    IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN ASET BERBASIS WEB PADA LEMBAGA KEMANUSIAAN ESQ SURABAYA

    Lembaga Kemanusiaan ESQ adalah sebuah lembaga nonprofit yang termasuk pada bidang sosial kemanusiaan. Lembaga ini sering sekali mendapatkan hibah dari para donatur dan para dermawan berupa buku bekas dan kornet yang diamanahkan untuk disalurkan. Permasalahan yang timbul adalah pendistribusian barang dan informasi menjadi sangat lambat karena pencatatan dan pengolahan data barang di gudang masih dilakukan secara manual. Bagian admin mencatat barang masuk dan barang keluar dalam sebuah form sehingga memerlukan waktu yang lama dan terkadang ada beberapa form yang hilang. Bagian distribusi barang harus menunggu lama persetujuan permintaan barang dari ketua yayasan karena dilakukan secara manual. Bagian gudang memerlukan waktu yang lama untuk pengecekan barang di gudang. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini adalah dengan merancang sebuah aplikasi inventaris gudang untuk membantu mengatur dan mengolah semua data dan aktifitas menjadi terkomputerisasi. Proses penelitian diawali dengan observasi dan wawancara untuk mendapatkan data dan permasalahan yang dihadapi. Setelah itu mulai menganalisa sistem sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang diperlukan. Selanjutnya mulai dengan perancangan sistem secara struktural mulai dari diagram konteks sampai ke PDM sebagai databasenya. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa perancangan aplikasi inventaris gudang dapat membantu segala aktifitas pergudangan secara terkomputerisasi dan memberikan informasi pendistribusian barang dengan cepat. Kedepannya diharapkan pembangunan aplikasi inventaris gudang secara web dapat terealisasi dengan baik

    Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan otokratis terhadap perilaku inovatif karyawan UMKM Batik Tulis Ghatot Tuban. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan indikator kepemimpinan otokratis berupa sentralisasi wewenang, produktivitas kerja dan manajemen. Responden yang diambil sebanyak 20 orang sehingga menggunakan sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda, setelah melalui uji asumsi klasik sedangkan metode analisis datanya berupa analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan semua variabel independen (sentralisasi wewenang, produktivitas kerja, dan manajemen) memiliki pengaruh simultan terhadap perilaku inovatif, namun hanya satu variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif yaitu sentralisasi wewenang

    A large population, very high mobility, congestion in every major city and the selection of public transport in carrying out daily activities are the background of making a search application for public transport routes in malang city using greedy algorithm. Inevitably, they will be troubled because of the large number of city public transportation that passes through the road. This greedy algorithm is a search algorithm that can be used to find solutions that can approach these problems, especially with the number of different public transport routes in each public transportation department. There will be many alternative roads from the place of origin to the destination. And also, the relative cost of going for each public transportation. The greedy algorithm uses a heuristic method that can calculate the estimated cost from a particular node to another node. In this discussion the reference variables include the road distance and estimated costs. This application was developed using android SDK framework, java, PHP, MySQL and Google Map. With the route search application of public transport using mobile GIS (Geographical Information System) and Android is expected to be an alternative that makes the users right in determining the public transportation that to be used both in terms of distance and time

    Electric cars are currently being developed by many people because of low pollution and many countries used them in their daily activity. One of the important and main component is a battery, especially the Battery Management System (BMS) which can optimize the implementation of electric cars. BMS can protect and maintain the battery performance efficiently and at the same time can be a fault detection. Basically, It has three important parameters, there are current, voltage, and temperature that must be maintained and there is no overcurrent, overcharging, and discharging for too long because it can cause a fire. The protection of the BMS on electric cars need battery testing and done by taking current and voltage data, which prioritizes discharging and overdischarging test with a capacity of 2,2 Ah or a maximum capacity of 4,2 Volt. This research optimizes the work of BMS when experiencing faults/errors in order to work properly. The battery is modelled with a simple battery model (Rint) which previously identified parameters and formed a state space that aims to make fault detection. The results showed that fault detection using the Kalman Filter algorithm is very efficient and reliable in improving readings of overcurrent and overdischarge data so as to maintain security and extend/lifetime battery so that it can be implemented safely by the publi

