Peningkatan Literasi Pelindungan Data Pribadi Bagi Kelompok Rentan Di Kampung Inspirasi Melalui Pendekatan Hukum Klinis
Personal Data Protection Outreach for Vulnerable Groups in Kampung Inspirasi through a Clinical Legal Approach The rapid advancement of digital technology has significantly increased the risk of personal data misuse, particularly among vulnerable groups such as housewives, children, and the elderly. Limited legal and digital literacy in Desa Cijambe, Bandung Regency, underscores the urgent need for public legal education on personal data protection, especially in the context of Indonesia’s Law Number 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (PDP Law). This community service program aimed to enhance public awareness and understanding of the importance of safeguarding personal data during everyday digital interactions. The program employed a Clinical Legal Education (CLE) approach through student-based learning, interactive workshops, roleplay simulations, and live legal clinics. Evaluation results showed a significant improvement in participants’ comprehension, with average scores increasing from 67.5 (pre-test) to 81.5 (post-test), and learning completion rising from 72.5% to 92.5%. Participants demonstrated active engagement and enthusiasm during discussions and practical sessions. These findings indicate that the CLE method is effective in delivering legal material in a practical and accessible manner. The program not only strengthened participants’ legal literacy but also laid a foundation for the replication of similar outreach activities in other communities.
 
Penerapan Metoda Algoritma Genetika Dalam Distribusi Lokasi Automatic Weather Station (AWS) Di Wilayah Kabupaten Lamongan Jawa Timur Untuk Kebutuhan Perencanaan Dan Pengelolaan Lahan Pertanian
This study aims to optimize AWS distribution to significantly improve weather monitoring coverage by minimizing the number of coverage holes. The approach used is the Genetic Algorithm (GA), an evolutionary computation method capable of solving optimization problems by searching for the best solution among a population of candidate solutions. This research tested 9 parameter combinations consisting of population size, number of generations, and mutation ratio to determine the effect of each parameter on the quality of AWS distribution. To support visualization and result validation, a Human Machine Interface (HMI)-based software was developed to interactively and informatively display the AWS sensor distribution process. This HMI is equipped with a regional map and supports spatial simulation, enabling easy validation of actual coordinates and visual evaluation of sensor distribution. The test results indicate that an increase in the number of generations correlates with a decrease in coverage holes. The best parameter combination was obtained with a population size of 10, 100 generations, and an 80% mutation ratio, resulting in the lowest coverage hole count of only 10 pixels. The final distribution in the best test case (Test 9) produced 42 sensor coordinate points optimally distributed. These sensor positions not only cover a wide and efficient area but have also been converted into geographic coordinates that can be directly used for AWS installation planning in the field. It can be concluded that the Genetic Algorithm is effective for optimizing AWS distribution, particularly in agricultural regions such as Lamongan Regency. The findings of this study, supported by an interactive HMI system, are expected to serve as a technical reference for policymakers in planning agriculture-based technology infrastructure to support efficient weather monitoring and national food security.
 
Hubungan Mutu Pelayanan Kebidanan Dengan Kepuasan Ibu Hamil dalam Mendapatkan Pelayanan Antenatal Care di Puskesmas Muara Ancalong Kabupaten Kutai Timur
The quality of health services is the level of individual and community health services that can improve optimal health outcomes. The maternal mortality rate in Indonesia is still a big problem, so maternal health services are a top priority in health development. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the quality of midwifery services and the satisfaction of pregnant women receiving antenatal care services. This type of cross-sectional quantitative research was conducted on 95 pregnant women respondents in the Muara Ancalong Health Center area in 2024. Bivariate analysis uses chi-square test, while multivariate analysis uses logistic regression test. The results showed that there was a relationship between the security variable and the satisfaction of pregnant women (p=0.032), there was a relationship between the comfort variable and the satisfaction of pregnant women (p=0.0001), there was a variable relationship of technical competence to the satisfaction of pregnant women (p=0.0001), there was a variable relationship of access/easy access to the satisfaction of pregnant women (p=0.041) and there was a variable relationship of reliability to the satisfaction of pregnant women (p=0.002). The variables that have the greatest relationship with the satisfaction of pregnant women getting antenatal care services are comfort and technical competence. The variables of comfort and technical competence have a strong relationship with the satisfaction of pregnant women in getting antenatal care services, the suggestion of the Puskesmas to give priority to pregnant women regarding their comfort and evaluate needs related to the comfort factor of service recipients and the need to improve the competence of service providers
