Tutoring is a place to gain knowledge apart from studying at school. Therefore, here the researchers are interested in exploring what things can influence the development of tutoring places so that in the future this has the potential for institutional owners to improve the tutoring they manage. The tutoring places that are being studied are institutions. Makarios tutoring and the independent variable which is the object of research is Facilities, Tenor Quality, Price, while the dependent variable in this research is student satisfaction. The evidence established in this study is primary evidence that can be accepted with distributed questionnaires to 116 resource persons who were Makarios tutoring students. The technique used in this scientific work is quantitative and conclusion The technique specified in Observation is part test (Validity and Reliability), test Basic Normality, Classical Assumption tests (Normality tests, Multicollinearity tests, Autocorrelation tests and testsHeteroscedasticity), Hypothesis Test (Multiple Linear Regression Analysis test, F test, t test and t test Coefficient of Determination). The implementation of this Scientific Work proves the impression that F(simultaneous) test model Facilities, Quality of Tentors, Prices meaningful and relevant on Student satisfaction and likewise the t test determination (partial) states that the Quality of Facilities  (X1), Tentor Quality (X2) and Price (X3) are meaningful and relevant to Student Satisfaction (Y)

Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to test the effect of independent variables (price, location, and service quality) on the dependent variable (purchase decision). The results showed that price, location, and service quality significantly influenced the decision to purchase Ayam Khas Nusantara at Suzuya Marelan. Among the three variables, service quality has the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions.

The role of catechol-o-methyltransferase in postpartum depression

    No full text
The global prevalence of postpartum depression is increasing annually. This condition has been associated with polymorphisms in the catechol-O-methyltransferase (COMT) enzyme, which plays a critical role in the degradation of catecholamines. Therefore, a literature review was conducted to examine the influence of COMT enzyme variants on postpartum depression, with a focus on specific time periods and genetic variants implicated in the disorder. The review methodology involved a systematic search of articles on the PubMed database using the keywords "catechol-O-methyltransferase," "postpartum depression," and "role of COMT in postpartum depression." Inclusion criteria required full-text availability in either Indonesian or English. Four relevant studies were identified that investigated the relationship between COMT enzyme variants and postpartum depression. Evidence suggests that the COMT Val158Met polymorphism may affect the risk of postpartum depression in the context of elevated estrogen levels, as high estrogen concentrations are known to downregulate COMT expression. Additionally, certain single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), including rs2020917 (TT genotype), rs737865 (GG genotype), and the COMT rs4680 Met variant allele, have been shown to modulate the influence of COMT on postpartum depression independently of estrogen levels, possibly through interactions with other enzymatic pathways

    No full text
Anemia in pregnancy is a condition in which the mother has a hemoglobin level below 11 gr% in the first and third trimesters or a level of <10.5 gr% in the second trimester. The limit value and its difference with the condition of non-pregnant women is hemodilution, especially in the second trimester. Sulistyawati (2019). Anemia in pregnant women is generally caused by physiological changes during pregnancy and is influenced by malnutrition. The anemia that is often found in pregnancy is due to iron deficiency. This occurs because of the increased need for iron to supply the fetus and placenta, in order to enlarge tissue and red blood cell mass. The impact of anemia on pregnant women can cause obstacles to fetal growth, both body cells and brain cells, abortion, long labor due to lack of uterine thrust, bleeding, and infection (Septiyaningsih R, Indratmoko S, 2019). The population in this study were pregnant women with a total of 38 respondents who visited the Mardianum clinic, with the results obtained efforts to prevent anemia with compliance with taking FE tablets, 11 people who were not anemic were compliant, 29% and 4 people who were anemic were compliant, 10.5%, and based on non-compliance with taking FE tablets, 2 people who were not anemic were 5.2% and 21 people who were anemic 55.3%. With a P Value of 0.000, which means that there is a relationship between compliance with taking FE Tablets and the occurrence of anemia. Where it is expected that all pregnant women will be compliant in consuming FE tablets to prevent anemia

Female circumcision is still common in Indonesian society even though it has no medical basis and endangers women's reproductive health. One factor thought to influence this practice is the mother's level of education. Determine the relationship between a mother's education level and her behavior in performing female circumcision. This was an analytic study with a cross-sectional design. The study population consisted of all mothers with daughters aged 2-5 years in the Peusangan Health Center service area of Bireuen Regency. A total of 105 mothers were surveyed. Random sampling was used for the sample selection, and the chi-square test was used for the data analysis with a significance level of 95% (α = 0.05). Most respondents (91.4%) had a formal education, and 66.7% of respondents performed circumcision on girls. There is a significant relationship between the mother's level of education and circumcision behavior (p = 0.028). Maternal education level significantly influences female circumcision behavior. Increasing community education, especially among mothers, about the negative impacts of female circumcision is necessary to support the elimination of this practic
