Phylogeneticity and characteristics of experience expressing in plates from infant artistic expression to junior high school art classes
Get PDFThe experience expressed in plates is continuously incorporated from early childhood education to art classes in junior high schools. Therefore, it can be said that it is an activity that is easy to tackle with systematicity. This time, we investigated how to treat the experience represented in the plates at each stage of early childhood education, elementary school, and junior high school. Instruction books and textbooks were used for the survey. As a result, in early childhood education, we were able to find a technical system that develops from the experience of directly copying the shape and feel of materials to the experience of intentionally creating and photographing original plates. In elementary and junior high schools, guidance is provided based on the developmental stage. Among them, "woodblock prints" are frequently featured. It was understood that a lot of those subjects were subjects in the field of "Painting", and the aspect of the reproduction technology that "plates" had and the information transmission by them was not paid much attention. Advanced Care Planning in Home-visit Nursing : A Review of ACP Literature
Get PDF【目的】在宅医療における訪問看護師のACP についての文献をレビューし研究動向
を示し，今後の方向性について知見を得ることである。
【方法】医学中央雑誌WEB 版，メディカルオンライン，J-STAGE を用いてACP，
訪問看護，意思決定支援，在宅医療のキーワードで検索し，7 文献を対象に文献検
討を行った。
【結果】ACP に対する研究が活発になってきた2016 年から2019 年にかけては終
末期がん患者を対象とした研究が行われ，さらに療養者・家族のかかわりについて
の支援の重要性が示唆された。2020 年になると地域在住高齢者を対象とし，ACP
普及についての課題が提示された。
【結論】地域在住高齢者や在宅療養者に対するACP の効果的な支援プログラムの開

Get PDF【目的】本研究は，老年看護学病院実習における学生の学びを明らかにし，老年看
護学実習指導の充実に向けた基礎資料とすることを目的とする。
【方法】Ａ大学3 年生の老年看護学病院実習を履修し，同意の得られた143 名を対
象に, 高齢患者の概要と実習からの学びで得たことについて内容を検討した。
【結果】学生の学びとして，【加齢に伴う個体差】【対話することの関係性】【高齢
者のニーズや希望に応じる支援】【看護実践力の必要性】【自分の世界を生きる】【高
齢者の生活を支える視点】【多職種連携・協働】【社会的ネットワークとサポート】【学
生自身の自己課題の発見】というカテゴリが導き出された。
【結論】学生の学びの内容から実習の重要性が確認された。高齢者，家族の多様化・
変化が進むなかで，高齢者を全人的に捉える能力が求められるが，より広いフィー
ルドでの実習方法の検討が必要である。さらに地域包括ケアシステムの推進に向

Literature review of studies on nursing provided to family members of a patient delivered to a medical emergency center in a state of cardiac arrest
Get PDF【目的】今後の研究の示唆を得ることを目的に，救命救急センターに心肺停止で搬
送された患者家族の看護について文献検討を行った。
【方法】医中誌Web 版を使用し，キーワード検索を行った。心肺停止で搬送され
た患者家族の看護が，記載されている文献を対象条件とした。
【結果】対象文献は，５件であった。心肺停止で救命救急センターに搬送された患
者家族の看護は，【看護を場面ごとに設定し振り返る】【看護をカテゴリ化する】【看
護の語り】であった。実施された看護と患者家族の反応について記載された文献は，
１件のみであった。
【結論】中堅レベル，達人レベルの看護師の看護の報告数の増加により，カテゴリ
化することで，初心者レベル，新人レベルの看護師の看護実践への示唆に繋がる
と考える。また，初心者レベル，新人レベルの看護師が実施する，救命救急センター
における心肺停止の患者家族への看護について明らかにしていくことで，救急・

A Study on creative childcare in kindergarten －Focusing on the development of "summer festival" kindergarten events－

Therefore, in this study, I focused on the "summer festival" kindergarten events and explored how organized and creative events were born. As a result, I was able to clarify the mechanism by which organized and creative events are carried out.
