Modern International Society is the firstling of European International Society. It was found in the Europe state system and with the spread of European culture, juridical norms and rules, it gained the global dimension. Challenges in Keeping the Balance between the Member-State Competencies and Rules of the EU Single Market
Get PDFThe purpose of this paper is to examine restrictions and different types of discriminations in order to determine the ways national rules hindering interstate trade and movement, are in conflict with Treaty of the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU) provisions. Particular attention would be paid on intersection of the EU and Member States competencies as well astheir division by the means of negative integration inevitably affecting regulatory powers of the Member States. Furthermore, we will study how Court using derogations to the free movement, endeavours to maintain the balance between exercising state competencies, mostly deriving from the State sovereignty and implementation of the EU Legislation necessary for effective functioning of the single market

Various efforts of experts aimed at understanding, describing, andexplaining the experience of happiness bring many interesting findings, applicable in both the commercial and noncommercialsector. At the same time, empirical data dispute many stereotypes of human happiness, its laic and intuitive interpretation. Thereality is more complicated. Life satisfaction and experienced human happiness are determined by a number of cultural-social,economic, or psychological factors. In this regard, we aim to learn about the potential effects of social comparison, socialadaptation, and impact of money on the subjective level of experienced happiness and quality of life. It is becoming apparentthat social comparison is an important factor for perceiving one’s own satisfaction and happiness. The level of achieved positiveemotions and the period of experiencing such emotions depend on the nature of such emotions’ source.
