The creative contacts of P. Tychyna with Yu. Mychayliv and K. Bilokur through prism of synthesis of arts
No full text(uk) У статті крізь призму синтезу мистецтв досліджено творчі контакти П. Тичини, поета, що майстерно поєднав слово, музику та живопис, з художниками Ю. Михайлівом та К. Білокуром, картини яких сугестують музичність.(en) The paper deals with the investigation of the arts contacts between P. Tychyna, Yu. Mykhayliv, and K. Bilokur through the prism of the synthesis of the arts. P. Tychyna is recognized as an artist who masterfully combined word, music, and painting in his poetry. One of the ways of the elucidation is the research of the artists’ direct and indirect influence on P. Tychyna’s poetic style. I n this paper the attention is concentrated on Yu. Mykhayliv’s and K. Bilokur’s impact.
Yu. Mykhayliv is a prominent representative of musical painting. I n particular, music is provoked through the titles of his works («Music of Stars», «Music of Waterfalls», «Sonata of the Moon», etc.), through his painting technics (dynamics and rhythm of images, lines and colours), and through the using specific music methods and laws in the pictorial art. And arts contacts with Yu. Mykhailiv denotes P. Tychyna’s style. For example, Yu. Mykhayliv’s «Music of Stars» intercrosses with P. Tychyna’s space motives. And this aspect is analyzed in detail in the paper.
K. Bilokur is an outstanding painter excelling in drawing flowers («Flowers in the Fog», «Wild Flowers», «Flowers in the Evening», «Decorative Flowers», etc.). Her pictures produce music effects on the associative level. And the close relationships in art between a painter and a poet observe through their works on the associative level. For example, K. Bilokur’s «Exuberant» suggests an obvious analogy with P. Tychyna’s cyclus «In the Space Orchestra». The author of the paper examines the arts contacts between K. Bilokur and P. Tychyna
Wоrd-biulding morphonology of verbal derivatives within V. Vynnychenko’s prose
No full text(uk) У статті досліджено специфіку девербативів у словотвірно-морфонологічному аспекті в канві прозових творів В. Винниченка, виділено словотворчі засоби та морфонологічні моделі віддієслівних дериватів у творах В. Винниченка. Репрезентовано словотвірні й морфонологічні типи і моделі девербативів на позначення абстрактних назв і назв опредметненої дії в прозі В. Винниченка. З’ясовано, що однією з важливих стилетворчих рис ідіолекту письменника є досить висока частотність девербативів, утворених способом нульової суфіксації, які використовуються як засіб характеристики стрімкості людської дії. Установлено, що для віддієслівних дериватів субстантивної та ад’єктивної зон характерні такі морфонологічні явища, як усічення дієслівної фіналі, консонантні і вокалічні альтернації, модифікація наголосу.(en) The article deals with the specific character of verbal derivatives in morphonological and word-building aspects within Vynnychenko’s prose; the morphonological features of verbal derivatives in the author’s prose are analysed; the word building means and morphonological models are established.
The article also represents word-building and morphological types and models of verbal derivatives for describing abstract names and names of object-related actions in the author’s prose. The active use of abstract vocabulary isn’t occasional for the language of Vynnychenko’s works. This feature of the language of his prose is caused by the manner of the author’s self-expression. I t has been found out that one of the important style-building features of the author’s idiolect is sufficiently high frequency of verbal derivatives formed in the terms of zero-suffixation. The high productivity of zero suffixal verbal derivatives in Vynnychenko’s prose is used as a means for characterizing impetuosity of human action.
I t has been determined that verbal derivatives of substantive zone are characterized by reduction of verbal final formants, by consonant (Р//Рl, С//С, С//С' , С'//С) and vocal (V//V) alternations and accent modification. I n the word formation of verbal derivatives with abstract meaning (psychological reflection) takes part a pronominal component. The verbal derivatives of adjective zone in author’s works are represented by active and passive participles mostly with neutral time meaning and by verbal adjectives.
In the system of Vynnychenko’s idiolect we can logically trace the tendency of the literary language to approach the folk language. The author uses abstract vocabulary mainly for defining feeling and emotions: бажання, кохання, почування, хвилювання, страждання.
In the word-formation of verbal derivatives of substantive and adjective zones in Vynnychenko’s prose were applied the suffixes that were used both in the literary language and in the dialects of South-East Ukraine. The general morphonological operation for all verbal derivatives is the reduction of verbal final formant that accompanies the accent modification in the complex with other morphonological phenomena (consonant alternations on the morphemic joint, vocal alternations in root morphemes, lengthening in compound nouns between root morphemes with a pronominal component in preposition). Establishing the morphonological factor in the process of word-formation makes possible to study valent features of formants in the author’s language.

