Effect of Net Profit, Debt & Operating Cash Flow on Dividend Policy in Automotive Companies Listed on the Idx During the Covid-19 Pandemi Era (2020-2021)
Purpose: The main goal of this research is to examine the potential impact of net profit, bank debt, and cash flow on Dividend disbursements in automotive companies that are on the Indonesian Stock Exchanges amid the Covid-19 pandemic period (2020-2021). It is important to acknowledge that automotive industry has been granted several tax advantages amidst the Covid-19 pandemic.
Design/Methodology/Approach: The secondary data used was obtained from the website https://idx.co.id/ and quantitative methods involving statistics are classical assumption tests and regression analysis.
Implications/Originality/Value: The outcomes of this research indicate that net profits, debt, and cash flow have a notable impact on dividend payout, we expect that this result should be used in the development of automotive industry in Indonesian.  
Relationships of HRM Functions, Chinese Culture and Employee Outcomes in Privately-owned SMEs in China
Purpose: This research investigates the role of selected human resource management (HRM) functions and the influence of Chinese culture on employee outcomes in privately-owned small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in China.
Design/Methodology/Approach: The study utilized a descriptive quantitative approach, in which a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire has been used during data collection. The research employs a regression model to analyze the relationship between selected HRM functions and employee outcomes using a sample of 308 respondents. The collected data were then analyzed using SPSS and the regression model to test the hypotheses.
Findings: The results indicate that HRM functions, such as recruitment, performance management, reward management, learning and development, and HR planning, significantly contribute to positive employee outcomes. Interestingly, the study finds that Chinese culture moderates the connection between HRM functions and employee outcomes, thus emphasizing the importance of cultural factors in HRM strategies.
Implications/Originality/Value: This study has added value to management literature and offers few practical managerial implications. It also provides valuable insights for SMEs in China, highlighting the necessity for culturally tailored HRM functions to achieve better employee outcomes
Untangling the Puzzle of Cash Holding Net Working Capital & Financial Performance: A Case of Pakistan Stock Market
Purpose:This study examines the impact of liquidity, cash flow operations, and cash holding on a firm’s profitability, with a moderating role of net working capital.The trade-off and pecking order theories are studied to formulate hypotheses to test the explanatory variables that affect a firm’s profitability of companies in Pakistan Stock Market.
Methodology:The quantitative approach was used in this study and the panel data of selected companies were extracted from the Osiris database from 2009 to 2018.
Findings:The results show a significant positive connection between liquidity, cash flow operations, cash holdings, net working capital and ROA. As a result, the study’s model was accepted, explaining that liquidity, cash holdings, and cash flow operations positively and significantly affect the ROA.
Implications/Originality/Value:Limited evidence is available regarding the impact of net working capital on the affiliation between cash holding and profitability within the Pakistan Stock Market. The present study endeavors to address the above gap by investigating the moderating impact of net working capital on the association between selected factors of cash holding and profitability
Dividend Payout Policy in Respect of company Performance: An Overview of Manufacturing Sector of Pakistan
Purpose: The suggestion between dividend distribution policies and the commercial success of Pakistani cement business is explained by the current study.
Design/Methodology/Approach: Four factors were used to control the relationship between the dividend distribution strategy and business success, taking into account pertinent theories. These factors include the firm's Extent and growth, its debt to equity ratio and its municipal supremacy index. Over the course of six years from 2012 to 2017 panel data was used.
Findings: The study lays out a route that may direct further investigation into more definitive and useful discoveries. Future research may be examined the potential upshots of tax laws, regulations, occasions, and bonus payout patterns on upshotiveness and payout strategy would likely be of interest to academics and other stakeholder. Future research should take into account additional controlling analysts and industry performs, to see if they can be significant in creating a bonus strategy.
Implications/Originality/Value: Present-day investigation's discoveries has a number of ramifications and help to simplify the bonus payout strategy's business performs in non-fiscal firms in Pakistan's top manufacturing sectors. Given that pay out-based bonus payout rules increase a firm's upshotiveness, fiscal executives are advised to develop a commitment to these rules and take steps to stabilize their bonus payment rules
Business Management Model of Private and Public News Channels in Pakistan: A Case Study of GEO News and PTV News
Purpose: The chief purpose of this study was designed to explore the phenomenal changes of business management models of the private and public news channels in Pakistan. The rationale behind this objective was to explore changing business approaches as adopted by the private news channel like Geo News and the public news channel like PTV News. The advent of the social media has altogether changed the landscape for the traditional media including newspapers and news channels, therefore, it seemed quite appropriate to explore new strategies for enhancing business for news channels in Pakistan.
Design/Methodology/Approach: The study employed in-depth interviews qualitative method to collect qualitative data from different patterns of data for major themes. Qualitative Content Analysis was partially employed to minimize large stream of data into small chunk and analyze data accordingly.
Findings: The study found out that the state-run news channel like PTV News was solely relying for financial support on the federal and provincial governments. Accordingly, the PTV News was providing absolute coverage to public departments and enhancing image of the ministers of the ruling political party and their ministries to enhance their public trust. However, the private news channel like GEO News has to make all-out efforts on advertising agencies, real estate sectors, multi-national companies, national and international corporations to meet its financial besides enhancing business of the Channel. Reciprocally, the private sector providing huge funding to GEO News has some sort of influence on its editorial content and news coverage thus compromising freedom of express to some extent.
