG sector
Implications/Originality/Value: This study shall help the directors, top management, and executives working in the leadership roles to develop better pathways for achieving high objectives in terms of performance
Tax Collection in Pakistan: Determinants and Impact on Economic Growth
Purpose: Taxes are the primary source of government revenues. Through taxes, governments can increase the revenues needed for public spending. This study is aimed at investigating the determinants of tax collection and its impact on the economic growth of Pakistan.
Design/Methodology/Approach: The secondary data has been taken for the years from 1990 to 2020 from different sources such as the World Bank and Pakistan Economic Survey. The regression analysis has been performed on the collected data. Tax collection is taken as the dependent variable, whereas gross domestic product per capita, exchange rate, import, export, unemployment rate, and inflation rate have been taken as independent variables.
Findings: Results indicate a significant impact of GDP per capita, exchange rate, imports and exports on tax collection in Pakistan. Tax collection has a positive and significant impact on economic growth.
Implications/Originality/Value: This study highlight the need to frame policies for increasing gross domestic product per capita, controlling inflation and unemployment for greater attraction of taxpayer for the sake of high tax collection. The high unemployment rate and inflation are the main barriers to tax collection and the country's better economic growth. This study will be helpful to related public-sector institutions in improving tax collection in Pakistan and the government should take necessary steps to improve and develop a strong mechanism to collect taxes.  
Compliance Level with IFRS 7 by Deposit Money Banks: Whither Nigeria
Purpose: The study examines the compliance level with IFRS 7 by deposit money banks in Nigeria for the period between 2017-2020.
Design/Methodology/Approach: The study adopts an un-weighted disclosure index method to test the two hypotheses and using Qualitative Grading System (QGS) to rank the level of compliance with the aid of explorative research design.
Findings: The study found that in average, the over-all compliance by DMBs at commencement year stood at 51.04% and this implies that as at the commencement year DMBs weakly complied with the requirements of IFRS 7.
Implications/Originality/Value: The study concluded that though DMBs in Nigeria do not totally comply with the provisions of IFRS 7 throughout the study period yet, there have been significant improvements in the level of compliance with the standard disclosure in the annual reports of DMBs in Nigeria. It’s therefore recommending that banks should strive to ensure full compliance with the standards as this will add more confidence in the economy. This must be done with the enforcement of regulatory bodies. The FRCN should intensify its mandate to ensure banks strictly comply with the provisions of IFRS
Impact of Board Characteristics on Firm Performance in Turkey
Objective: How to increase firm performance? This paper seeks to answer this question by analyzing the effect of some variables, especially board size and board independence with firm performance. In this regard, the current paper uses non-financial firms listed on Borsa Istanbul stock change between the period of 2013 and 2015.
Methodology: On the other hand, the current research used random sampling of abovementioned firms which was listed on BIST. Correspondingly, to address the association among board characteristics (e.g. interlocking directors, size, and independence) and firm performance the present research adopted an agency theory as well as resource dependency theory. Plus, utilizing the descriptive statistics, relationship matrix tests, and linear multiple regression as the principal statistical tests via (STATA V.14 and SPSS V25).
Findings: As a consequent, the current paper pointed out a various conclusion, most significant one shows that there is a positive association among the (board size, interlocking directors, board independence, and firm performance).
Implications: Lastly, the current research suggested for future studies might address bigger sample, wider time frame, and further board of director’s characteristics for instant, age and nationality.
