Get PDFIn recent years, traditional Chinese medicine has shown a unique advantage in the treatment and recovery of infected patients, coupled with the gratifying situation of the import and export of traditional Chinese medicine products, and the vibrant prospects of the traditional Chinese medicine foreign trade market, the current situation of the traditional Chinese medicine foreign trade industry is quite promising. Therefore, the demand for Chinese medicine foreign trade talents by Chinese medicine foreign trade enterprises has greatly risen, which also puts forward new requirements for English majors. This paper analyzes the development trend of Chinese medicine cross-border e-commerce industry and the new requirements for English talents in the current era, discusses the necessary working ability and quality that English professionals engaged in Chinese medicine foreign trade must have in the current context, and expounds the main strategies and ways to improve the professional ability and work quality of Chinese medicine foreign trade professionals in the new era from multiple directions based on the practice of the project. La question la plus importante est que l’enseignement des langues accompagnant la culture peut augmenter la compréhension des élèves de la nature de la langue, de la communication et des relations humaines.L’amélioration d’une langue affecte sa culture, ses coutumes et ses contours culturels de connaissance (Gleason, 1961).De plus, la langue est un phénomène social qui fait partie de notre monde social et qui est affecté par la société (Kenneth, 1957, Armour-Thomas, et Gopaul-McNicol, 1998 ; Ciccarelli, 1996).Ce phénomène peut être discuté comme la connaissance sociale. Research on the Necessity and Countermeasures for Improving the Translation of English Public Signs in 4A Scenic Areas in the Aksu Prefecture under the Background of Ecotourism
Get PDFThe Aksu Prefecture is located in the southern of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. With a profound cultural heritage, unique natural scenery, and brilliant folk culture, it is known as the “Jiangnan beyond the Great Wall”. In recent years, the Aksu Prefecture has vigorously developed ecological tourism, and the tourism industry has achieved leapfrog development. The popularity and reputation of the unique tourism brand “Silk Road Ancient Qiuci Magical Aksu” are constantly improving, and more and more tourists are coming to Aksu for tourism. Public signs mainly refer to text and image information used to achieve communication purposes in public places, serving as a reminder to the public. Scenic area public signs are the main window for tourism publicity (Xu, 2016), while the translation of English public signs in the 4A scenic areas of the Aksu Prefecture is not satisfactory in terms of writing and translation standards. If there are problems with the English translation of public signs, it not only brings inconvenience to foreign tourists but also damages the brand image of the scenic areas. This article first provides an overview of research on the translation of public signs, and then lists the problems in the translation of English public signs in 4A scenic areas in the Aksu Prefecture. It analyzes the necessities of improving the translation of English public signs in 4A scenic areas in the Aksu Prefecture under the background of ecotourism, and finally proposes corresponding countermeasures for the translation of English public signs in 4A scenic areas in the Aksu Prefecture.
Transformation numérique de l’enseignement de la phonétique du FLE : Etude de cas de l’Institut de Diplomatie de Chine

Cependant, la plupart des chercheurs se concentrent uniquement sur les perspectives de ce processus et font des prédictions audacieuses. En réalité, la transformation numérique rencontre encore de nombreux défis, tels que les limites en termes d’infrastructure, de formation et de ressources. Nous avons analysé dans ce présent article, en prenant l’exemple de l’enseignement de la phonétique du FLE, comment de nouveaux modèles d’enseignement en ligne ont remplacé les approches d’enseignement traditionnelles après l’apparition soudaine de la pandémie de COVID-19 en 2020. Nous avons évalué l’efficacité de l’enseignement en ligne, résumé les expériences réussies de transformation numérique, repéré les problèmes rencontrés au cours du processus et proposé des solutions possibles.L’enseignement des langues, par rapport aux matières STEM, met davantage d’accent sur l’interaction en face-à-face. Les plateformes et applications d’enseignement numérique existantes ne conviennent pas à l’enseignement des langues, ce qui peut être considéré comme le plus grand obstacle à la transformation numérique de l’éducation. Les enseignants et les étudiants peuvent également rencontrer des difficultés en termes de compétences en technologie de l’information, ce qui rend difficile la maîtrise complète et l’utilisation efficace des approches d’enseignement numérique existantes. Perspective-Taking With Directional Suffixes in Igbo
Get PDFThe study of the interaction between space and language has led to numerous findings especially in the cognitive sciences. The domain of space is reflected in language through the linguistic forms (nouns, verbs, adverbs, prepositions, e.t.c.) that are used to show direction. In Igbo, extensional suffixes have been shown to involve directionality. However, none of the studies have touched on the construal associated with this class of affixes. Consequently, this paper explores the phenomenon of directional affixes in Igbo viz a viz how they encode different perspectives of a directional-motion scene. The study analyzes a corpus of Igbo texts and employs a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to examine the usage patterns of directional affixes with a special focus on the construal expressed by these suffixes. The findings show that this class of suffixes involve two different perspectives or viewpoints of the directional scene. The first and primary perspective involves focusing on the direction toward the speaker as the deictic center, while the second perspective is secondary and less specific

Taking the teaching design of Rachel Carson’s Silent Spring as an example, this paper discusses the ways to integrate ideological and political elements into the course from the aspects of teaching content, teaching objectives, teaching process, teaching methods and teaching assessment, to achieve the goal of whole person education
