Internalization of Islamic Values in Islamic Education Learning
This article discusses the internalization of Islamic values in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning as a strategic effort to shape the character and personality of students who are faithful, knowledgeable, and have noble morals. The background to this study is based on the phenomenon of declining morality of the younger generation amidst globalization and technological developments, which require PAI learning to focus not only on cognitive aspects but also on the formation of Islamic attitudes and behaviors. The research method used in this article is a qualitative-descriptive method with a literature study approach (library research). Data were obtained from various relevant library sources, including books, scientific articles, previous research results, and Quranic verses and hadiths that support this research. The results of the study indicate that the internalization of Islamic values encompasses four main dimensions: faith (aqidah), worship (ibadah), morals (akhlak), and science (scientific). The process occurs through three important stages: value transformation, value transaction, and value transinternalization. Teacher strategies play a central role in the success of this process through role modeling, habituation, integration of values into learning materials, and providing advice and value reflection. Successful internalization is also influenced by a religious school environment, family support, and contextual learning media. While the negative influence of digital media and low student motivation are key challenges, internalizing Islamic values in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) requires synergistic collaboration between teachers, schools, families, and the community to create a generation that is religious, virtuous, and capable of facing the challenges of the times based on Islamic values

Relationship between Knowledge about Fe Tablets and the Incidence of Anemia in Pregnant Women in the Third Trimester at the Bumi Aji Health Center, Central Lampung
Iron deficiency anemia in mothers can harm the fetus/baby's growth and development during and after pregnancy. To prevent this, every pregnant woman should take at least 90 blood supplement tablets (TTD). Iron tablets are crucial for fetal growth, as pregnancy increases the mother's blood volume, requiring more iron for nutrition and oxygen supply to the fetus. A quantitative cross-sectional design is used in this study, targeting all TM III pregnant women at the Bumi Aji Community Health Center in Central Lampung. A total of 46 individuals were selected through total sampling. Univariate analysis utilized a table of frequency distribution, and bivariate analysis was conducted using the Chi-Square test. The research results, categorized by inclusion and exclusion samples, highlighted the respondents' age and education level. A questionnaire was used to assess maternal knowledge regarding Fe tablets and their link to anemia. The study found a relationship between knowledge of Fe tablets and anemia among third trimester pregnant women at the Bumi Aji Community Health Center, Central Lampung, in 2024, using the ChiSquare method for calculations. There is a link between knowledge of Fe tablets and anemia in pregnant women in the third trimester at the Bumi Aji Health Center, Central Lampung in 2024, with an ap value of 0.008
The Effect of Moringa Leaf Extract and Katuk Leaf Extract on Exclusive Breastfeeding with Increased Breast Milk Production in Postpartum Mothers
Low breast milk production is one of the primary challenges in achieving exclusive breastfeeding among postpartum mothers. This study aims to examine the effect of moringa leaf extract and katuk leaf extract on increasing breast milk production in postpartum mothers on the second day after delivery at Panimbang Public Health Center in 2025. The research employed a Study Case Literature Review (SCLR) method with a qualitative case study approach. Two postpartum mothers with low milk production were given interventions for seven days: one received moringa leaf extract and the other received katuk leaf extract, each at a dose of two capsules per day. Breast milk volume was measured on the 3rd, 5th, and 7th day using a measuring cup. The results showed that breast milk production increased from 50 cc to 120 cc in the respondent who consumed moringa extract (a difference of 70 cc), and to 140 cc in the respondent who consumed katuk extract (a difference of 90 cc). These findings indicate that both extracts effectively increase breast milk production, with katuk leaf extract yielding greater results. This study recommends the use of moringa and katuk leaves as natural alternatives to support the success of exclusive breastfeeding
