ПОСЛЕДИЧНИ СО ПАРЕНТЕТСКИ ДЕЛ-РЕЧЕНИЦИ ВО МАКЕДОНСКИОТ ЈАЗИК
The article analyzes compound sentences with adverbial clauses incorporated in another clause, expressing a consequence in Macedonian. In that sense, it takes into account sentences with at least three clauses in which the third clause is included in the second, the second is subordinate to the first, and the third - to the second, whereas the clause embedded in the one expressing a consequence occurs inparenthetical position. This article examines the complex adverbial meanings arising from those combinations, including the meaning of consequence and the additional components - reason, purpose, condition, time frame, concession. Furthermore, the function of the parenthetical position in regard to the information structure and the interpretation of the meaning is also analysed.
The goal of the study is to analyze the use of labile verbs in the modern written Albanian language based on the Albanian National Corpus, which contains over 31 million words. In this paper, we present our findings from a pilot study of eight Albanian P-labile verbs belonging to different semantic groups that are typologically prone to lability. The study has shown that the selected verbs behave differently. Only phasal verbs filloj ‘begin’ and mbaroj ‘finish’ demonstrate consistent lability. The motion verb lëviz ‘move’ is used as a labile verb, with a predominance of active intransitive usages, while the verb ziej ‘boil; seethe; ferment’ shows variation between non-active and active intransitive usages. Deadjectival color verbs zbardh ‘whiten; brighten’ and skuq ‘make/color red; fry’ appear both transitively and intransitively, but only in their basic color-related meanings. The verb of distinction and change dalloj ‘distinguish; differentiate’ primarily employs active intransitive forms in reciprocal meanings and morphologically non-active forms in other meanings, while the related verb ndryshoj ‘change; vary, distinguish’ behaves as a typical labile verb, with a secondary development of non-active usages.
APPLYING NEGOTIATION PROCESS – THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL UNDERSTANDINGS
There is no doubt that conflicts (violent or non-violent) are an integral part of therelations between different actors at both, the national, regional and international levels.Starting from this conclusion, there is an inevitable need for applying appropriate strategiesand approaches that will enable their efficient and successful management and resolution. It is exactly from such aspect that the significance of the negotiation process arises as aninstrument for peaceful resolution of open issues or disputes, through the establishment andrealization of communication between the opposing parties. However, as the experience todate in this regard shows, the realization of the negotiation process is not always establishedand realized in accordance with the projected visions. Hence, the focus of this paper isspecifically directed towards the analysis of the negotiation process essence, mainly throughthe prism of some of the existing theoretical and practical aspects in this regard. Specifically,by analyzing the characteristics of the basic elements, phases and models of the negotiationprocess, the aim is closer identification of the main challenges and perspectives related tothe applicability of the negotiation process

In addition, the historical period in which the writer wrote was also taken into account, primarily the literary trends such as critical realism and national romanticism and their influence on the literary style, including social influences from the spheres of religion, politics, ideology, and the dominant ideas, mindsets, and perceptions of the people in the then-Russian Empire. GENDER EQUALITY AND NON-DISCRIMINATION AT WORK THROUGH THE LENS OF INTERNATIONAL LABOUR STANDARDS
International Labour Organization (ILO) adopted the Discrimination(Employment and Occupation) Convention (No. 111) and Recommendation(No. 111), 1958, as the first comprehensive instruments dealing specificallywith equality and non-discrimination in respect of employment and occupation.Convention No. 111 places the general principle of equality and nondiscriminationin the context of the world of work. However, other ILOstandards expressly prohibiting discriminatory measures have been adopted.Considering that elimination of discrimination in respect of employment andoccupation is one of the fundamental principles and rights at work, theinternational labour standards are of crucial importance in ensuring equality ofopportunity and treatment, including gender equality. Gender equality at workrelates to all men and women. It cannot be achieved without the elimination ofdiscrimination. One of the main reasons is that gender inequality is often rootedin discrimination. Discrimination in employment and occupation is a universaland permanently evolving phenomenon. It can take a variety of forms, such asdirect discrimination, indirect