The research objects of criminal execution law mainly include the theories, institutions, and practices of criminal execution. Criminal execution law should be the discipline that studies the law of criminal execution, with its main focus being the examination of criminal law enforcement. On the other hand, the law of criminal execution refers to the legislation that regulates criminal execution. Therefore, the application scope of criminal execution law should encompass both the legal regulatory scope of the law of criminal execution and the corresponding practices of criminal execution. The research objects of criminal execution law define the boundaries of its application scope and determine its effectiveness. With societal development and changes in criminal justice practices, new issues and demands related to criminal execution continue to emerge. These developments, in turn, drive the expansion and renewal of the research objects of criminal execution law. The research objects and the application scope of criminal execution law share a relationship of mutual reinforcement and coordinated development. Analyzing the connotations and extensions of these research objects and their application scope helps promote their synergy, thereby further achieving the goals of criminal justice

Exploring the Application of Artificial Intelligence Technology in Adolescent Mental Health Education

Artificial intelligence technology provides an efficient and innovative solution for adolescent mental health education, and effectively builds a safe and private psychological support space by virtue of its accurate and whole-day response. This study discusses three aspects of application timing and scenarios, behavioral norms, and risk prevention and control: (1) the scenarios and timing of using AI technology for mental health education in families, schools, and adolescents need to be treated separately; (2) The behaviors and norms of applying AI technology in adolescent mental health education need to be governed by national laws and industry norms, with clear legal provisions and technical standards to ensure that they meet ethical standards, effectiveness, and safety requirements; (3) AI technology must prevent user dependence and potential harm in its application and requires a corrective mechanism. Additionally, the study points out that technological breakthroughs need to overcome technical bottlenecks such as data quality and emotional understanding, as well as institutional challenges such as privacy ethics and legal regulation. It also looks forward to future development prospects in multimodal integration, universal services, and ecological construction

The Unbearable Weight of the Male Gaze: Kundera’s Biasness for Masculinity in The Unbearable Lightness of Being

This study addresses the gender bias and reflections on the masculinity of Milan Kundera in his novel The Unbearable Lightness of Being from Laura Mulvey’s iconic male gaze theory. The study uses qualitative methodology, including close textual reading and critical discourse analysis. As the study focuses on the differences in Kundera’s use of linguistic dichotomy for Tereza and Tomas and demonstrates how Kundera’s portrayal of infidelity and its acceptance in male characters perpetuates patriarchal norms and contributes to the systemic objectification and oppression of women, the research reveals that Kundera’s narrative techniques, his word choice, and characterizations align with patriarchal norms. Kundera portrays men as a decisive, dominating force through the character Tomas, whereas Tereza is shown as emotionally reliant and docile. Moreover, Tomas’s infidelities are depicted as natural extensions of his masculinity, whereas female infidelity is stigmatized which highlights the double standards of Kundera in the portrayal of gender and sexuality. Sabina’s identity is still often framed concerning men, particularly Tomas and Franz. The language used to describe her also reflects the male gaze and objectification. This research serves as a helpful reminder of the necessity to identify and evaluate the male gaze in literature while promoting more inclusive and powerful stories that subvert patriarchal power structures and conventional gender norms.

Decoding the Gap: Language Service Proficiencies of Multilingual Translators and Market Requirements in the AIGC Epoch

This paper explores the discrepancies between the language service capabilities of multilingual translation talents and the demands of the translation market in the context of Artificial Intelligence Generated Content (AIGC). Based on these discrepancies, it proposes the reconstruction of the cultivation path for multilingual translation talents. With the deepening of globalization and the increasing frequency of cross-cultural communication, the market demand for multilingual translation services is continuously growing. Moreover, the rapid development of AIGC technology has brought new challenges and opportunities to the translation industry, especially in areas such as post-editing of machine translation, multimodal translation, data analysis and management. However, traditional translation talents have shown insufficient capabilities in meeting these emerging demands.
