Teacher Dialogue: Exploring Early Childhood Educator Training and Diversity through Conversations-【Roundtable Discussion】Building Relationships with Others-
This study explores themes that emerged through dialogues among educators in early childhood education training institutions, focusing on the complex relationship between educator training and the diversity of students. During the roundtable discussion, several key points were addressed. Firstly, it was noted that student evaluations from educators differ between assessments related to their proficiency as future educators and assessments of their personal qualities, potentially resulting in conflicting messages for many students, particularly those with diverse backgrounds. Regarding the formation of a group that embraces diverse students, it was emphasized that it goes beyond mere complementarity; instead, it involves recognizing and appreciating the inherent uniqueness of each individual and discovering the fascination in others. Additionally, the concept of "polishing completion" emerged during the dialogue, highlighting the need for an attitude that actively embraces diverse perspectives and acknowledges areas of deficiency. However, programs focusing on building relationships and cultivating the ability to recognize individuals, the foundation for embracing diversity, are currently absent from educator training curricula. This underscores the necessity of reevaluating how student diversity is perceived and encourages the exploration of new approaches within educator training programs.departmental bulletin pape
A Calculation of Lateral Distribution Function under Approximation B in Three Dimensional Electron‐Photon Cascade Theory, by Taking the Atmospheric Density into Consideration.Ⅳ.Calculation of Lateral Distribution Function Taked the Atmospheric Density into Consideration.
We calculate the lateral distribution function under Approximation B in the three-dimensional cascade theory, by taking the atmospheric density into consideration. In the theory, there appear two types of recurrence formula; the one is in the three-dimensional scattering process, and the other in the one-dimensional ionization-loss process. We calculate these formulae.departmental bulletin pape

Consideration of educational methods for language understanding and acquisition-Validity of using Araki-style co-ordination training-
Araki-style co-ordination training is effective not only in improving children's motor skills but also in improving their academic ability, and previous studies have suggested that it is effective in improving children's academic ability in Japanese language and arithmetic. Currently, in the educational field where many issues are piling up, we thought that by introducing co-ordination training into the curriculum and language education, we might be able to expect some kind of effect on language understanding.
Therefore, in this study, we focused on language activities in the instruction of coordination training and summarized the impressions of instructors regarding its effectiveness. In addition, based on research and books related to education, I considered the theoretical background of how to use words during instruction based on the theory of Araki-style co-ordination training.
Araki-style co-ordination training is a training method that stimulates the brain through the body, leading to improvements in all movements and actions. We believe that the results can be maximized by emphasizing physicality in language understanding and language learning, and by conducting co-ordination training from an early age.
Not only the literature but also the impressions of teachers in the educational field suggest that if the problem of language understanding can be solved, there is a high possibility that the many problems in the educational field can be solved.departmental bulletin pape
Research About the Factors of the Educational Reform In the Early Meiji Era-From the relationship between society and the education system-
This research aims to understand the factors and process of the educational reforms in the Early Meiji Era. It is difficult to change the system. If it is educational, the system is even more difficult to change because continuity and stability are necessary to assess educational effects. With all these inadequacies, why should educational reforms be conducted? As we all know, educational establishments are put into place by a social request; thus, an educational establishment is “part of the social system” since the social consensus sets it up. However, educational reform is also conducted by a social request. This research draws focus to this point.departmental bulletin pape

What it Means "Waiting":"Yume Juya" in the Early Novels of Soseki
This paper analyzes each part of Soseki Natsume's "Yume Juya(Ten Nights Dreams)" to reveal that the theme of "Yume Juya" is "waiting". "Yume Juya" is a text that waits for something. What is it that "Yume Juya" is waiting for? The answer to this question becomes clear when we consider the narrator of "Yume Juya" who calls himself "Jibun". The word "Jibun" has a different function from simply "Wagahai", "Yo" or "Ore". "Jibun" is a word that is conscious of the narrator's own role in the novel. An examination of the transition of Soseki's early novels reveals that the narrator "Jibun" is the narrator who appears only in "Yume Juya" and "Kofu(The Miner)" when Soseki's early novels shifted from first-person novels to third-person novels. What awaited us in "Yume Juya" was the third-person novel, a new stage in Soseki's history of expression.departmental bulletin pape
An Investigative Research on the improvement of Practical training at Childcare Educational Institution-Based on the questionnaire after the second-year junior college teaching practice II-
This study investigates and analyzes students' preparation status for childcare training and teaching training at childcare training schools, as well as their sense of difficulty and sense of accomplishment after completing the training. In recent years, the values and work styles of childcare students have changed, and that their academic abilities have become more diverse. There has been an increase in the number of students who express an intense sense of difficulty in practical training or are unable to complete practical training. Therefore, it is time to reexamine the conventional way of training support. Therefore, we conducted a questionnaire survey on students immediately after completing their teaching practicum II to find out how their preparation status and proficiency in childcare skills such as the piano were related to students' sense of difficulty and accomplishment after the practicum. We will clarify this and consider ways to improve training support at childcare training schools.departmental bulletin pape
