Decision Analysis for Selecting Steam Boiler Units in the Detergent Manufacturing Industry Using the Delphi, DEMATEL, and ANP Methods (Case Study: PT. XYZ)
Boilers are vital components in the manufacturing industry because they give the heat energy required for industrial processes. The main boiler unit at PT. XYZ has been in use for over 42 years and is exhibiting decreased efficiency as well as increased safety risks. To address these issues, the company plans to upgrade the existing system with a new boiler with a larger capacity. The selection of boiler units has traditionally been guided solely by the lowest price, without consideration for energy efficiency, safety, environmental concerns, or technological needs all of which can significantly increase operating costs and production interruption risks. This study uses a Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) approach to develop an objective and data driven decision making framework using the Delphi technique, Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL), and the Analytic Network Process (ANP). The most significant sub criteria in boiler selection are Boiler Efficiency at 100% Load Specific Energy, which has a weight of 11,83%, followed by Initial Investment Cost (10,84%) and Boiler Safety Control System (10, 13%). The Yuanda Boiler was given the greatest priority weight of 0,349374 among the four evaluated options and is therefore recommended as the best choice, followed by the Miura Boiler (0,319063), the Erensen Boiler (0,196042), and the Omnical Boiler (0,13552). The model established in this work offers a clear and comprehensive decisionmaking framework that can help management choose the best boiler investment that is both energy efficient and sustainable
The Influence of Brand Image and Customer Experience on Customer Loyalty Mediated by Customer Satisfaction
This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image and customer experience on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction at Papagesha Coffee Shop in Majalengka. A quantitative approach was used by involving 160 respondents aged 15–60 years. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire based on the Likert scale, and analyzed using the PL-SEM method. As a result, brand image and customer experience have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Customer satisfaction has proven to be a powerful mediator in strengthening the relationship between brand image and customer experience to customer loyalty. The findings also show that customer satisfaction has the most dominant influence in driving loyalty. It reinforces the importance of service improvement strategies, brand consistency, and meaningful experience creation to retain customers amid increasingly fierce competition in the coffee shop industry. The recommendations from this study emphasize the need for continuous innovation and holistic management of customer experience as the basis for strengthening long-term relationships between consumers and brands
The Influence of Marketing Partnership and Sales Promotion on Purchase Intention of Sei Sapi Mancuy Brand on the Grabfood Super App in Bandung City
This study explores the effects of Marketing Partnership and Sales Promotion on Purchase Intention of Sei Sapi Mancuy brand through the GrabFood super app in Bandung, Indonesia. A descriptive and verificative research methodology was adopted, involving 100 respondents. Results indicate that both Marketing Partnership and Sales Promotion together positively influence Purchase Intention, but Sales Promotion alone significantly affects Purchase Intention, while Marketing Partnership does not. The findings suggest that enhancing Sales Promotion strategies can increase Purchase Intention among both existing and potential customer
Analisis Postur Tubuh Pekerja Saat Menggunakan Kursi dan Komputer Dengan Metode Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) di Unit Demin Plant PT. XYZ
This study aims to analyze the working posture of operators using chairs and computers in the demineralization unit (demin plant) at PT. XYZ by applying the Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) method. Prolonged computer use with non-ergonomic postures can cause musculoskeletal disorders. The research method used direct observation of two operators with Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaires for initial complaint identification, followed by ROSA analysis. The results show that two operators scored 8 on the ROSA scale, which falls into the very high-risk category. This score indicates that the working posture is not ergonomically appropriate and has the potential to cause musculoskeletal disorders. Contributing factors include improper sitting posture not meeting ergonomic standards, absence of adjustable armrests, monitor position too low with viewing angles of 4.38° and 9.43°, monitor viewing distance of 40-45 cm (less than the 50-70 cm standard), and work equipment that does not fully support optimal comfort. Improvement recommendations include using ergonomic chairs with adjustable features, height-adjustable monitor stands, ergonomic workstations, and providing mousepads and portable keyboards. This study contributes to the application of office ergonomics to prevent musculoskeletal disorders in oil and gas industry workers