Penerapan Metode Altman Z-Score Dalam Memprediksi Kebangkrutan Perusahaan Sub Sektor Perdagangan Barang Primer Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2019-2023
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode Altman Z-Score dalam memprediksi kebangkrutan perusahaan sub sektor perdagangan barang primer yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2023. Latar belakang penelitian didasari oleh tekanan signifikan yang dialami sektor perdagangan barang primer akibat pandemi COVID-19, gangguan rantai pasok, dan perubahan pola konsumsi yang menyebabkan banyak perusahaan menghadapi tantangan keuangan serius. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan sampel empat perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria, yaitu PT Duta Intidaya Tbk, PT Diamond Food Indonesia Tbk, PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk, dan PT Wicaksana Overseas International Tbk. Data keuangan dianalisis menggunakan empat rasio Altman Z-Score: Working Capital to Total Asset (X1), Retained Earning to Total Asset (X2), Earning Before Interest and Taxes to Total Asset (X3), dan Book Value of Equity to Total Debt Ratio (X4). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar perusahaan berada pada kategori Grey Area dengan skor Z-Score berkisar 1,194-5,275, mengindikasikan posisi rawan kebangkrutan meskipun belum masuk kategori distress. PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk konsisten berada di Grey Area selama lima tahun, sementara PT Multipolar Tbk, PT Supra Boga Lestari Tbk, dan PT Wicaksana Overseas International Tbk mengalami fluktuasi antara kategori sehat dan Grey Area. Penelitian ini membuktikan relevansi metode Altman Z-Score dalam mengidentifikasi kelemahan likuiditas dan profitabilitas operasional sebagai penyebab utama risiko kebangkrutan
Gambaran Karakteristik Retinopati Diabetik di RS Mata Prima Vision Medan
Retinopati diabetik (RD) merupakan komplikasi mikrovaskular utama diabetes melitus dan penyebab kebutaan yang dapat dicegah pada usia produktif, sehingga deteksi dini dan pemahaman karakteristik pasien sangat penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik pasien RD di RS Mata Prima Vision Medan berdasarkan jenis kelamin, usia, dan tingkat keparahan. Metode yang digunakan merupakan studi observasional cross-sectional yang dilakukan di RS Mata Prima Vision Medan dari Mei 2024 hingga Mei 2025. Data dikumpulkan dari rekam medis dari 36 pasien retinopati diabetik yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 69,4% pasien adalah perempuan dan 50,0% berusia 40-60 tahun. Sebagian besar (58,3%) sudah berada pada stadium proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR) saat diagnosis, dengan proporsi lebih tinggi pada perempuan (64,0%) dibandingkan laki-laki (45,5%). Temuan ini mengindikasikan keterlambatan deteksi dini, sehingga diperlukan program skrining rutin dan edukasi yang lebih agresif, khususnya untuk pasien perempuan dan kelompok usia >40 tahun, untuk mencegah progresivitas dan kebutaan
Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Lambat Belajar di Sekolah Indonesia Luar Negeri Melalui Pembelajaran Akomodatif
Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik lambat belajar di Sekolah Indonesia Davao (SID) dan pemahaman guru melalui penerapan strategi pembelajaran akomodatif. Tahapan yang dilaksanakan meliputi tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi yang melibatkan guru SID serta dua peserta didik lambat belajar di kelas IV. Strategi pembelajaran akomodatif yang diterapkan meliputi diferensiasi pembelajaran, penggunaan media visual, modifikasi tugas, serta pendekatan sosial-emosional. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman guru terhadap prinsip pembelajaran akomodatif dan perubahan sikap lebih positif dalam pengelolaan kelas. Selain itu, hasil belajar matematika peserta didik lambat belajar menunjukkan peningkatan. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh capaian nilai post-test yang melampaui standar minimum serta keterlibatan aktif dalam pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, program yang diterapkan terbukti dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran bagi peserta didik lambat belajar di sekolah luar negeri
Rekrutmen Terbuka Seleksi Jabatan Pimpinan Tinggi Berbasis Sistem Merit Pada Aparatur Sipil Negara Dalam Perspektif Keadilan
Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam menjaga stabilitas dan kelancaran pemerintahan di suatu negara. Penyelenggaraan manajemen ASN di Indonesia menggunakan prinsip meritokrasi atau sistem merit. Melalui penetapan UU Nomor 20 Tahun 2023 tentang ASN, di mana prinsip meritrokrasi sebagai dasar penyelenggaraan manajemen ASN. Prinsip meritokrasi adalah prinsip pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang didasarkan pada kualifikasi, kompetensi, potensi, dan kinerja, serta integritas dan moralitas yang dilaksanakan secara adil dan wajar dengan tidak membedakan latar belakang suku, ras, warna kulit, agama, asal-usul, jenis kelamin, status pernikahan, umur, atau berkebutuhan khusus. Berdasarkan Pasal 2 UU Nomor 20 Tahun 2023 tentang ASN diatur bahwa penyelenggaraan kebijakan dan manajemen ASN berdasarkan asas yang salah satunya adalah keterbukaan. Asas keterbukaan adalah penyelenggaraan manajemen ASN bersifat terbuka untuk publik sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. Asas keterbukaan juga digunakan pada seleksi jabatan pimpinan tinggi yaitu dalam mengawasi proses pelaksanaan seleksi terbuka Jabatan Pimpinan Tinggi sebagai “perubahan besar” di dalam mewujudkan prinsip meritrokasi. Namun dalam pembobotan dalam sistem seleksi terbuka dalam pengisian Jabatan Tinggi pada ASN berpotensi terjadi subyektifitas dalam pengisian jabatan tinggi tersebut. Prinsip meritrokasi sangat erat dengan keadilan, sehingga dalam penelitian ini untuk mengkaji terpenuhi atau tidaknya sistem seleksi terbuka dalam pengisian jabatan tinggi berkenaan dengan asas-asas dalam keadilan
