    Providing qualified domestic workers and looking for employers who have good behavior are things that are needed by the community. In addition, the assurance of the contract promised at the beginning of the agreement and its realization from the perspective of the employer and domestic worker is something that must be considered. With Maximom present as the answer needed by the public, Maximom utilizes a website-based application in the form of a company profile and dashboard to convey value and maintain performance to customers. In order to determine the characteristics and needs of users, the author uses the User Persona tool to focus on target users who will operate the display system. It is intended that the resulting UI display matches the expectations of each potential user. The approach that the author applies to UI design is the Google Design Sprint which is superior in terms of time saving, focus on problems and solving goals (in the form of prototypes), and idea development. The stages in Google Design Sprint are Mapping, Sketching, Deciding, Prototyping, and Testing.&nbsp

    Sistem Informasi Pemasaran Olahan Batu Kapur Pada PT Amir Hajar Kilsi di Rembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan sistem informasi pemasaran olahan batu kapur yang dilakukan PT Amir Hajar Kilsi, yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang menambang dan mengolah batu kapur yang terletak di kabupaten Rembang, Jawa Tengah. Alasan dilakukan penelitian ini karena kebutuhan akan batu kapur meningkat setiap tahunnya. Sedangkan pemilihan metode wighted directed acyclic graph karena perhitungan representasi dari metadata berbasis root concep. Selanjutnya kami mengkaji strategi pemasaran yang digunakan perusahaan dengan sumber-sumber dari buku dan jurnal terkait strategi pemasaran. Dalam penulisan laporan ini penulis menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya analisis data menggunakan teknik menurut Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data yang masih kasar dari lapangan, penyajian data yang diperoleh dari berbagai jenis dan jaringan kerja. Setelah mengkaji dengan sumber-sumber terkait, strategi pemasaran yang digunakan oleh PT Amir Hajar Kilsi meliputi subkontraktor, direct seller, dan internet marketing. Strategi internet marketing belum mengalami pengoptimalan dalam melakukan promosi perusahaan maka pengembangan sistem informasi ini dirasa cocok untuk mengoptimalkan promosi penjualan

    Fishermen poverty is a problem that must be overcome, as well as difficulties in improving the welfare of fishermen in coastal areas due to internal weaknesses and the influence of external factors. Fishermen do not feel the limited education or opportunities to access and master technology. This factor is due to not having sufficient capital, such as the condition of the fishermen's economic difficulties. On the other hand, external factors are increasingly intense competition, market mechanisms and the bargaining position of fishermen to sell fish they have caught. FISH SMART is an daring trading application based on android, and acts as a capital market broker for fish products. The way it works is by interacting directly through a communication system between fishermen and consumers. This application system is easy to operate so that fishermen will be able to offer fish prices according to quality. Through this interaction and cooperation, sustainability will be established as a booster for the fishermen's economy and educate fishermen on the mastery of technology. In the end, it will improve Indonesia's maritime economy in a sustainable manner

    Violations are noncompliance or intentional forms of bad behavior and students' lack of discipline in carrying out the rules that have been applied in schools. Lots of students who act on their own accord and commit violations. From the smallest violations to even the biggest violations. To overcome or overcome students who commit violations of these rules there must be techniques or solutions so that students become more disciplined individuals and obey school rules, so as to create conditions that are orderly and in accordance with applicable norms in the school environment. Rules must be obeyed by all members of the school, especially students because the aim is to provide someone with guidelines that have been approved in certain situations. At SMP Negeri 17 Surabaya, there are written rules for students regarding student discipline. These regulations have been classified according to type, iaiku mild, moderate and severe regulations. Although the rules are written, they are still violated by students. With these conditions, we want to find modern technology to overcome this problem.&nbsp

    Pemanfaatan sistem informasi sebagai media melalui website yang berguna untuk memberikan informasi profildan potensi desa juga selaras dengan undang-undang no. 6 tahun 2014 tentang desa, dimana desa berhakmemperoleh akses yang lebih besar untuk mendapatkan dan menyebarkan informasi pembangunan. Analisiskualitas portal berbasis web menggunakan Content Management System pada model kualitas produk ISO/IEC 25010 dilaksankan di Kelurahan Turi, Kota Blitar. Kuisioner yang telah dibagikan kepada pegawai kelurahan dan masyarakat sekitar secara keseluruhan, dengan diambil presentase terbesar terkait Appropriateness recognizability menampilkan sangat setuju dengan persentasi 52,9%, Learnability menampilkan sangat setuju dan setuju dengan persentase 47,1%, Operability menampilkan sangat setuju dengan persentase 52,9%, User error protection menampilkan sangat setuju dan setuju dengan persentase 47.1%, User interface aesthetics menampilkan sangat setuju dengan persentase 52.9%, Accessibiltiy menampilkan sangat setuju dengan  persentase 64.7%

