In this study, researchers used two data, namely primary data and secondary data, where primary data was obtained through a direct interview process by asking questions that had been made, and then the relevant Plantation would provide a verbal response or written response represented by the Plantation Manager, This research uses a type of Quantitative research, which analyzes data by calculating data (in the form of numbers) obtained as it is (Real Price). This research uses a financial feasibility analysis method consisting of npv, net b/c, irr, and pbp. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the financial feasibility during the economic period of Oil Palm obtained, namely, NPV of Rp. 153,626,694,000, - Net B / C of 2.64, IRR of 21.03%, and Payback Period of 4 years 5 months. Sensitivity Analysis to 10% Price Decrease obtained Net Benefit Ratio (B/C) of 2,18 Net B/C>1, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 15,04% and Payback Period (PP) of 5 years 1 month. Sensitivity Analysis to 10% Cost Increase obtained Net Benefit Ratio (B/C) of 2,45 Net B/C>1, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 18,27% and Payback Period (PP) of 4 years 8 months

Data analysis methods include validity and reliability tests to answer hypothesis 1 and SWOT analysis to answer hypotheses 2 and 3. The research results show that the validity tests for attraction, accessibility, and accommodation concluded that all calculated r values were greater than the table r values, thus deemed valid. However, in the validity test for ancillary factors, there were 4 statements, where 3 statements had r calculated > r table, thus deemed valid, while 1 statement had r calculated < r table, thus deemed invalid. The reliability test showed that the alpha value of all variables was greater than the reference value of >0.60, thus concluding that all statements were reliable. The research results using SWOT analysis showed that based on IFE and EFE calculations, the total scores were 1.13 and 1.01, respectively. Furthermore, in the SWOT diagram, it was in quadrant 1, where the Simarjarunjung area had greater strengths and opportunities than weaknesses and threats. The conclusion of this study is that SMEs in Simarjarunjung have regional potential that can be leveraged to increase MSME income in Simarjarunjung, such as natural beauty, strategic location, attractive photo spots, and major festivals. However, they also have weaknesses and limitations, such as limited capital, similar attractions, inadequate public transportation access to the Simarjarunjung region, insufficient MSME promotion, and the SWOT matrix to determine MSME strategies in Simarjarunjung
The Influence of Work-Life Balance on Happiness at Work Among Nurses
Nurses are an important profession in the demanding medical workforce, making them vulnerable to work pressure, high emotional involvement, and excessive empathy. This pressure can lead to unhappiness at work and the desire to resign. This study aims to examine the effect of work-life balance on happiness at work in nurses. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a positive influence of work-life balance on happiness at work in nurses. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Work-life balance Scale and the SHAW Scale (The Shortened Version of HAW). The number of samples used was 143 nurses working in the DKI Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, East Java, and Banten regions aged over 21 years. With the criteria for length of service for 1 year. The sampling technique used incidental sampling. The data analysis technique was carried out by simple regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of 27.5% while the remaining 72.5% is influenced by other variables outside the study, which means that the high work-life balance in nurses is positively correlated with the level of happiness at work in nurses, and vice versa
The Effectiveness of Therapeutic Approaches for Narcissistic Personality Disorder in Adolescents
This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of various therapeutic methods in overcoming Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) based on study results from Indonesian scientific journals in the last five years. The method used was a literature review of five selected articles that discussed therapeutic interventions such as Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), self-control techniques, and the Gestalt approach. The review showed that all three approaches are effective in reducing narcissistic symptoms, especially in adolescents and young adults. REBT and self-control techniques proved capable of changing dysfunctional thought patterns, while group counseling with the Gestalt approach contributed to increasing self-awareness and personal responsibility. Although the findings are promising, there are limitations such as methodological variations and the age range of the subjects that pose challenges in applying the results generally. This study contributes to the development of counseling practices in Indonesia and encourages further research with more diverse designs and populations
Literature Review: Emotional Regulation and Toxic Relationships in Late Adolescents
The phenomenon of toxic relationships has recently come under public scrutiny due to its widespread prevalence. This issue typically focuses on middle and late adulthood or parenting. This study examines the importance of emotional regulation and toxic relationships in late adolescence through a literature review. A literature review examines theories through the depth and breadth of previous research, including reviews of published journals and books. In general, it was found that the phenomenon of toxic relationships has pervaded late adolescence, and its relationship with emotional regulation is significantly negative. This means that if an individual has good or high emotional regulation, a toxic relationship will not occur. Conversely, if their emotional regulation is poor or low, a toxic relationship will occur
Gratitude as a Contributing Factor to Mental Health in Addolescents
This integrative review synthesizes findings from ten empirical studies published between 2015 and 2025 that examine the role of gratitude as a protective factor for adolescents’ mental health. Using thematic analysis supported by a structured coding manual and thematic mapping, the review identifies consistent evidence that gratitude reduces stress, anxiety, and depression while enhancing life satisfaction, resilience, and psychological well-being. These cross-cultural findings extend the Broaden-and-Build Theory within collectivist contexts and highlight gratitude as an adaptive emotional resource that strengthens social connectedness and positive psychological functioning. Practically, gratitude-based interventions such as gratitude journaling and structured reflective practices offer a simple, low-cost, and effective preventive strategy to support youth mental health within educational settings
