Introduction: Coronavirus disease (Covid-19) is an infectious disease that has become a global pandemic with 27 cases in Manggarai Regency. The adolescent as an age group with more asymptomatic hosts of the disease would be the super spreader of covid-19 to the other higher-risk age groups. The objective of this study is to identify the factors predicting adolescents’ compliance behavior toward Covid-19 prevention protocols. Methods: This study used quantitative descriptive method with a cross-sectional approach. This study was conducted in April-June 2020, involved 246 Junior High School and Senior High School students, selected by purposive sampling based on inclusion criteria, namely adolescents aged 13-18 years. The dependent variables in this study were knowledge, information monitoring, Covid-19 severity perception, and personal and social responsibility value. The data were analyzed using chi-square test and binary logistic regression. Results: There was a significant relationship between gender (AOR: 1.941, CI: 0.898-4.195) and the value of personal and social responsibility (AOR: 2.330, CI: 1.041-5.214) with adolescent adherence behavior in preventing the spread of Covid-19. Conclusion: To improve adolescent compliance behavior in preventing the spread of Covid-19, the Indonesian government and the Covid-19 task force need to consider factors such as gender and the value of personal and social responsibility in adolescents. Adolescents who have higher personal and social responsibility are more compliant in carrying out health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic compared to adolescents who have low personal and social responsibility

Introduction: The needs of diabetic patients are not only limited to adequate glycemic control but also correspond with preventing complications and increasing their awareness to participate in self-management. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness self-care model to Diabetes self-management behaviour (DSM Behaviour) and Fasting Blood Glucose (FBG) levels. Methods: The study was conducted from June to August 2019 at Community Health Centers. This study employed a Quasi-Experimental pre-posttest with a control group design. There were 104 respondents obtained by purposive sampling technique, and assigned into experimental (52 respondents) and control group (52 respondents). FBG levels and DSM Behaviour were evaluated in the first and the seventh week using The Summary of Diabetes Self Care Activities (SDSCA) questionnaire. Results: Paired sample T-test statistical revealed a significant difference in decreasing levels on FBG and increasing level of DSM Behaviour (p<0.05) at before and after the intervention; Independent T-test discovered a significant difference on FBG and DSM Behaviour (p<0.05) between the intervention and control group. The strongest effect as resulting from the parameter estimation model of SDSCA was a dimension of a healthy diet (2.96) followed by foot exercise (2.41) and activity (4.54). SDSCA showed marginal fit for FBG with t-value <2 and contribution determinant of 8.4% (R2 = 0.084). Conclusions: Self-care model is an effective program that can improve DSM Behaviour and increase adequate glycemic control. In addition, this model needs to implement continuously to prevent complications and improve self-care to diabetic patients

Introduction: Simulation of nursing care in patients with acute respiratory infections (ARI) requires a method that is high fidelity. This study aims to determine the impact of Virtual Reality Simulation (VRS), as a learning method, on the improvement of cognitive abilities of undergraduate nursing students in conducting nursing care of the ARI case. Methods: This study used a quasi-experimental design with pre and post-test on the control and intervention group. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, with a total of 27 respondents divided into nine respondents in each group, including the control group (group A)  intervention group (Group B and C). There were three different methods in the implementation of VRS as learning activities. Data were analyzed by ANCOVA test. Results: The results showed a significant impact on the application of VRS as a learning method with p <0.05 (0.025). Conclusion: This significant impact was obtained in the implementation of VRS as a stand-alone learning method

The study aimed to identify the relationship between the role of hospital management with nurse job satisfaction. Methods: This research was conducted using a cross-sectional design, with a correlation analytic study design, and the sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The total samples in this study were 41 people. Data collection on hospital management roles was collected using the CWEQ II (Condition for Work Effectiveness-II) questionnaire, while nurse job satisfaction used MMSS (The McCloskey / Mueller Satisfaction Scale). The data analyzed by Pearson Rho. Results: Based on the results of the study obtained, the majority of respondents aged 21-40 years (63.4%), most respondents had vocational education background (73.2%), and most respondents had work experience > 10 years (58.5%). Based on the results of the Pearson correlation test obtained p-value < 0.05 (0.005), so it means that there was a relationship between the role of hospital management with nursing job satisfaction. Conclusions: Nurse managers can consider structural empowerment in the work environment for their employees. The quality of the nurse's work environment at the work unit level is not only important to improve the quality of service to patients, but also has an important role in improving the welfare of individual nurses themselves.

All patients hospitalized require discharge planning. From the explanation above, it can be concluded that Diabetes Mellitus is a degenerative disease that indeed requires hospitalization. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the Discharge planning process has a relationship with the quality of life of patients with Diabetic Ulcers. Methods: With the Ex post facto study design, 28 respondentwho were in accordance obtained measurements of discharge planning processes using interview methods and measurements on quality of life using the WHOQOL-BREEF questionnaire with spearman rank non parametric correlation analysis methods. Results: The results of the value are obtained: a = 0.05 with = rs table (0.707), RHO count (0.949)>rs table then categorized in the table Relationship Strengths correlation results obtained in this category is very strong / near perfect with the value 0.76- 1.00. Conclusions:This shows that there is a significant relationship with the strength of a very strong / near-perfect relationship according to the table
