Cognitive Interpretation of Decorative Symbols of Chinese Export Porcelain in Ming and Qing Dynasties
Get PDFThe Ming and Qing Dynasties were the heyday of Chinese porcelain export. With the export of porcelain, Chinese porcelain and porcelain making technology gradually spread all over the world and became the sign and symbol of Chinese culture. The decorative symbols of Chinese porcelain are rich and diverse, which has had a far-reaching cultural impact on export countries and regions. Therefore, the porcelain exchanges between China and other countries in the world through the “the Belt and Road” are essentially a process of mutual influence and reproduction of the art and culture of different civilizations. By interpreting the process of understanding and accepting the artistic theme and decorative symbols of Chinese porcelain by overseas audiences, this paper discusses the cultural influence of Chinese porcelain on countries along the “the Belt and Road”
Research on the Green Production Behavior of Large-Scale Agricultural Business Entities
Get PDFGreen production behavior is conducive to reducing agricultural pollution and saving resources from the source, and is an important path to achieve sustainable agricultural development and the transformation of agricultural green production mode. This study takes large-scale agricultural business entities as the research object, explores the driving factors of green production behavior, constructs an evaluation index system of green production behavior, and analyzes the adoption of green production behavior based on field research. The research conclusion shows that: (1) the occurrence of green production behavior of large-scale agricultural management entities is the result of the combined effect of intrinsic motivation and external stimulus, and the importance of different factors to different green production behaviors is different; (2) The overall adoption of green production behavior was poor, and the score ranking of the four types of behaviors was: green reduction input behavior> green technology adoption behavior> waste recycling behavior > cultivated land protection behavior. Therefore, in the pre-production and post-production cultivated land protection and waste treatment, we should pay attention to the exploration of behavioral methods, and pay attention to the improvement of behavioral efficiency when reducing input in production and adopting green technologies

However, in recent times the media has been filled with reports of animals stealing and carting away monies belonging to certain public agencies. This has continued to generate diverse views and raises new concerns for criminal liability and prosecution in Nigeria. This article, therefore, seeks to examine the basis of criminal liability under Nigerian law, particularly as it relates to non-legal entities such as animals. In achieving this, the essential elements of the offence of stealing under the Criminal Code Act, the Penal Code Act, the Administration of Criminal Justice Act, and other laws will be examined. Drawing from the recent incidents of animals alleged of stealing of public funds, this article suggests an amendment of the criminal laws in Nigeria

The actions of the Myanmar military junta who have committed murders against their own citizens cannot be seen with a blind eye by their neighbors, namely Indonesia. Thousands of citizens who support Myanmar’s democratic government have been forced into detention by the military junta that carried out the coup. The Activist Group Organization for Assistant Political Prisoners (AAPP) reported that as of Wednesday, April 7, at least 581 civilians who were demonstrating were killed by the Myanmar Military Junta. The purpose of this study is to find out and reveal why the Indonesian government dared to offer the initiative to stop political unrest in Myanmar and how it affected Indonesia. The concept of ESG provides a comprehensive framework for enterprises to complete this mission and goal. Analysis of Wellhead Collision in Offshore Extended Reach Well Drilling
Get PDFIn order to solve the problem of wellhead equipment damage caused by vibration, impact and eccentric wear of wellhead drill string in the process of offshore extended reach well drilling, the finite element method is used to simulate and calculate the load state and deformation of cantilever beam of drilling platform under different working conditions, and the deformation is converted into wellhead offset according to the geometric relationship of position, so as to analyze the influence of wellhead deviation on eccentric wear of drill string; Based on the mechanical analysis of the drill string, the lateral force and casing wear of the wellhead are quantitatively analyzed. Taking an extended reach well in Chenghai as an example, the problem of wellhead drill string collision is analyzed.
