The guided therapy image uses classical music with an intensity of 60-80 dB and a volume of 40-50% for +/- 20 minutes. The data collection tool utilized was VAS (Visual Analog Scale) observation sheets. The data analysis utilized was Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test.   Results: The result of statistical analysis of Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test obtained p value = 0.000 with significance level <0.05, it was found that there was an effect of giving classical music therapy to a decrease in the pain scale of post-fracture patients. Musical intervention was associated with a significant decrease in heart rate, improvement in oxygen saturation, and reduction in the perception of paint. Conclusions: There was an influence upon the use of guided imagery utilizing classical music towards the decreasing scale of pain on post fracture surgery

We chose Moslem students in health sciences faculty and used quota sampling technique before divided them into two groups: 20 respondents in each of control and intervention groups. Dhikr was given to the treatment group for two sessions, while the control group did not get any therapy. Paired T-Test was used to see stress scores differences in pre and post test of each group, while Mann Whitney test was used to see differences in stress scores deviation between both group. Results: The results showed that Dhikr could decreased stress intervention group (p value 0.000). Stress score mean in pre test was 18.60, while in post test was 11.10 or decreased by 7.5 points. Stress score mean in the control group increased by 3.1 points (p value 0.024). Conclusions: We conclude that Dhikr therapy can be part of independent nursing intervention: Spiritual Support to health sciences students in Indonesia who are predominantly Moslem

Result. The experimental result revealed that there was a significant result between types of wound cleansing solution effectiveness in NaCl 0.9% with an extract guavas leaves for some wound characteristics (Presentation of wound slough P value: 0.043; presentation of wound granulation Pvalue: 0.037 (α=0.05)). However, There were no significant result of effectiveness comparison between wound cleansing solution (NaCl 0.9% and Guavas Leaves Extract) for wound dimension and epithelial tissue characteristics (Wound wide Pvalue:0.184; wound long Pvalue: 0.361; epithelial tissue presentation Pvalue:0.072 (α=0.05).