Semantics of colors in the creative work of V. Vynnichenko
No full text(uk) У статті розглядається повість видатного письменника В.Винниченка «Краса і сила», написана 1902 року. Розкривається семантика кольорів цього твору. Повість було поділено на 4 фрагменти: «Сонгород», «любовний трикутник», «злочинні будні», «голуб». Завдяки колоруванню тексту В.Винниченко руйнує стереотипи, виходить за межі традиційної описовості. Через надавання кольору актуальної семантики відбувається повноформатне відтворення картини світу. Живописна складова творчості майстра дозволила ще на один крок наблизитися до таємниці його популярності.(en) In this article we overview the story of outstanding writer V.Vynnichenko ‘Beauty and Power’ written in 1902. The semantics of colors of this creative work is described. We divided this work into four fragments, such as ‘Songorod (Dreamtown)’, ‘Love Triangle’, ‘Criminal weekdays’ and ‘The Dove’. I t helps to reach our aim.
When the author tells us about ‘Songorod’, he doesn’t tell about it’s inhabitants. Vynnichenko describes only three characters: Motrya, Andryi, I lko. They play an important role in the movement of psychological topic. And color helps in it.
‘Love triangle’, which we can see in the second fragment of the work, is the ideal form for creation of the main conflict of the work, form of choosing between beauty and power.
The author uses coloristics in describing of ‘criminal weekdays’ of Andriy and I lko. Vynnichenko gets high aesthetically satisfying results.
The episode with the dove gives us the possibility to see the semantic and psychosemantic meanings of the color. The bird is the victim of the quarrels between the characters.
We see that coloristics helped Vynnichenko to create artistry. Vynnichenko breaks stereotypes. Using colors he depicts the whole picture of world. Due to unification of different colors we can feel the atmosphere, which was described by the author

Проаналізовано рішення у справах розглянутих судами Франції про утиск авторських прав, поданих проти компанії Google. Встановлено характерні особливості інтерпретації закону в цих справах. Роз’яснена необхідність схвалення доктрини «спрямованої діяльності», пов’язаної з авторським правом при використанні системи Інтернет. Запропоновано врегулювати колізію законодавства вибором найбільш тіснопо в’язаних норм закону, щоб визначити наслідки порушення авторського права та позадоговірних зобов’язань, для сторін конфлікту.(en) This article discusses the problem of application of law in disputes about intellectual property infringement committed with the use of the Internet. The analyzed the decisions the courts France in cases considered copyright infringement against the company Google. The installed characteristic features of the interpretation of the law in these cases. Found the need for approval doctrine «directed activity» related to copyright the using Internet systems. It is proposed to resolve the conflict of law selecting the most closely associated rules to determine the consequences of copyright infringement and non-contractual obligations for the parties to the conflict

Матеріал статті висвітлює невеликий за обсягом часовий період: з квітня до вересня 1944 року. Авторами проаналізовано період перебування родини Таммів в окупованому, згодом звільненому від німецьких загарбників, Києві. Встановлено роль Ігоря Євгеновича Тамма у відновленні справедливості щодо ставлення до «фольксдойче», що врятувало життя багатьом людям не лише його батькові та сестрі.(ru) Статья посвящена отражению основных черт характера Нобелевского лауреата по физике Игоря Евгеньевича Тамма, которые ярко проявились, когда помощь была нужна родным ему людям. Материал статьи освещает небольшой по объему временной период с апреля по сентябрь 1944 года. Авторами проанализирован период пребывания семьи Тамм в оккупированном, впоследствии освобожденном отнемецких захватчиков Киеве. Установлена роль Игоря Евгеньевича Тамма в восстановлении справедливости по отношению к «фольксдойче», что спасло жизнь многим людям не только его отцу и сестре.(en) The article is devoted to coverage of the main traits Nobel laureate in physics Igor Evgenevich Tamm, who clearly manifested when help was needed his native people. Get PDF(uk) Стаття присвячена проблемі використання новітніх технологій навчання на сучасному уроці фізики. Актуальність дослідження полягає у необхідності організації та реалізації фізичного експерименту з експериментальними задачами у середніх навчальних закладах з атомної та ядерної фізики. Такий підхід значно активізує процес використання моделей і моделювання, абстрагування, ідеалізацію й аналогії. Створення ідеалізованих об’єктів, зокрема, взаємоперетворень елементарних частинок, які не існують у об’єктивній дійсності, але які мають певні прообрази в реальному світі допомагають у першому наближенні дійти до істини. У статті подано частину експериментальних задач розроблених на дослідах модельного характеру. Демонстрації здійснюються у динамічному режимі. Метою даної статті є обґрунтування необхідності використання нових інформаційних технологій та використання експериментальних задач під час вивчення ядерних процесів фізики високих енергій.(en) The article devoted to the use of new learning technologies in modern physics lesson. Relevance of the research is the need of the organization and implementation of physical experiment experimental tasks in secondary schools of atomic and nucl ear physics.