    The usage of informatics in this case was e-governement in the government which was included in presidential instructions No.3 2003 was already implemi through regional e-governement that was adjusted based off of local resources and regional needs. The importance of e-governement was affected by at least 3 factor: electronic communication between public sector and society offering both of them a new way to participate and interact. The cyber room in public service makes the deletion of bureaucracy structure and the classic process in E-governement community can improve the service and also offers information on a local level. Even though the dermaji village government has implemented the e-governement but there's more to delete the old bureaucracy system that was old and complicated. Executive informatics is one of the type of informatics for executive that was used to facilitate informatics need in order to reach the goal of an organization. In the implementation this technology was often time utilized by the Village government for main source of information in supporting decision making, particularly when arranging a weak budget in terms of mechanism and supporting data source.     Good facility layout planning will increase the effectiveness and efficiency of resource so that it affects the total performance of a system that implements the process in it. The process occurring in a system needs to be supported by human behavior to support the sustainability. The purpose of this study was to provide a facility layout design for the management planning stage of the Maritime Business Development Laboratory and the implementation of 5R concept to optimize the laboratory management of Surabaya State Shipbuilding Polytechnic. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative by designing facility layout using the ARC method and explaining the implementation of 5R as a culture to support a sustainable working system. The results of the study were outlined in the form of facility layout design according to the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) and the stages carried out by the laboratory in the application of the 5R as the working culture principle

Maka dari itu dibuatlah “Game Implementation Toga Plants Coloring For Adults” untuk mengenalkan sekaligus memberi informasi secara rinci mengenai ciri-ciri dan manfaat yang terkandung dalam tanaman tersebut yang dikemas dengan mudah dan menyenangkan. Maraknya trend buku tentang coloring for adults” di Indonesia, sehingga dilakukan pengembangan penelitian coloring untuk tanaman obat keluarga (TOGA). “Game Implementation Toga Plants Coloring For Adults” ini ditujukan untuk orang dewasa dengan rentang usia 20-40 tahun.     Artificial intelligence technology is developing very rapidly. Various fields have applied this technology to help human work. Speech recognition system is one of the artificial intelligence technologies that are widely applied in various fields. However, some research showed that it was still necessary to develop a method for a good speech recognition system. In addition, the development of speech recognition systems that can provide benefits needs to be developed, such as text recording. Based on this, the research focuses on developing a speech recognition system, in the form of spoken words and convert to text form. Speech words that have been recorded are then extracted features using linear predictive coding method. After that, the characteristic features of each sound are trained and tested using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method for the process of recognition and convert it into text. Based on the evaluation results show that this system is able to recognize words with an accuracy rate of 71.875%. These percentages indicate that the system is able to recognize spoken words and transform them into text form properly

    The development of smart mobile devices and big data technology and mobile applications has become an efficient tool for sharing information. This mobile learning system provides an interactive teaching platform between lecturers and students. Learners can study online classes at any time and anywhere with the help of mobile devices. This research proposes a mobile learning application to Android and Blackberry smart phones. The mobile application provides e-learning services on the client side for students and sharing service interface on the service side. The concept of big data uses volume, variety, velocity, veracity and value or abbreviated as 5V. This research explains why and how to design a mobile campus portal to meet the requirements of the education big data environment, introduce the topology, applications and structure of the mobile portal campus system and discuss the implementation of the 5V big data concept on the mobile portal campus. This study applies the concept of 5V big data in designing an effective mobile campus portal. The final results of Mobile Campus Portal research at the application level provide five types of application modules for users including teaching management, administrative management, financial management, research management and public services. In meeting the requirements of the big data environment on campus, the Mobile Campus Portal applies the five dimensions of the big data concept to the entire data processing cycle. Data integration uses volume and dimension variations. Data translation uses the speed dimension and the data security control uses the truth and authentication dimension.     The strategies of procurement business process had to be innovative, effective, and efficient in order for the company can still competitive in the business world. One of the strategies used with ERP systems is now implemented as one solution based on products or services. This research using qualitative methodology, where the data received and processed in the form of data depiction of field conditions the research, not a number or calculation but the data processed by analyzing results of interviews and documents provided by the company. By using an ERP system, companies can be helped by integrating all business transactions within the company. In addition, users also have an important role in the ERP system, because users have a direct involvement in the influence of cultural changes after the system implementation is executed. The implementation of the ERP system in this study was applied to one of the coal distributor companies. The results of the research analysis show that the existence of an ERP system in business processes can help the user in completing work more easily and quickly, because the data that the user enters into the system will be formed into information.