Pelayanan Perlindungan Terhadap Perempuan Korban Praktik Pengantin Pesanan (Mail Order Brides) di Indonesia
This article discusses the experiences of woman who are victims of mail-order bride and the identification of protection services for them as a process of recovery from the violence they have experienced. This research was conducted with a descriptive method. The data were taken from literature studies and women who were victims of the practice of mail-order brides themselves. The result of this study indicate that protection service for women who are victims of mail-order brides are the most essential thing as a forum for healing and recovering from the suffering they experience during and after they become mail-order brides. The experiences of women who are victims of mail-order brides cannot be simply removed from women’s minds, so the role of Non-Government Organization (NGO) such as the Indonesian Migrant Workers’ Union (SBMI) is very helpful for women who are victims of mail-order brides who have returned and are given special services until they feel they can live their lives again. This research can contribute to society, especially knowledge related to the phenomenon of mail-order bride practices and patterns and forms of protection services for women victims of mail-order brides
Pengaruh Pelatihan Pegawai, Kepuasan Kerja, Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Rumah Sakit “M”
Employee performance plays an important role in the quality of health services. However, "M" Hospital Surabaya is still facing performance stagnation, patient complaints, and low scores in several work units, so it is necessary to evaluate the factors that affect it so that the service is more optimal. This study aims to analyze the influence of employee training, job satisfaction, and compensation on employee performance at "M" Hospital Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. Data analysis was carried out through univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis. The study population was all permanent employees of Hospital "M". The research sample was determined by the Lemeshow formula, obtained a minimum of 132 respondents, then added 30% so that the total was 172 respondents who were taken proportionally from low-performing work units. The results of the study showed that the overall performance of employees was moderate, with the majority of respondents' assessments in the Adequate category. Meanwhile, training and job satisfaction are considered good to very good, and compensation is considered good even though there is still sufficient assessment, thus showing that there is room for improvement, especially in the compensation system and the implementation of factors that support the improvement of employee performance. Multivariate analysis showed a positive and significant relationship between training, job satisfaction, and compensation and employee performance. Of these three factors, compensation is the variable that has the most influence on employee performance at Hospital "M". The management of "M" Hospital is advised to strengthen a competitive compensation system, develop training programs that meet technical and non-technical needs, provide a clear career development path, and build a two-way communication culture to encourage employee performance improvement
Representation of Female Identity and Emotional Healing in Korean Drama “When Life Gives You Tangerines” in Indonesia
Korean wave or hallyu has grown very popular worldwide over the years, starting from its foods, culture, K-pop, K-movie, and K-drama. K-drama has become a source of entertainment for many people because of its actors and actresses, story line, and impeccable acting skill. Recently, both K-movie and K-drama have changed its cliche ‘poor girl and rich guy’ plot towards socio cultural issue, such as rich-poor gap issue in Oscar awarded movies Parasite, structural poverty in the hit Netflix series Squid Game, and most recent is When Life Gives You Tangerines where it tells a story about women in different generation struggling to survive. It is heavily focused on women as they face hardships and struggle to break the generational pain. This study applies Stuart Hall’s representation theory since audience’s responses are divided into relatable with the drama, relatable but to some extent, and not relatable at all. The scope of this study is in Indonesia, and employs a qualitative study by collecting data through questionnaire, textual analysis from some of the key episodes, and social media response analysis. The finding of this study is expected to contribute to the ongoing research on media studies, particularly within Asia and concentrate around women issues
