Sa capacité à dématérialiser les frontières favorise l’établissement de « ponts » entre les individus de tout horizon. Get PDF
Nigeria’s ability to thrive is greatly hindered by the rate of increase in the level of unemployment, especially among graduates. However, entrepreneurship is crucial role for economic development and creation of employment opportunities. This paper examined the effect of entrepreneurship skills among female students and the reduction of unemployment in Nigeria. The study employed a survey research approach. The target population comprised female students that were enrolled in the institution’s entrepreneurship programs. A convenience sampling method was used to pick 150 participants, given the unlimited nature of the population. A significant number of participants emphasized the significance of training, innovation, and the enhancement of skills for the sustainability and expansion of enterprises in the present economic conditions of Nigeria. The results revealed a significant positive relationship (correlation coefficient of -0.862) between reducing unemployment and fostering creativity, suggesting that higher levels of creativity lead to lower rates of unemployment. Furthermore, a strong negative association (with a correlation coefficient of -0.851) was found between unemployment and entrepreneurial skills. This indicates that higher levels of entrepreneurial skills lead to a significant decrease in unemployment. The report also indicated that 76.4% of the growth of new enterprises may be ascribed to successful training. The study recommended that the educational curriculum should be revised to stress the acquisition of practical skills above solely theoretical information starting from high school and beyond and make it a priority to foster the growth of innovative and successful persons to enhance their employability, therefore encouraging self-reliance and long-term viability

    Get PDF
The Provisions of the Supreme People’s Court on Issuing the Information on the List of Dishonest Judgment Debtors specify that the primary target of punishment for dishonesty should be the dishonest judgment debtors. However, in practice, the scope of punishment has broadened to include their children and four types of responsible persons. This study conducts a thorough analysis and recommends that the punishment of the judgment debtors’ children be explicitly prohibited. It also advocates for strict adherence to legal conditions when imposing consumption restriction measures on the four types of responsible persons. Furthermore, in cases where a government body is listed as a dishonest judgment debtor, this paper argues for the strict enforcement of accountability for both the agency and its responsible persons, aiming to establish a robust mechanism for penalizing governmental defaulters.

    Get PDF
This research aims to analyze two tax strategies, potentially capable of contributing to the principle of progressivity and contributory capacity. Middle-class citizens in Brazil must bear a high-income tax burden, while profits and dividends are not taxed and there is still no tax on large fortunes. Therefore, the research has academic relevance in addressing the reasons why there is no tax on large fortunes and the technical parameters necessary for this to become a reality. Furthermore, taxation is the means by which the individual provides revenue to the State, as well as a matter of interest to all taxpayers and the community. The study will be carried out using a deductive approach, with a qualitative nature and exploratory bibliographical research. This study will seek different alternatives and mechanisms to Income Tax, aiming to achieve a balance that benefits both the taxpayer and the State

On The Transcendence of Marx’s Humanized View of Nature Over Non-anthropocentrism Ontology of Wild Nature

    Get PDF
The ecological culture of non-anthropocentrism which is reflected in the concept of “wild nature” in its philosophical ontology hopes to solve ecological and environmental problems through “the absence of people”. The original intention of establishing the ontology of “wild nature” was to save people from the deteriorating ecological environment, but in the end, it fell into a logical dilemma of destroying people. However, the starting point and ultimate purpose of solving ecological and environmental problems should be based on “real people” and “real society”. Based on the historical materialist position, Marx’s humanized view of nature not only advocates the necessity of the naturalization of humans and the practicality of humanization of nature, but also provides scientific guidance for getting out of the ontological dilemma of“wild nature” in the ecological culture of non-anthropocentrism