Analisis Beban Kerja Mental Menggunakan Metode National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index (Nasa-TLX) Pada Pekerja di PT Mulia Jaya Mandiri Balikpapan
PT. Mulia Jaya Mandiri ialah perusahaan swasta nasional yang memiliki kemampuan untuk memproduksi peralatan migas dan menyediakan layanan yang berkaitan dengan pengoperasian industri migas yang beroperasi sebagai bengkel umum. Tenaga kerja yang dimiliki sebuah organisasi berperan krusial selaku fondasi serta penggerak dalam proses pembangunan perusahaan. Setiap karyawan dihadapkan pada tanggung jawab kerja tertentu, tanggung jawab kerja ini mencakup aspek fisik maupun psikis. Ketika beban tersebut melampaui kapasitas individu, hal ini berpotensi menimbulkan konsekuensi negative. Oleh karena itu untuk menghitung beban kerja mental yang di alami pekerja di PT.Mulia Jaya Mandiri Balikpapan digunakan metode NASA-TLX guna mengkaji beban kerja mental yang pekerja hadapi yang perlu melaksanakan berbagai aktivitas dalam pekerjaannya untuk mengetahui beban kerja mental yang dirasakan oleh pekerja di PT. Mulia Jaya Mandiri disebarkannya kuesioner kepada 33 responden. Dari data temuan angket dianalisis beban kerja mental memanfaatkan pendekatan NASA-TLX. Tahapan pertama dibuatlah pembobotan yang berwujud perbandingan dua arah yang mencakup 15 indikator. Pada tahap selanjutnya, dilakukan proses pemberian nilai dengan cara menentukan skor pada enam aspek dari beban kerja mental, menggunakan skala penilaian dari 0 hingga 100. Dari hasil kalkulasi dengan memanfaatkan pendekatan NASA-TLX ditemukan atas 33 pegawai di PT Mulia Jaya Mandiri, sebanyak 16 orang pegawai tergolong pada kategori beban kerja mental yang tinggi, sementara 17 lainnya masuk dalam kategori beban kerja mental yang sangat tinggi
Perancangan Strategi Pemasaran Jasa Desain Kapal Pada Pt Terafulk Megantara Design Dengan Metode Swot Dan Qspm Sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Daya Saing
Marketing strategy is very necessary for a company so that it is attempted to determine the direction by identifying in terms of the market, competitors, and customers. PT Terafulk Megantara Design is a company engaged in the field of ship design services. Contract value revenue has experienced a fluctuating trend, but in 2023 there was a very significant decline compared to the previous year. While the number of contracts also experienced a fluctuating trend and tended to decline, in 2023 the number of contracts experienced a significant increase but was not balanced by the contract value where the contract value in 2023 experienced a significant decline. This shows that a strategy is needed to achieve optimal and balanced revenue targets with the number of contracts worked on. The Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) method will be used in this study to assist companies in identifying and evaluating various alternative marketing strategies. The analysis process will be carried out through a series of structured methodological stages. It is expected to provide a quantitative approach in choosing the marketing strategy that best suits the company's conditions. Data will be collected through in-depth interviews and participatory observations, and supported by literature related to marketing in the service and shipping industries. The results of this study position PT Terafulk is located in Quadrant I, known as the "Grow & Build" zone. Based on the IFE score of 3.25 and EFE of 3.32, it can be concluded that PT Terafulk has balanced internal strengths and external opportunities. In this situation, the company has a strong foundation to support an aggressive growth strategy. Strategies that can be implemented include new product development, market expansion, and increased innovation to increase competitiveness
Analisa Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi Dan Manajemen Data Terhadap Implementasi Ai Menggunakan Cobit 2019 (Studi Kasus Pt Xyz)
