A culture-defending strategy is essential to preserve and strengthen the nation's identity amidst the accelerating pace of globalization. In the Indonesian context, cultural diversity, which includes customs, languages, arts and traditions, needs to be protected in order to remain as a strong foundation for the nation's progress. Cultural resilience can be achieved through strengthening cultural education, preserving cultural heritage, and increasing public awareness of the importance of protecting local values. The use of information technology and social media can serve as effective tools in disseminating Indonesian culture to the younger generation and the international community. In addition, cooperation between the government, the community, and the private sector is needed to formulate policies that support cultural preservation and avoid cultural uniformity. With the right cultural resilience approach, the nation's identity will be maintained, fostering pride and encouraging unity amidst differences. Cultural resilience is not just about maintaining what already exists, but also encouraging the creation of cultural values that are relevant and adaptable to changing times. This is the key to maintaining the existence and unity of the nation in a challenging global era

The transformation of higher education, particularly in Islamic studies, necessitates innovation in learning and research. This study explores the role of digital tools in Qur'anic and Tafsir research, analyzing their impact on efficiency, accuracy, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, involving rectors, faculty leaders, lecturers, students, and IT teams. Findings show that successful digital integration requires strong academic literacy and technology-based methodologies. Tools like corpus analysis software, AI-driven text comparison, and digital manuscripts enhance precision in analyzing Qur'anic texts, reducing processing time and enabling deeper cross-referencing. Compared to traditional methods, digital tools improve accuracy in identifying linguistic patterns and historical interpretations. Additionally, technology fosters interdisciplinary dialogue, connecting Qur'anic studies with linguistics, history, and artificial intelligence. This study underscores the importance of bridging tradition and technology, advocating for structured frameworks to optimize digital tools in Qur'an and Tafsir research. By embracing technological advancements, Islamic studies can remain relevant, innovative, and better equipped to address contemporary academic and societal challenges

Analisis Keberlanjutan Penggunaan Aplikasi Simpati dalam Penanganan Stunting Berbasis Teknologi Digital di Sumedang

The handling of stunting in Indonesia continues to develop by utilizing digital technology. Sumedang Regency has implemented the Integrated Stunting Management Information System (SIMPATI) as an innovation in monitoring and preventing stunting through technology. This study is a narrative literature review aimed at analyzing the effectiveness of the SIMPATI application in reducing stunting prevalence. The method used is SWOT analysis of various relevant literature. In its implementation, the SWOT analysis is conducted by identifying the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of SIMPATI's implementation based on the data and findings contained in the literature. The research results show that the SIMPATI application provides easy access to real-time data, increases transparency, and supports data-driven policymaking. The implementation of SIMPATI has also contributed to reducing the stunting rate in Sumedang Regency from 32% in 2018 to 8.27% in 2022. However, challenges remain, such as limited internet access in certain areas, inadequate training for healthcare workers, and difficulties in data integration across institutions. Therefore, improvements in digital infrastructure and strengthening user capacity are needed to optimize and sustain the implementation of SIMPATI

Analisis Jamur pada Kotoran Sapi Menggunakan Metode Next Generation Sequensing

This study aims to analyze the microbial community in cow dung, focusing on fungi containing the psychoactive compound psilocybin, using the Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) method. Data were obtained using the Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) platform and processed with the wf-metagenomics pipeline with specific parameters to generate a comprehensive taxonomic profile. Microbial community composition was analyzed by calculating relative abundances from the phylum to species level, utilizing visualizations such as stacked bar plots, heatmaps, and KronaTools to enhance data interpretation. The findings revealed significant microbial diversity in each sample, with alpha diversity analysis showing variations in richness and evenness indices of microbial communities. Panaeolus mushrooms, known as one of the cow dung fungi containing psilocybin, were identified through phylogenetic analysis and compared with genomic data from the NCBI. Bioinformatics methods, including Kraken2, TaxonKit, and Pavian, improved accuracy and detail in data interpretation. These findings provide new insights into the bioactive potential of psilocybin mushrooms and establish a foundation for further development in pharmaceutical and biotechnological applications. This research makes a significant contribution to understanding microbial ecosystems in specific environments, particularly concerning the biotechnological potential of local microorganisms. With a comprehensive approach integrating taxonomic and bioinformatics analyses, this study opens new opportunities for exploring microbes and relevant bioactive compounds

Domestic violence against children is a serious human rights violation that significantly impacts their physical, mental, and social development. Homes, which should serve as a safe haven for children, often become places where their rights are violated. This research examines the causes of domestic violence against children, including economic, psychological, social, and cultural factors. It also elaborates on the resulting impacts, such as psychological disorders, low self-esteem, and disruptions in social development. The legal framework in Indonesia, including the 1945 Constitution, the Child Protection Act, and the Domestic Violence Eradication Act, provides a strong foundation for protecting children from violence. However, law enforcement is often hindered by a lack of public awareness, social stigma, and weaknesses in the justice system. This study highlights the importance of a holistic approach that encompasses community education, police training, expanded rehabilitation services, and cross-sector collaboration to create a safe and supportive environment for children's development
