The Implementasi Sistem Tong Sampah Otomatis Menggunakan NodeMCU ESP8266 Berbasis mobile: Implementation of Automatic Trash Can System Using NodeMCU ESP8266 Based on Mobile
Readiness Analysis Of Electronic Medical Record Implementation On Medical Record Completion Compliance In Inpatient Department Of RSIA Stella Maris Medan
Along with the development of information technology today, Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is a major advancement in health technology. Currently, Stella Maris Women and Child Hospital has started implementing Electronic Medical Records but not yet comprehensively. This study aims to identify the readiness of implementing Electronic Medical Records based on the HOT-Fit method. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. The data collection method was carried out using a questionnaire with a total sample of 163 respondents. Based on the research results obtained, each aspect has a positive influence on the net-benefit component with a significance value of 0.000 each (p<0.001). The highest Exp(B) value is owned by the Organization variable of 24.128, followed by Technology of 21.164, and Human of 17.452, so it can be indicated that the aspect that has the greatest influence on the dependent variable is the organizational variable. In its application, this organizational variable is the role of hospital management. Hospital management can provide support and encouragement to PPA to jointly implement and succeed in the implementation of Electronic Medical Records in hospitals. Role of SOD and GPx in Mitigating Oxidative Stress in Streptozotocin-Induced Diabetic Rats
Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease characterized by an increase in blood glucose levels, which leads to oxidative stress as a consequence. Streptozotocin works by damaging pancreatic beta cells, resulting in hyperglycemia. This chronic hyperglycemia can increase the production of free radicals. Moreover, streptozotocin can cause significant oxidative stress by damaging cellular DNA, lipids, and proteins. The excessive free radicals can deplete antioxidant reserves like SOD and GPx, as they are utilized to neutralize the free radicals. The aim of this study is to understand the role of SOD and GPx in reducing oxidative stress in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats. Spectrophotometric analysis was utilized to quantify SOD and GPx levels in rat tissues, providing insights into the extent of oxidative damage. The results revealed that while the levels of SOD showed no significant difference after streptozotocin induction, but there was a noticeable decrease in SOD levels. In contrast, GPx levels decreased significantly following induction. In conclusion, this study underscores the relevance of monitoring SOD and GPx levels as biomarkers for assessing oxidative stress in diabetic conditions and guiding therapeutic interventions
Antioxidant and anti-Aging Activity Test Pagoda Flower (Clerodendrum Paniculatum L)
This study was conducted to test the antioxidant and anti-aging activity of pagoda flowers (Clerodendrum paniculatum L.). Antioxidant testing of pagoda flower extract through DPPH testing. Seeing the anti-aging activity of pagoda flower extract through differences in collagen density between the Control group without extract and treatment group 1 with 10% pagoda flower cream extract concentration, treatment 2 with 15% concentration, and treatment with 20% concentration of pagoda flower extract cream through DPPH testing obtained an IC50 value of 53.65 indicating strong antioxidant results. For the anti-aging activity of pagoda flower extract, the best collagen density area is group P3 and P2 because the collagen density is already very large and dense in the histopathological picture of skin tissue. The normality test uses Kolmogorov Smirnov with normally distributed data results p> 0.05. Then the homogeneity results using Levene's Test: the p-value is 0.675. So, the conclusion is that there is a significant difference in the average (mean) percentage of collagen density from the four groups