PT XYZ is a company engaged in providing internet services and telecommunication networks. In managing its network services and infrastructure, PT XYZ operates an Integrated Operation Center that monitors all production tools continuously on a 24/7 basis. As part of its development, PT XYZ is leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to accelerate business processes and to ensure more efficient information management. To achieve these goals, effective governance of data and information management is essential. This study uses COBIT 2019, a proven and widely recognized governance framework, to identify and analyze the necessary governance requirements at PT XYZ. COBIT 2019 includes a capability level assessment mechanism based on the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), which enables the evaluation of existing management practices. Using the design factors method, seven objectives from COBIT 2019 were selected such as EDM03 (Ensured Risk Optimization), APO12 (Managed Risk), APO13 (Managed Security), BAI10 (Managed Configuration), DSS04 (Managed Continuity), DSS05 (Managed Security Services), and MEA03 (Managed Compliance with External Requirements). The results of this study include improvement steps and governance recommendations for each selected objective to reach the target state expected by stakeholders. The current assessment shows that all selected objectives are at capability level 2 (Managed), while the desired target is level 5 (Optimizing). Therefore, improvement measures based on the proposed recommendations and best practices are required. In line with COBIT 2019 framework recommendations, in order to successfully implement AI within existing business processes, PT XYZ must prioritize risk management, data and IT infrastructure security, as well as compliance with rules/regulations, so that the AI adoption is aligned with the plan, safe, effective, and efficien
Development of a Web-Based Application to Analyze the Comments of the Genshin Impact Virtual Community Official
Online games are now evolving into interactive social spaces that give rise to dynamic virtual communities. One of the communities that is quite well-known in Indonesia is Genshin Impact Indonesia Official, which is often the talk of the town on social media. The problem in this study focuses on how the involvement of players in the community has both positive and negative impacts. The purpose of this research is to analyze the comments of community members to recognize the forms of expression and categories of impacts caused. The research data was collected from 100 random comments on the Genshin Impact Player Restlessness Facebook group during the period of July 8–12, 2025. The method used is Directed Content Analysis (DCA) with the classification framework of Belfiore and Bennett, which includes 12 categories of cultural participation impacts. In addition, the analysis is carried out based on the classification of sentiment (positive, negative, neutral). The findings of this study show that most of the comments are positive, especially in the aspects of Personal Well-being, Appreciation of Game Design, and Personal Development. While negative comments are generally related to the issue of Social Stratification and the pressures due to game mechanics. In addition, the research also resulted in a web-based application for the automation of data classification and visualization, which has been proven to facilitate the analysis process
Studi Eksperimental Transmisi Cahaya Pada Bahan Armatur Lampu: Kertas, Kain, dan Akrilik
Kap lampu (armatur) memainkan peran penting dalam mendistribusikan, menyaring, dan menyebarkan cahaya pada pencahayaan buatan. Karakteristik transmisi cahaya sangat dipengaruhi oleh sifat material seperti transparansi, homogenitas permukaan, dan ketebalan. Penelitian ini mengkaji performa tiga bahan umum—kertas, kain, dan akrilik—untuk memberikan dasar ilmiah dalam pemilihan material yang tepat berdasarkan fungsi dan estetika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan karakteristik transmisi serta penyebaran cahaya dari tiga material kap lampu, yaitu kertas Concorde 80 gsm, kain belacu 150 gsm, dan akrilik putih 2 mm, melalui pengukuran objektif dan observasi subjektif. Metode eksperimen kuantitatif digunakan dalam ruang terkontrol. Pengukuran objektif intensitas cahaya (dalam lux) dilakukan dengan lux meter pada jarak 50 cm dan 100 cm dari sumber cahaya LED 5W. Observasi subjektif terhadap kualitas penyebaran cahaya dilakukan oleh tiga responden. Hasil menunjukkan akrilik memiliki intensitas cahaya tertinggi (56,3 lux pada 50 cm; 40,3 lux pada 100 cm) dan penyebaran paling merata. Kain belacu menempati posisi menengah (35,9 lux; 20,6 lux), sementara kertas Concorde memiliki performa terendah (30,1 lux; 17,3 lux) dengan penyebaran terbatas. Temuan ini merekomendasikan akrilik untuk aplikasi pencahayaan fungsional yang membutuhkan transmisi tinggi, kain untuk pencahayaan atmosferik, dan kertas untuk elemen dekoratif. Penelitian ini memberikan panduan berbasis data untuk seleksi material dalam desain pencahayaan interior

Komoditi kopi berhasil menyumbang 16,15% terhadap negara. Value chain biji kopi sendiri meningkat ketika biji kopi tersebut diolah dan disajikan di coffee shop , oleh karena itu segala hal akan meningkatkan keseluruhan value di Indonesia. Dengan meningkatnya value tersebut maka kualitas dan kuantitas juga akan meningkat dan menguntungkan keuntungan petani kopi di Indonesia. Ada beberapa masalah pada coffee shop terutama dari segi efektivitas dan efisiensi operasional.