discrimination, discrimination-based harassment, multiple discrimination, intersectional discrimination and specific forms ofdiscrimination, which will be discussed in the paper. In relation to genderequality, discrimination can be based on many discriminatory grounds, whichare mainly linked to sex as discriminatory ground. According to ILO Committeeof Experts on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations (CEACR),the notion of “sex” as a prohibited discriminatory ground has evolved to includepregnancy and maternity, civil and marital status, and family situation andresponsibilities, as well as sexual harassment as a serious manifestation of sexdiscrimination. Therefore, discrimination based on the aforementioned grounds, including sexual harassment, will be examined. In 2019, ILO adopted theViolence and Harassment Convention (No. 190). It is the first internationallabour standard to address violence and harassment in the world of work, including gender-based harassment, which will also be analyzed

This text analyzes the political views and positions of Milan Grol, as presidentof the Democratic Party, from 1940, when he assumed leadership of the party, to 1945,when he resigned from the government of Democratic Federal Yugoslavia and withdrewfrom political life. It also follows Grol’s initiatives and considerations as a minister inthe émigré governments in London, as well as those of his political allies and opponents, concerning the postwar organization of Yugoslavia, Serbia’s position, and the status ofMacedonia within the future Serbian territorial unit. Entries in Grol’s diary, kept inLondon from 1941 to 1945, clearly show his stance that Macedonia could only have acertain degree of autonomy within Serbia. Grol consistently maintained this politicalposition from the 1930s until the end of his active political involvement in 1945
THE BIDIRECTIONAL RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN STRESS AND PSYCHOPATHOLOGY: REVISITING THE STRESS GENERATION HYPOTHESIS
For more than three decades, the stress generation hypothesis has inspired indepthstudy of the relationship between psychopathological phenomena and stressfulexperiences. The model proposes that in individuals already struggling with significantmental health problems, certain personality, cognitive, and interpersonal vulnerabilityfactors lead to experiencing a higher rate of stressful life events. Initially, the hypothesiswas proposed in relation to depression, but it was later associated with other mental disordersas well. Unlike dominant assumptions about the relationship between stress andpsychopathology, this model highlights the active role that individuals play in shapingtheir life circumstances. This generated, so-called, dependent stress is both an outcome(at least partly) of impaired mental health, as well as a mechanism that maintains orexacerbates psychological dysfunctions. The paper presents a brief review of empiricalfindings that support the transdiagnostic utility of the model and provide insight intorisk factors for stress generation. Clinical implications relevant to the treatment of impairedmental health are discussed, along with methodological limitations and recommendations,as well as directions for future research
HISTORICAL DEVELOPMENT OF FAMILY STUDIES AS A DISTINCT ACADEMIC DISCIPLINE
This paper aims to explore the evolution of Family Studies as a distinct academicdiscipline, focusing on its interdisciplinary nature, the theoretical challenges it faces, and its institutional development in the United States. Unlike classical scientific disciplineswith a unified paradigm and clear theoretical roots, family studies have emergedas a result of a dialogue among multiple scholarly fields—Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology,History, Demography, Gender Studies, and other related disciplines. Thisinterdisciplinary distinctiveness, while enriching the analytical dimension of the field, simultaneously leads to methodological fragmentation and the absence of a coherenttheoretical framework. The paper analyzes both sides of this debate—the critiques oftheoretical dependence and the support for interdisciplinary innovation—as key to understandingthe disciplinary status of Family Studies. This paper is based on a historical-analytical method, through which key institutions, academic publications, and milestones in the field’s development are mapped, with particular attention to the societal and academic factors that have influenced itsinstitutionalization. Special emphasis is placed on the analysis of the American context, its process of institutionalization, and its development across different phases. Additionally, the most significant research centers and academic journals that have contributedto establishing family studies as a legitimate scientific field are examined. Inthis way, the paper offers a systematic overview of the consolidation process of FamilyStudies as a distinct discipline, assessing its scientific relevance and potential for furtherdevelopment
