Pengaruh Kepercayaan, Kemudahan dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Tokopedia pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi UNPRI
No full textThis study aims to analyze the effect of trust, convenience, and service quality on purchasing decisions in Tokopedia, especially among students of the Faculty of Psychology, University of Prima Indonesia. The background of this study is the rapid development of e-commerce in Indonesia, which requires an in-depth understanding of the factors that influence consumer behavior, especially the younger generation. The method used is a quantitative approach with a survey, involving 100 student respondents selected through purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variables ease and quality of Service have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, Trust did not show a partially significant effect. However, simultaneously, all three variables have a significant influence on the purchase decision. The contribution of the three variables to the purchase decision reached 82.92%, while 17.08% were influenced by other factors outside this study. These findings emphasize the importance of ease and quality of service in improving student purchasing decisions at Tokopedia
Factors That Influence The Intention To Uset Certified Mustard Oil Seedst On Smallholders Estate (Study On Oil Palm Farmers In Aek Kuasan District Asahan Regency North Sumatra )
No full textThis research aims to analyze the use of certified oil palm seedlings in smallholder plantations in Aek Kuasan District, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra. The model used to explain the use of certified oil palm seedlings is the theory of planned behavior (TPB) with variables of attitude, subjective norms and perception of behavioral control. The method used to test the pattern of correlation relationships of variables is Multiple Linear Analysis using SPSS 22.0. The data of this study are primary data obtained using a questionnaire. Based on the results of regression and data analysis using the t-test, the t value of the attitude variable is 3.065 and the variable of perception of behavioral control is 3.170 greater than t Table 1.984 has a positive and significant effect on the intention to use certified oil palm seedlings, while the t value of the subjective norm variable is 1.403 smaller than t table 1.984 does not have a significant effect on the intention of farmers to use certified oil palm seedlings. The results of the determination coefficient test (R2) show that the variables of attitude, subjective norms, and perception of behavioral control can explain the dependent variable, namely farmers' intentions, by 38.7% and the remaining 61.3% is explained by other variables outside the model. Simultaneous testing uses the f test where the f count value of 20.217 is greater than the f table value of 2.47. This means that simultaneously the variables of attitude, subjective norms, and perception of behavioral control have a significant effect on farmers' intentions to use certified oil palm seeds in Aek Kuasan District, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra
The Dynamics of Self-Esteem in Facing the Duck Syndrome Phenomenon Among University Students
No full textIssues regarding the phenomenon of duck syndrome are increasingly prevalent among university students, where individuals appear calm on the surface but experience significant mental distress. The purpose of this study was to explore the impact of duck syndrome on college students' self-esteem and identify factors that lead to increased levels of anxiety, low self-efficacy, and depression. The method used was qualitative research with primary data collection through online interviews with 10 active university students from two target regions, West Java and Central Java. The results showed that students who face high academic pressure, heavy social expectations, and negative influence from social media tend to experience duck syndrome, which causes low self-esteem, increased anxiety, and depressive symptoms
Public perception of air quality in Aceh District’s border areas
No full textClimate change and industrial activities have contributed to a decline in air quality in the border region between Aceh Barat and Nagan Raya Districts, adversely affecting public health, particularly through increased cases of Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI). This study aims to analyze community perceptions of air quality in this area. A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing in-depth interviews with residents of border villages who were purposively selected based on criteria including a minimum of five years of residency, experience of health impacts, and involvement in community activities. Data collection was supplemented by field observations and secondary documents obtained from relevant agencies. The findings indicate that local communities experience direct effects of air pollution, such as exposure to dust, eye irritation, and respiratory problems, especially during the dry season and periods of increased heavy vehicle activity. However, official government monitoring remains limited and does not include measurements of fine particulate matter (PM2.5 and PM10), resulting in a gap between technical data and community experiences. Residents also noted a lack of public awareness campaigns addressing the health risks associated with air pollution. The study concludes that community-based approaches and data transparency are essential for effective air quality management. A key policy recommendation is the adoption of a hybrid air monitoring system that integrates technical measurements with community-reported experiences, thereby informing more responsive environmental and public health interventions

Di Politeknik Gajah Tunggal, banyak mahasiswa memarkirkan sepeda sembarangan karena tidak adanya petugas parkir, menyebabkan tata letak tidak beraturan, akses keluar-masuk terganggu, dan area terlihat padat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang tata letak parkiran sepeda menggunakan metode CORELAP serta pola parkir dengan pendekatan Ergonomi Partisipatori. Ergonomi Partisipatori bertujuan mengurangi risiko kecelakaan kerja akibat human error melalui penggunaan alat pelindung diri. Algoritma CORELAP mengubah data kualitatif menjadi kuantitatif untuk menentukan peletakan fasilitas berdasarkan hubungan kepentingan. Pada penelitian ini, sudut parkir optimal yang diperoleh adalah sudut 90°, berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang menunjukkan bahwa sudut ini menghasilkan jumlah petak parkir terbanyak

