Level of Awareness and Understanding towards Money Mule Among Malaysian Citizens
Objective: Money mule is a bank account used by another person unknowingly or voluntarily by the owner of the account to obtain a reward or by fraudulent means for illegal or illegal financial transactions. Syndicates usually get these mule accounts (also known as surrogate accounts) by deceiving those who need extra income and have a low level of financial literacy. This study will determine the level of awareness towards money mule and understanding towards the dangerous of money mule. In this research, both quantitative and qualitative approaches will be employed with surveys and interviews.
Methodology: A Systematic Review was conducted in this study considering potential articles published from January 2020 to October 2021. Electronic data collection through Goggle Scholar (50 journals) was identified to studies related to the level of awareness on money mule or money laundering.
Findings: This study concludes that, although the law enforcement agencies have the power to investigate money laundering and terrorism financing under the act, Malaysia is lacking in having a good investigative support system to assist the law enforcement agencies during the investigation process.
Implications: Special attention should be given to any complex and unusual business transactions, especially if there seems to be an unlawful purpose. Programs to educate public on money laundering should be found in order to raise awareness towards money laundering and financing of terrorism.

Findings: The socio-cultural conditions are progressive and favorable for women in Punjab, compared to the rest of the provinces still, women do not feel empowered. The primary challenges to empowerment include Patriarchy, a less supportive family system, domestic violence and abuses, and misinterpretation of the religious teachings.
Implications/Originality/Value: Transformation in traditional socio-cultural patterns, Redefining the gender roles and responsibilities, means of communications, support of men, and women themselves can act as agents of re-shaping the power structures
Most Stringent Test of Independence in W× K Contingency Tables for Nominal Data Using Monte Carlo Simulations
Purpose: This study aims to analyze the performance of tests of independence for nominal data. Tests of independence is one of the most used statistical techniques in econometrics. A principal interest in many studies regarding contingency tables is to test if the variables are independent in contingency table (CT’s). Many standard tests are available for nominal data. However, there is no clarity about choice of tests for various kinds of Data Generating Process (DGP) of nominal data.
Design/Methodology/Approach: This study used stringent criteria (SC) for evaluation of optimal test of independence among a large numbers of tests of independence in w × k contingency tables using Monte Carlo simulations.
Findings: The most stringent test of independence is Logarithmic Minimum Square (LMS) in w × k contingency table for nominal data.
Implications/Originality/Value: This Paper gives very clear guidance to practitioner about use of tests of independence for nominal data. Results recommends based on solid estimation of Monte Carlo Simulation and algorithm for a variety of Data Generating Process (DGP) in w × k contingency tables. We came to conclusion and recommended clearly that Logarithmic Minimum Square (LMS) is the optimal and most stringent test, and no other test can beat it for nominal data in w × k contingency tables.

Analyzing English Translation of Premchand’s Urdu Short Stories: A Cultural Perspective
Purpose: The aim of this research is to look at the idea of mistranslation in English translations of Premchand’s Urdu short stories. The source text is Urdu short stories penned by Premchand and the target text is its English translation. Translating the culture of source language is considered to be one of the most challenging tasks faced by translators. The translators confront several challenges to translate the source culture.
Design/Methodology/Approach: The researchers use the model of Newmark in order to analyze the mistranslation from the cultural perspectives. It has always been a heated debate whether the cultural embedded ideas and concepts may be exactly translated into target language or not. Though the translators have been using various strategies in order to translate the culturally specific items both in form of material and expression, they are not fully successful in translating the cultural specific terms and concepts. These culture embedded concepts can be the religious beliefs or social dialogues that are only understandable for the source culture readers.
Findings: The study concludes that mistranslation occurs because of many reasons such as translator’s immature knowledge of the two languages, translator’s intentional use of mistranslation, cultural barriers, language differences on lexical level and ideological differences.
Implications/Originality/Value: The study also reveals that there are many problems in the translation of the cultural items both in material forms and expressions due to translators, incompetence intercultural pragmatics

Symbioses between Green Marketing Sustainability and Competition Law in Malaysia
Purpose: The urgency to control and reduce environmental disasters to the air and water as well as plastic pollution, acute deforestation, industrial waste, chemical spills, climate change and global warming calamity has triggered the universal Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) policy. Thus, diverting the attention of every level of human activity towards attaining a ‘sustainable’ environment. This universal war against such environmental disasters has developed a reason to incorporate SDG policy goals into the Competition Law and Policy (CLP) globally. This exploratory study aimed to determine the symbiosis between the competition law and United Nations (UN), SDG policy application under Competition Act 2010 for promoting and enhancing Green Marketing (GM) in Malaysia.
Methodology: The study examines viable options for competition regulators to address sustainability policy for green marketing (GM) benefits under the scope of CLP. The study applies qualitative analysis by way of comparative study to the European Union (EU) approach to determine GM marketing legitimacy for acclaiming SDG policy as a criterion within the exemption proviso in the Competition Act 2010, Malaysia.
Findings: Competition Law can support GM sustainability initiatives to improve the environment since GM is not just about producing and marketing environmentally sustainable products but from a broader perspective contributes to innovation and consumer welfare. Hence, GM's social market and societal benefits towards sustainability objectives are arguably considered to outweigh its countervailing anticompetitive effects for sustainable exemption policy under the CLP. However, GM can only substantially contribute to addressing global warming and the environment under the SDG if applied legitimately. In addition, the GM must be also endorsed to incorporate broader environmental-related benefit policy within its competition law prohibition and exemption framework to resonate with the UN’s SDG.
Implications/Originality/Value: The endorsement of GM sustainable benefits by way of exemption, exception or being pro-competitive allows a fair competitive advantage for GM industry growth. The research examines and proposes the exemption options for GM-related mergers, a collaboration by way of agreement and government exception policies under CA2010
