Analysis Of Budget Refocusing Implementation On Program Achievements In The Service District Health Rabbit
No full textachievements at the Kerinci District Health Service. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data collection used indepth interview guidelines. The research was conducted at the Kerinci District Health Service. Qualitative data analysis techniques are carried out by analyzing the context of statements resulting from secondary data and primary data from an informant. The results of this research show that there are details of the Special Non-Physical Allocation Fund according to Province/Regency/City for Fiscal Year 2023 in Kerinci Regency, namely IDR. 142,500,202. The Health Service programs that were affected by budget refocusing were all implemented. According to the Regional Government Information System (SIPD), there is a sequence, namely programs, activities, and sub-activities. All programs, activities, and sub-activities, but some output achievements in budget realization are not in accordance with what has been budgeted. For the Kerinci District Health Service to be able to take more efficient and effective steps in efforts to allocate funds so that it does not affect the achievements of programs, activities, and sub-activities that should be implemented and the establishment of policies to improve economic conditions

No full textThe Siulak Gedang Community Health Center has implemented a web-based community health center management information system (SIMPUS), but in its implementation there are still obstacles. The aim of this research is to evaluate the Web- Based Community Health Center Management Information System (SIMPUS) at the Siulak Gedang Community Health Center, Siulak District, Kerinci Regency. The type of research is Qualitative Descriptive research. The population in this study was 10 health workers. The research informants were 6 informants and 2 informants as source triangulation. The data in this research is qualitative data in the form of descriptions regarding the evaluation of the implementation of Web-based SIMPUS. Research analysis with 3 stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The research results show that the flow of patient data collection starts from registration, medical services, supporting examinations and pharmacies. Input data by logging in by entering your username and password. The problem is inputting drug data. The data processing is carried out using a computer. Reporting data contains LB1 reporting, infectious diseases, LPLPO, STP data, health insurance reporting

The population in this study was 62 people. Due to the small population, the sampling technique in this study was a saturated sample with a sample size of 60 people. The data collection technique used was primary data in the form of questionnaires and secondary data obtained through documentation studies. The data analysis technique used quantitative data processed with the SPSS version 26 program, namely the t-test, Sobel test and path analysis. The Influence of Transformational Leadership and Kaizen Culture on Employee Performance at PT Asia Sakti Wahid Foods Manufactures
No full textThe objective of this research is to examine how transformational leadership and Kaizen culture impact employee performance at PT Asia Sakti Wahid Foods Manufacturers. The analysis utilizes the SmartPLS-SEM method with data collected from 60 respondents. The findings indicate that transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance (coefficient 0.564, p-value 0.000), while the implementation of Kaizen culture also significantly impacts employee performance improvement (coefficient 0.363, p-value 0.003). On the other side, the effect of transformational leadership also has a significantly impats toward kaizen culture (coefficient 0.493, pvalue 0.000). The study concludes that transformational leadership and Kaizen culture play crucial roles in improving employee performance. It suggests that the company should leverage transformational leadership styles and a continuous improvement culture to effectively and efficiently enhance performance

No full textThe phenomenon of high public Buying Interest in Kopi Kenangan in Indonesia, the existence of Kopi Kenangan Brand Ambassador from among artists, the quality of the coffee flavor that is liked by many people, and affordable prices, as well as the results of previous research motivate this research. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of Brand Ambassador, Product Quality, and Price on Consumer Buying Interest in Kopi Kenangan in Medan City. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive research. The research population that will be used in the study are all consumers who purchase Kopi Kenangan in Medan City, the number of which is not known with certainty. The sample amounted to 100 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was the Accidental Sampling technique. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of partial hypothesis testing show that Brand Ambassador (2.191> 1.984) and Price (3.368> 1.984) have a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest. The results of partial hypothesis testing show that Product Quality (-0.150 < 1.984) has negative effect and is not significant to Buying Interest. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing show that Brand Ambassador, Product Quality, and Price (14.981> 2.70) have a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest

Therefore, it is important to research to see whether the Operational Flow Control Model, Manufacturing Cost, and Extension Cost Structure have an effect on Production in Manufacturing Companies. Data collection in the study used quantitative studies and literature. The results of the study showed that operational cash flow has a significant and positive effect on Production Cost Control. Likewise, production costs also have an important role and influence on Production Cost Control. Furthermore, the Extension Cost Structure variable also has a positive and significant effect on production cost control. So it can be said that all variables have an interest and influence in advancing manufacturing companies
Social Media Engagement As An Intervening Variable Between Digital Literacy, Entrepreneurial Skills, And SME Performance In Tangkahan Ecotourism
No full textThe Langkat Regency Government is developing village tourism to support the Tangkahan tourism area. However, limited exposure to the village’s tourism potential is due to the underuse of information technology, such as social media, to showcase its natural beauty. As a result, Tangkahan village tourism has been underdeveloped, and the welfare of the local community, primarily small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the tourism sector, remains limited. This study aims to examine the effects of digital literacy, entrepreneurial skills, and social media engagement on SME performance in the tourism village. The study involved 150 SME operators in Tangkahan Ecotourism Village, using multistage area sampling and path analysis. The results show that digital literacy negatively impacts SME performance, while entrepreneurial skills and social media engagement positively influence it. Social media engagement does not mediate the relationship between digital literacy and SME performance, but it significantly mediates the effect of entrepreneurial skills on SME performance in Tangkahan Ecotourism
The Influence Of Ethnocentrism, Brand Image, And Lifestyle On Online Batik Purchase Decisions In Medan City
No full textThis research discusses the influence of ethnocentrism, brand image, and lifestyle on purchasing decisions. The method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population in this study consists of all batik consumers on Shopee Medan, while the sampling method uses the Cochran formula, resulting in a sample of 96 people. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the Path Analysis Statistical Model, namely Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM), with the SmarPLS4 application. The research findings indicate that the ethnocentrism variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, the brand image variable partially does not have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, the brand image variable partially does not have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and the lifestyle variable partially has a positive and significant effect on online batik purchasing decisions in Medan City. The magnitude of the influence of the ethnocentrism, brand image, and lifestyle variables on online purchasing decisions is 20.9%, categorized as weak, which can be interpreted as a low influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable
Management of Anemia in Pregnant Women with Non-Pharmacological Methods: Literature Review

Pregnant women will besusceptible to anemia due to several things such as hemodilution and lack of ironintake. Anemia is included in a global problem which in Indonesia itself has arelatively high incidence rate, namely 48.9% in 2018, so an effective strategy isneeded to overcome this problem. The aim of this research is to determine the non-pharmacological management of anemia in pregnancy. The method used was aliterature review of 10 research articles contained in computerized databases(Google Scholar and Wiley) in the last 5 years using the keywords anemia, anemiamanagement, non-pharmacology and pregnancy. As a result, non-pharmacologicaltreatment of pregnancy with anemia can be done by consuming tomato herbal tea,chayote, mung bean juice, vegetable juice combined with various other ingredientssuch as spinach-lime-honey juice, dates, tempeh, and jackfruit seed milk, becausethe high vitamin C and iron contained in it make it a good source of nutrients toincrease hemoglobin production and maintain body health. The conclusion is,vitamin C and iron are an ideal combination of compounds to overcome anemia inpregnant women, because iron helps the production of hemoglobin and vitamin Cincrease iron absorption, thereby helping to overcome and prevent anemia andimprove the health of the mother and fetu
The Relationship Between Dietary Patterns And Nutritional Status Among Female Adolescents At SMK Negeri 8 Pekanbaru
No full textNutritional status is one of the important indicators in determining adolescent health. Poor eating patterns can disrupt body metabolism, affect appetite, and impact energy balance, thus potentially altering nutritional status. This study aimed to determine the relationship between eating patterns and nutritional status among female adolescents at SMK Negeri 8 Pekanbaru in 2025. This research employed an analytic design with a cross-sectional approach. The study sample consisted of 184 female adolescents selected using a total sampling technique. Data on eating patterns were collected using a questionnaire, while nutritional status was measured based on Body Mass Index (BMI) according to WHO standards. Data analysis was carried out univariately and bivariately using the chi-square test with a significance level of 0.05. The findings showed a significant relationship between eating patterns and nutritional status among female adolescents at SMK Negeri 8 Pekanbaru. This means that adolescents with good eating patterns tend to have normal nutritional status, as proven by the research results with a p-value = 0.000 < 0.05. There is a significant relationship between eating patterns and nutritional status among female adolescents at SMK Negeri 8 Pekanbaru. Adolescents with poor eating patterns are more likely to have abnormal nutritional status
