A Study on the Reconstruction of Elderly Education Curriculum From the Perspective of Flow Theory: Taking Quzhou Open University for the Elderly as an Example
In the context of an aging society, elderly education, as an essential part of the lifelong education system, has become increasingly prominent. However, traditional elderly education curricula often struggle to fully stimulate the learning interest and motivation of older adults, resulting in suboptimal learning outcomes. This paper, based on the perspective of Flow Theory, conducts an in-depth study on the reconstruction of elderly education curricula, aiming to enhance the sense of immersion and satisfaction of older adults during the learning process through optimized curriculum design. Guided by Flow Theory, this paper proposes strategies and suggestions for the reconstruction of elderly education curricula through literature reviews, surveys, and case studies. The significance of this study lies in providing a new theoretical perspective and practical path for the optimization of elderly education curricula, which is valuable for improving the quality of elderly education and achieving active aging. Furthermore, this study enriches the application of Flow Theory in the field of education, offering useful references for researchers in related fields
A Critical Survey of Arabic Literature and Linguistics on Educational System in Nigeria Universities
This article, titled “A Critical Survey of Arabic Literature and Linguistics in the Educational System of Nigeria,” explores the significance of Arabic literature within Nigerian universities. Arabic literature has played a crucial role during both the pre-Islamic and Islamic eras. Furthermore, Arabic is one of the official languages recognized by the United Nations and is spoken by both Muslims and non-Muslims.In Nigeria, Departments of Arabic are typically established within the Faculty of Arts, alongside Departments of Linguistics. These departments offer academic programs leading to BA, MA, and Ph.D. degrees in Arabic language and literature as well as linguistics. The primary objective of this article is to raise awareness about the importance of studying Arabic literature and linguistics in Nigerian universities.A notable problem addressed by this study is the declining interest in Arabic literature, with many students opting for Islamic Studies instead. To address this, the researcher recommends fostering greater interest in Arabic literature and linguistics among students and encouraging parental support for such studies. The study adopts an analytical research methodology to achieve its objectives
The Role of Arabic Language, and Religion in the 21st Century
This paper shall look at Religion in the 21st century, Tylor defined religion simply as ‘belief in supernatural beings. Tylor caused him to distinguished between three varieties of Religious tradition animism (the belief that nature objects such as trees are rivers are ‘a live’ with spirits polytheism, the belief in a plurality of gods), and monotheism (belief in a single god, as held by Judaism, Christianity and Islam). The term ‘supernatural beings, being somewhat a wider variety of religious traditions, Tylor’s definition of religion can be labeled, ‘supernaturalist as well as ‘substantive’ since he claimed that the defining characteristic of religion is what lies beyond the physical world namely a supernatural realm. There are many good books that introduces the world’s religion as specific religious traditions. Yet students who are embarking on the study of religion are typically introduced to more abstract methodological issues, rather than the religions themselves. In the 21st century in the British context, developed in the new universities and teacher training colleges, involved creating departments to train teachers. This has developed since 1944 Education Act insisted upon religious education being an essential part of both primary and secondary curricula. In Britain, the increasing plurality and focus on promoting multicultural values has led to many Religious Education teachers taking their pupils to visit places of worship consequently, most teacher-training programmes in higher education, and Religious studies departments that have developed in colleges whose historical focus has been teacher, have provided field work activities on their degrees. Most departments of theology and religious studies in Britain will probably have originated from the study of Christianity, introducing other discrete religion such as Islam, Hinduism or Buddhism and the social science, contributions to the study of religion. Religion, then, can be defined as a system of belief and practices by means of which group of peoples struggles with these ultimate problems of human life. It expresses their refusal to capitulate the death, to give up inface of frusteration, to allow hostility to tear apart their human aspiration
A Study on Chinese History Museum Text Translation from the Perspective of Text Type Theory: Taking the English Translation of Nanchang Relic Museum of Haihunhou State of Han Dynasty as an Example
There is a scarcity of academic research on museum translation in China. In 1991, Professor Mu Shanpei, based on his personal translation experience, initiated the first discussion on museum translation in China in his paper Faithfulness and Fluency in the Chinese-English Translation of Historical Relics. However, since then, little progress has been made in this area even though research on museum translation from the perspective of functional translation theory emerged as early as 2011. The text type theory, viewed from the perspective of functional translation theory, shifts its focus from achieving literal equivalence to attaining the communicative functions expected of the translated text in the target language and in the context of culture. This approach presents novel ideas and perspectives for museum translation, as museums play a crucial role in cultural dissemination and ultimately aim to facilitate cultural exchange. Given the significant differences between Chinese and English languages and cultures, mere discussion on literal equivalence falls short in assisting museums to fulfill such mission effectively. Therefore, guided by Lesley’s text type theory, this paper takes into consideration the English translation of texts within Nanchang Museum of Haihunhou State of Han Dynasty as its research object, exploring strategies to achieve desired functions of museum texts while ensuring the effective realization of cultural dissemination

The Impact of Financial Regulatory Legal Systems on Financial Market Stability
The legal framework for financial regulation significantly impacts the stability of financial systems. The lack of a well-developed financial regulatory legal system has resulted in the absence of clear operational standards for financial markets, preventing stakeholders from working collaboratively to promote the rapid development of the financial sector. This study employs a methodological approach combining theoretical analysis and case studies to comprehensively investigate the mechanisms through which financial regulatory legal systems impact market stability. By systematically examining global financial regulatory practices, the research proposes four key strategies for enhancing financial market resilience: (1) refining legislative frameworks, (2) strengthening digital regulation, (3) establishing comprehensive risk prevention mechanisms, and (4) enhancing legal awareness through public education. The findings reveal that the integration of robust legal systems with cutting-edge regulatory technologies significantly mitigates systemic risks and fosters market stability. The study’s innovative contribution lies in its integration of digital technologies with legal regulatory approaches, exploring financial market stability from both institutional and technological perspectives, offering practical recommendations for policymakers and industry stakeholders