    Talentku is a market validation survey based on the user need to connect the students who have talent and want to hone their talents with companies/organizations that need talent for external and internal activities. The company needs a User Interface (UI) and User Experiences (UX) design as a base building platform. Strategies needed to design the UI/UX to run efective and efficient by prioritizing Just in Time Production. So the problem is how to design the UI/UX of my talent platform effectively and efficiently. The solution used to solve the above problem is designing User Interfaces and User Experiences using Lean UX Startup method. This method is pros "faster, smarter UX, research and learning". Results derived from this research is a prototype final that is a combination of prototype A and B that are validated in terms of criticism and suggestion through the questionnaire. The result of prototype A was selected for 13 featured, and prototype B was selected for 2 featured. Color scheme matching hexa #FE706E, as a branding form in the application Talentku and the font is Segoe UI

    Indonesia is a country that has a tropical climate where there are only two seasons namely summer and rainy season. During the summer, the biggest source of energy used to dry clothes is sunlight. Whereas during the rainy season there are a lot of problems that arise or obstacles experienced by some people to dry clothes, especially for school children ... Often when on the way to the workplace or place where the school is caught in the rain so the clothes used are a little moist or even wet. From these problems, a prototype was designed, namely a clothes dryer using wind produced through a fan. This prototype is called LEBANO (Arduino Uno based clothes dryer cabinet). Lebano uses Arduino Uno as a microcontroller and Dht11 temperature sensor as a detector for the humidity temperature of an object. When the object's humidity is still below a certain limit, the fan will still rotate. The process of this research begins with a social approach by carrying out activities with prospective users of innovation, which is integrated with the approach to design thinking to be able to produce technology-based innovations that are beneficial to these prospective users. From the results of testing with prospective users, satisfactory results were obtained in terms of ease of use of technology, benefits of innovation and function in prototypes

    Industry 4.0, in agriculture, push developing technology which combining automation system and update data exchange via internet technolgoy. The technological developments, in agriculture, in Indonesian have not developed significantly, therefore it is needed a technological development toward industri 4.0. One of the developments in industry 4.0 in agriculture is monitoring system. The goal of this research is to design a monitoring system which conected to internet and using telegram application for accessing data in smart farming. In this research, data, taken, is temperature and moisture soil since both of data are very influencing in plant growth process. Thi design is just a prototype that is used for simulating monitoring process on agriculture land then it is needed temperature and moisture soil sensor for sensing, STM 32 as microcontroller, LCD for displaying monitoring data, bluetooth as connecting to gateway, PC as gateway to connect to internet and android cell phone for installing telegram application. The simulation result show data at IoT device matched to data on telegram application. With telegram application that could access monitoring data from agriculture land will increase agriculture quality result so as implementation of this technology could be one of supporting agriculture development toward industry 4.

    Power system will operate in a stable condition if there is a balance between the power of mechanical prime mover and electric power output. Each increment or decrease the load must be followed with changes mechanical prime mover generator power. If it does not immediately adjust then would make the system become unstable or loss of synchronization. Project of Pakistan Deep Water Container Port, which provided the plant duty these days, transient stability must to be studied to determine system realibility during tansient disturbance. This final project is focused on transient stability include frequency response, the angle of the rotor, and voltage. Load shedding mechanism is performed by considering short circuit, motor starting, and the generator shedding phenomenon. Some of our results are not intuitiv

    This study examined the effect of material selection on the strength of the main landing gear frame for UAV aircraft using the finite element method. Linear static analysis was carried out using Autodesk Inventor Professional 2017 software. Main landing gear frame using Aluminum 5052-H38, Aluminium 5083 87 Cold Formed, Aluminium 6061, and CFRP. UAV aircraft was weighing 85 kg with a landing speed of 10 m/s and impact time of 0,5 second. The simulation results show that the landing gear frames of the lightest in a row were CFRP, Al 5083 87 Cold Formed, Al 5052-H38, and Al 6061. Materials that have the greatest safety factor were CFRP, Al 5083 87 Cold Formed, Al 6061, and Al 5052-H38
