Family Strategy in Giving Antipsychotic Medications to Family Members with Mental Disorders
Introduction: Recurrence in people with mental disorders is often due to medication withdrawal. The primary supporter of giving medications at home is the family. The purpose of this study was to identify the family strategy for treating family members who have mental disorders with antipsychotic medications.Method: The method used in this study is survey-based descriptive quantitative research with 100 samples that are representative of families with mental disorders and using accidental sampling technique. The inclusion criteria were family accompanying them with mental disorders control to a mental hospital who had difficulty taking medicine. The researcher's questionnaire is based on a literature review. The analysis and presenting of data use frequency distribution. Results: The survey showed that the strategy most often used was to involve patients in the decision to get medicine (100%). The most frequently successful families were to understand patients' importance and remind them when to take medicine (93%), but most often, it didn't work. Instead, what is done is to involve the patient in the decision to get the medications (16%), and the most that has never been done is to change the oral to injection medication (65%).Conclusions: A family responsibility to reduce the rate of recurrence should be to remind the patient to take their medications

Relationship Of Self Determination With Academic Resilience In Facing Lectures
Introduction: Self-determination is a method of internal student motivation for reaching their academic goals. Students encounter academic challenges while working toward their goals, which causes them to develop varied levels of resilience. Methods: A cross-sectional method and correlation description were utilized in the research design. Using a proportionate stratified random sampling technique, this study involved 243 students from a state university in Pekanbaru. Self-determination was measured by Basic Psychological Need Satisfaction Scale (BPNS) in General and the Academic Resilience Scale to measure academic resilience. Results: The results showed that there was a siginificant relationship between academic resilience and self-determination (p = 0,000).Conclusions: Students' levels of self-determination are strongly connected with how resilient they are in the classroom. The level of self-determination displayed by students during lectures is directly correlated with the degree of academic resilience displayed by those students. Researchers encourage students to strengthen their academic resilience and maintain their motivation for success since those that do it would be more motivated to do well in college
SURVEY OF NURSING STUDENTS KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE USE OF 3S REFERENCE (SDKI, SLKI, SIKI) ON NURSING CARE DOCUMENTATION
Introduction: The application of the Indonesian Nursing Diagnosis Standards (SDKI), the Indonesian Nursing Intervention Standards (SIKI) and the Indonesian Nursing Outcomes Standards (SLKI) are very important for nurses to know in carrying out nursing care practices in all health care settings. Nursing diagnoses are part of the stages of the nursing process, currently the SDKI is used as a benchmark and guide in establishing nursing diagnoses in order to provide effective and safe nursing care.Method: This study uses a quantitative design with descriptive analysis by measuring the frequency distribution. using accidental sampling which refers to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria set by the researcher. The research will be conducted using a Google Form and distributed to nursing students at nursing education institutions in the AIPNI Regional XII area. Results: The characteristics of the majority of research respondents are in the age range of 17-25 years (67.4%), the dominant gender is female (87.2%), Muslim (74.5%), and the origin of the location of the institution is mostly from South Sulawesi (33.5%). The level of knowledge of respondents was in the low category as many as 234 respondents (58.5%), enough category 158 respondents (39.5%), and good category as many as 8 respondents (2%).Conclusions: The level of knowledge majority in the low category, so we need to increase the knowledge of nursing students about the use of SDKI, SLKI, and SIKI references in nursing care documentation, for example through socialization and training on the use of 3S