No full textThis study examines inclusive learning practices by introducing writing and reading activities using YouTube video media in inclusive classes at SDN Wonokusumo IV/43. utilizing YouTube video media in inclusive classrooms at SDN Wonokusumo IV/43 Surabaya. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with a focus on teaching methods, interactions between teachers and students, and the impact of learning on students with special needs. Learning impact on students with special needs (ABK). YouTube video media used in learning is designed interactively with a learning-through-play approach, combining visual and auditory elements. The learning-through-play approach combines visual and auditory elements. Results The results showed that using videos as learning media increased learning motivation, active participation, and understanding of the material, especially for students with disabilities. In addition, this approach helped create an inclusive and adaptive learning environment for students with diverse needs. Diverse student needs. This finding confirms educational technology's important role in supporting effective, enjoyable learning and embracing diversity
An In-Depth Exploration of Elementary Teachers' Views on Assessing Learning Within the Independent Curriculum
No full textEducation plays a vital role in the entire learning journey, every teaching and learning activity is directed toward fulfilling the goals established in the educational program. The merdeka curriculum emphasizes individualized assessments to address the diverse needs of students. however, its effectiveness in fully accommodating the varying characteristics of each student remains uncertain. Underlining the importance of ongoing assessment and refinement. this qualitative descriptive study integrates a literature review and in-depth interviews to examine the implementation of the independent curriculum from the perspectives of elementary school teachers. five participants were purposively selected—experienced teachers from public and private elementary schools in north sumatra—based on their enrollment in a learning evaluation course during their master’s program. through in-depth interviews, the study captures their reflections, experiences, and challenges in applying the curriculum in classroom settings. this study found that learning evaluation is an indispensable element of effective education. it is not only used to assess student achievement but also to improve the quality of the teaching process. since each evaluation method has its own advantages and limitations, teachers must wisely combine and balance different strategies to create a more inclusive, fair, and continuous learning experience for all students
Rhetoric in Video Uploads by the Detective Doctor Account on TikTok and Its Implications for Indonesian Language Learning in Vocational Schools
No full textThis research is motivated by social media such as TikTok in the dissemination of information owned by Dokter Detektif to reveal health cases using rhetorical techniques to improve students speaking skills. This study aims to describe the rhetorical techniques used in the video uploads of the Dokter Detektif account on TikTok social media and describe the implications of the research results for Indonesian language learning in vocational schools. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique uses the listening method with the technique of free listening and speaking, note-taking, and documentation. The results show that in the video uploads of the Dokter Detektif account on TikTok social media, 54 rhetorical utterances consisting of ethos, pathos, and logos. Of the three logos appears most dominant, followed by pathos, and then ethos. The dominant of logos that the information conveyed in the video relies more on logic and facts to convince the audience. The results of the study have implications for Indonesian language learning in SMK Phase E on the Negotiation text material which can train speaking skills

No full textThis study aims to (1) describe the narrative text reading ability of seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Bontonompo before using picture storybooks; (2) describe the narrative text reading ability of seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Bontonompo after using picture storybooks; (3) prove that there is a significant effect of using picture storybooks on the narrative text reading ability of seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Bontonompo. This research is quantitative in nature, using an experimental method with a pre-test and post-test single group design. The data collection method used pre-tests and post-tests. The data analysis method used descriptive and inferential analysis. The results showed that before using picture storybooks, the narrative text reading ability of seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Bontonompo was low or poor, with an average pre-test score of 57. After using picture storybooks, the narrative text reading ability of seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Bontonompo increased significantly, with an average post-test score of 76. There was a significant effect of using picture storybooks on the narrative text reading ability of seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Bontonompo with a value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that picture storybooks had an effect on students’ narrative text reading ability

No full textThe Human Resources Development and Civil Service Agency (BKPSDM) strategically handles disciplinary violations of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) by Government Regulation 94 of 2021 concerning Civil Servant Discipline. This study aims to analyze the role of BKPSDM in handling cases of ASN disciplinary violations, focusing on a case study of the absence of a school principal in the East Kotawaringin Regency. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews, document studies, and observations. The study results show that BKPSDM plays a role in receiving reports of violations, conducting initial investigations, providing recommendations for sanctions, and providing guidance to ASNs who violate discipline. In addition, there are obstacles in the handling process, such as limited evidence and coordination between agencies. This study concludes that the role of BKPSDM is significant in enforcing ASN discipline, but it is necessary to improve the supervision mechanism and synergy between stakeholders to prevent similar violations in the future
