The Relationship between Multiple Role Conflict and Work Stress among Midwives
Midwives are a profession with high physical and psychological demands, especially for those who are married, have children, and remain actively working, thus having to perform dual roles as professionals and homemakers, which can lead to work stress. This study aims to examine the relationship between dual role conflict and work stress among midwives at Hospital X in Gianyar Regency, who are members of the IBI Sanjiwani Branch. The method used was quantitative with a cross-sectional approach, involving 30 purposively selected midwives who were married, actively working, and had children aged 0–15 years. The instruments used were the dual role conflict scale and the work stress scale, both with adequate validity and reliability.
Data analysis using the Spearman correlation test showed a significant positive relationship between dual role conflict and work stress, with r = 0.402 (p < 0.05). The highest conflict aspect was strain-based FIW (Family Interfering with Work), and the most prominent work stress aspects were psychological and behavioral. These findings highlight the importance of role management, work–family balance, and support from both organizations and families in reducing midwives work stress
Expressions of Children with Autism while Learning and Interacting in a Non-Formal Learning Environment with Other Children with Special Needs
This study aims to describe the learning behavior and expressions of children with autism during learning activities and interactions in the non-formal Widya Wicara educational environment. The research subject was one child with autism with one companion as the main informant. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach through direct observations and structured interviews lasting 45 minutes with the companion. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman descriptive analysis technique which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the learning behavior of children with autism is strongly influenced by rapid mood swings and sensory sensitivity to the surrounding environment. Children tend to have difficulty maintaining focus and only respond to instructions or greetings when in a stable emotional state. When showing negative expressions such as rejection or tantrums, companions need to provide flexible responses and adapt to the children's needs to prevent emotional escalation. The non-formal educational environment provides a more conducive, flexible space and does not demand the achievement of specific academic targets, so children can learn and interact at their own pace, comfort, and readiness. Thus, non-formal learning is an effective approach in supporting the development of behavior, social interaction, and learning expressions of children with autism
The Relationship Between Job Resources and Resilience, With Work Engagement in Honorary Teachers
Honorary teachers play a crucial role in the Indonesian education system, yet they still face various challenges, such as low welfare and uncertain employment status. These conditions have the potential to impact honorary teachers' work engagement. This study aims to analyze the relationship between job resources and resilience on work engagement among honorary teachers in Cilacap Regency. The study used a quantitative approach with a correlational design. Data were collected through a questionnaire measuring job resources, resilience, and work engagement, and then analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that job resources and resilience have a positive and significant relationship with work engagement. The higher the job resource support received by teachers and the stronger their resilience, the higher their level of work engagement. The analysis showed that job resources contributed 57.92% to work engagement, while resilience contributed 22.78%. These findings confirm that work environment factors and personal characteristics play a significant role in improving honorary teachers' work engagement. This research is expected to serve as a basis for developing policies and interventions oriented towards improving the welfare and work quality of honorary teachers in Indonesia
Unlawful Act of Taking Control of Land Belonging to Another Person Without Proof of Ownership (Study of Decision Number 96/Pdt.G/2024/PN Gto)
Unlawful acts have been around for a long time, but it took a very long time for the formulation of illegal acts to apply generally. In Indonesia, PMH has been regulated in 1365 of the Civil Code. Many unlawful acts lawsuits have been submitted to the Court, one of which is a case of illegal acts with the object of a land dispute. Land is an asset or property with a high selling value occasionally. One of the PMH cases with the object of a land dispute is Decision Number 96 / Pdt.G / 2024 / PN Gto. In this case, we look at the position of the case and the legal decision handed down by the panel of judges at the first instance court. This study uses normative legal research with data collection techniques using literature studies. The results obtained are the recognition of land made by the defendants because the defendants believe that the land is the legacy of their grandfather, when in fact, the defendants' grandfather only borrowed the land; the panel of judges has also considered all elements and accepted all the plaintiffs' claims
ANALYSIS OF BUSINESS LICENSING IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF EIGER CAMP IN WEST BANDUNG REGENCY
This study examines the spatial utilization compliance of the Eiger Camp Project located in Parongpong District, West Bandung Regency, which is situated within a water infiltration conservation zone as designated in the Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW). Although the developer claims to possess several permits, including the Environmental Impact Assessment (AMDAL), Building Approval (PBG), and site plan, the project was temporarily halted by local authorities due to the absence of a valid Spatial Utilization Activity Compliance (KKPR) document. Development in such conservation areas, which serve as water catchment and disaster-prone zones, raises both ecological and legal concerns. Using a normative-juridical approach, this research analyzes the relationship between the legality of permits and the substantive compliance with spatial zoning regulations as mandated by Indonesian law. The findings reveal that formal licensing, without alignment with RTRW zoning requirements, may result in legal violations and ecological degradation. Local governments play a vital role in monitoring and enforcing spatial planning policies; Thus, development in ecologically strategic areas must adhere to both legal and environmental considerations in a balanced manner

Therefore, marriage registration is an inseparable part of the implementation of the marriage in question (husband and wife). Marriage agreements experienced a shift when there was Constitutional Court Decision No. 69 / PUU-XIII / 2015, namely: "At the time, before or during the marriage bond, both parties with mutual consent can enter into a written agreement that is legalized by a marriage registrar or notary, after which the contents also apply to third parties as long as the third party is involved." The shift in norms on marriage agreements is seen from "when" the marriage agreement was made. This study aims to analyze how the registration of husband and wife marriage agreements (study at the Medan City Population and Civil Registration Office) after Constitutional Court Decision No. 69/PUU-XVIII/2015 using empirical juridical methods with a qualitative approach, this research involves document analysis, interviews with Medan City Population and Civil Registration Office employees. The research findings reveal that the Validity of Marriage Agreement Registration According to Indonesian Positive Law is regulated in Article 29 paragraph (1) of Law No. 1 of 1974 Jo. Indonesian Airspace Sovereignty After the Jakarta and Singapore Flight Information Region Adjustment From the Perspective of International Law
Indonesia, as one of the largest archipelagic states, possesses a vast and strategically significant airspace intersecting some of the busiest international flight routes in the Asia-Pacific region. The management of this airspace is critical to upholding national sovereignty and security. However, parts of Indonesia’s strategic airspace, particularly over the Riau Islands and Natuna, remain under Singapore’s control through the delegation of the Flight Information Region (FIR). The 2022 FIR boundary adjustment agreement between Jakarta and Singapore is seen as a diplomatic milestone that expands Jakarta FIR coverage. Nonetheless, it controversially extends the delegation of air navigation management up to 37,000 feet to Singapore in sectors A and B. This situation raises concerns over the full exercise of Indonesia’s air sovereignty, as mandated by Article 1 of the 1944 Chicago Convention and Article 458 of Law No. 1/2009 on Aviation. This normative legal research, based on literature and interviews, finds that the agreement does not significantly alter Indonesia’s legal sovereignty. It also highlights disparities in FIR management and recommends that Indonesia develop a revised roadmap toward full FIR control, treating the Riau and Natuna airspace as a critical border area requiring absolute sovereignty