Implications/Originality/Value: The study has drawn a visible line between financial expenditure and its impact on news coverage and editorial policy. PTV News was providing absolute coverage to public departments due to financial dependency, whereas the GEO News was providing coverage to all political parties and other public and private sector with slight difference. However, the freedom of expression of the GEO News was compromised to some extent because of financial dependency.  
Investigating the Impact of Derivatives on Stability in the Financial Performance of the Banking Sector of Pakistan
Purpose: The aim of the paper is twofold, to contribute to the ongoing debate regarding highlighting the determinants of derivative usage by commercial banks specifically from a dual banking economy perspective, and to discuss the influence of derivatives usage on the value and stability in the financial performance of the banking sector of Pakistan.
Design/Methodology/Approach: The study used the Z-Score and CAMELS Index to compare the stability analysis from different dimensions. Further, the impact of bank-controlled variables on the use of derivatives has also been analyzed.
Findings: By conducting Panel regression models, the results revealed that derivatives used by banks reduce the profitability and ultimately stability of banking and increase the bank-specific risk.
Implications/Originality/Value: These findings point towards serious intentions regarding using derivative instruments in an economy where dual banking is practiced
From Loyal to Saboteur: The impact of Aggression on Consumer-Brand Relationships
Purpose: This study examines the phenomenon of consumer brand sabotage (CBS), with a particular emphasis on exploring the relationships between aggressive personality traits and intentions to engage in CBS. This study specifically investigates that how hostility, rage, physical aggression, verbal aggression, and customer brand sabotage intentions are interrelated. The study's objective is to provide details on the motivations and actions of those who deliberately take action to harm a brand by eroding consumer associations.
Design/Methodology/Approach: Data for the study comprises a sample of 178 Pakistani university students using survey questionnaires. In order to assess aggressive personality traits, the (Buss and Perry, 2002) aggression scale was used, as well as a scale developed by (Kähr, 2016) and colleagues to gauge customer brand sabotage intentions. In addition, we considered control variables like age, gender, and education.
Findings: There is a direct link between hostility and customer brand sabotage intentions. Anger and customer brand sabotage intentions were found to have a similar positive and significant relationship. Contrary to expectations, however, verbal or physical aggression was not significantly correlated with customer brand sabotage intentions.
Implications/Originality/Value: This study makes recommendations for brand managers and marketers that emphasize the importance of understanding and preventing consumer brand sabotage. Furthermore, the paper argues that avoiding CBS might not be immediately compatible with techniques for handling verbal and physical aggression, necessitating the development of novel approaches
Availability, Condition and Management of Necessary Resources for Vision Impaired Kids in Public Sector Special Education Organizations of Punjab Pakistan
Objective: Without the necessary facilities and service no special education institution can achieve its predetermined targets this study is an effort to explore the availability and condition of necessary facilities and services for children with vision impairment in government special education institutions of Punjab.
Methodology: It was descriptive quantitative research by nature. Survey method was applied to take information about availability and present condition of necessary facilities and services from randomly selected 53 government special education institutions situated in 28 districts in all over the Punjab. The data was collected using a personally formulated, validated likert-type opinioned. Chronbach alpha has been applied to assess the instrument's reliability and the result was 0.81. The one checklist was responded by any accessible official from each institution. Most of the respondents were teachers. Principle author collected data personally. Researchers used descriptive and inferential statistics for the sake of data collection.
Findings: The findings show that some provisions and services, such as free education and a monthly stipend, are adequately provided in public sector organizations for special kids. But, a significant number of essential facilities and services are either absent or in subpar condition in most of the academic organizations working for special kids. Such as the availability of ramps and stairs, easy to use computer lab & library for visually challenged students, and books in Braille when needed, etc.
Implications: According to a study, government special education institutions should promptly provide all essential resources and services. Additionally, it's important to maintain and use effectively the facilities that are available
Exploring the Impact of Digital Leadership on Sustainable Performance with Mediating Role of Artificial Intelligence
Purpose: The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of digital leadership on sustainable performance, specifically focusing on the mediating role of artificial intelligence within the business environment.
Design/Methodology/Approach:
This study surveyed 230 employees from several industrial estate businesses using a case study technique. Questionnaires were used to collect the data, which was subsequently analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The findings indicated that there is an indirect effect on long-term performance due to the multidirectional links between mediators and digital leadership. This study found, specifically, that AI and digital leadership greatly enhance inventive talents, which in turn enhances sustainable performance.
Findings: This study's findings highlight the critical role that digital leadership plays in fusing sustainability and artificial intelligence, two concepts that when coupled have the potential to improve an organization's performance and productivity.
Implications/Originality/Value: This study presents new insights into the role that technology skills and innovative digital behaviors play in achieving long-term performance
Android Mobile Application for Healing Ischemic Stroke Patient by Supporting from Album Music
Objective: This research aims to build a mobile application that can make it easier for the therapist Ischemic stroke to get and collect the music albums presented in the form of a mobile. The application is used to be able to give best recommendation about music albums without any obstacle to get it like therapist have to come to music store for what they need to heal they patients.
Methodology: The methodology used in this research is interview the user and study literature to take their experience about the problem the have in it.
Results: The results of this study are in the form of a mobile application that can provide information about the album music’s. Using literature review can increase the purpose of mobile application to make it happen in user needs
Implication: This study presents a mobile application to make it easier for therapist to find album music for what they need. It is presented as a android application so that therapist can easily access it. This paper provides a valuable reference for therapist and the public to increase heal their patients or they have same illness
