Subordinate Compound Sentence Patterns in Juicy Luicy Song Lyrics
This research aims to analyze the use of subordinative compound sentences in Juicy Luicy song lyrics. This research focuses on identifying subordinative conjunctions used in song lyrics to strengthen the messages and emotions conveyed. The method used is descriptive qualitative with content analysis approach to identify and categorize subordinative compound sentences based on the relationship between clauses such as cause-effect, time, purpose, and condition. The data used are the lyrics of Juicy Luicy songs that are officially published. The results show that subordinate compound sentences play an important role in clarifying the relationship between clauses and deepening the meaning of the lyrics. The use of subordinate compound sentences is effective in enriching emotional expressions and messages to be conveyed in songs. This research provides new insights into the role of sentence structure in conveying messages through music
Code Mixing and Code Switching in the Speech Events of Intern Students at the South Sulawesi Provincial Language Center
This study focuses on analyzing code mixing and code switching in the speech events of student interns at the South Sulawesi Provincial Language Center. This study aims to describe the forms and types of code mixing and code switching as well as the factors that cause code mixing and code switching. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach because the object of study appears naturally, namely the speech of student interns. The data collection techniques used were observation, recording, conversation, and note-taking. The data analysis used in this study was to identify the data, classify the data, analyze the data according to the research questions, and group the analyzed data. The results obtained from this study were 21 data points, consisting of 11 mixed code data points and 10 code-switching data points. The mixed code data points consisted of 4 data points in the form of words, 2 data points in the form of phrases, 1 data point in the form of word repetition, and 4 data points in the form of clauses. In terms of the type of code-mixing, there were 9 data in the form of internal code-mixing and 2 data in the form of external code-mixing. Meanwhile, the code-switching data were detailed as 7 data in the form of situational code-switching and 3 data in the form of metaphorical code-switching. In terms of type, there were 9 data in the form of internal code-switching and 1 data in the form of external code-switching
KEPATUHAN TERHADAP PRINSIP PEMBAYARAN MENGGUNAKAN MEKANISME UANG PERSEDIAAN PADA APLIKASI SAKTI
This research aims to analyze the implementation of spending using the SAKTI application in government work units based on the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Number 210/PMK.05/2022 concerning Payment Procedures in the Context of Implementing the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget. This research is normative juridical, using statute and conceptual approaches, written descriptively analytically. The study analyzes the payment procedures for goods purchases by government work units in the treasurer module of the SAKTI application. The research results generally show that government work units have experienced the benefits of SAKTI in terms of administration and payment of government work units according to the mechanisms/procedures established by applicable regulations. Various interpretations of payment techniques using the SAKTI application have resulted in additional procedures carried out by government work units that are not regulated and even conflict with the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Number 210/PMK.05/2022. Additional procedures that conflict with regulations need to be evaluated and refined in the SAKTI application so that it complies with generally applicable legal provisions and principles
PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP PERANGKAT DESA DI DESA SUKA DAMAI KECAMATAN TEBING TINGGI KABUPATEN TANJUNG JABUNG BARAT
Kepala desa sebagai pemegang kekuasaan diwilayah tingkat desa tentu mempunyai tangung jawab dalam menjalankan dan mengatur sistem pemerintahan desa, untuk itu perangkat desa hadir sebagai organ yang bertugas membantu kepala desa dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Permasalahan apakah faktor yang mempengaruhi pemecatan perangkat desa di Desa Suka Damai, bagaimana mekanisme pemberhentian perangkat desa di Desa Suka Damai dan bagaimana perlindungan hukum terhadap perangkat desa yang diberhentikan tanpa mekanisme pemberhentian di Desa Suka Damai. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian Yuridis Empiris, penggunaan Pendekatan, Sosiologis, Antropologis, dan Psikologis Hukum, Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi pemberhentian Perangkat Desa di Desa Suka Damai Kecamatan Tebing Tinggi, Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat masih kurangnya pemahaman kepala desa terkait regulasi pemberhentian perangkat desa dan masih adanya unsur kepentingan pribadi ataupun kepentingan politik dari kepala desa itu sendiri. Mekanisme pemberhentian perangkat desa di Desa Suka Damai yaitu Kepala Desa Suka Damai memberhentikan perangkat desanya tidak berkonsultasi dahulu dengan Camat untuk meminta rekomendasi tertulis yang akan dijadikan dasar memberhentikan perangkat desa, bahkan kepala desa memberhentikan perangkat desanya dengan tanpa alasan yang jelas dan juga tanpa ada surat pemberhentian Perangkat desa. Perlindungan hukum terhadap perangkat desa yang diberhentikan oleh kepala desa tanpa mekanisme pemberhentian ada dua macam yaitu perlindungan hukum preventif dan respresif. Bentuk perlindungan hukum preventif adalah dengan adanya peraturan perundang-undangan yang mengatur tentang pemerintah desa khususnya perangkat desa, yaitu Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 Tentang Desa dan berbagai regulasi turunannya yang juga mengatur secara khusus mengenai pemberhentian perangkat desa. Sedangkan bentuk perlindungan hukum respresif dapat melalui dua cara, yaitu upaya administrasif dan melalui Peradilan Tata Usaha Negara (PTUN).

PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA BERDASARKAN UNDANG-UNDANG NO 1 TAHUN 1970
Perlindungan hukum dalam bidang keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja menjadi hal yang sangat penting dalam menjaga kesejahteraan pekerja di Indonesia. Undang Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1970 merupakan landasan hukum utama yang mengatur masalah tersebut di Indonesia. Abstrak ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki secara lebih mendalam tentang perlindungan hukum keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang didasarkan pada Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1970. Undang-Undang ini menetapkan berbagai kewajiban bagi pengusaha untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman dan sehat bagi para pekerja. penelitian ini bertujuan pertama untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa mengenai Bagaimana Perlindungan Hukum Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Berdasarkan Undang-Undang No.1 Tahun 1970, metode penelitian ini menggunakan Yuridis Normatif yaitu pendekatan ysng berdasarkan bahan hukum utama dengan cara menalaah teori-teori, konsep-konsep asas-asas hukum serta peraturan perundang-undangan yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini, hasil penelitian Berdasarkan Undang- Undang No 1 Tahun 1970 tentang Keselematan Kerja merupakan salah satu bentuk perlindungan terhadap tenaga kerja. Perlindungan hukum merupakan sebuah upaya dalam melindungi kepentingan dari seorang individu serta untuk menjamin adanya kepastian hukum. perlindungan hukum terhadap keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja memiliki peran yang sangat penting, terutama bagi pekerja yang sering kali tidak mendapatkan perlindungan yang memadai. Keamanan dalam melakukan pekerjaan tercermin dari kondisi yang aman di lingkungan kerja, penggunaan alat kerja yang tepat, serta pengendalian bahan kerja melalui sistem manajemen yang efektif.

Directors’ Legal Responsibility in Protecting Workers’ Rights
The protection of workers’ rights is an integral aspect of responsible corporate governance. In Indonesia, corporate policies enacted by company directors frequently result in labor rights violations, including unilateral termination, wage neglect, and denial of social security. This article employs a normative juridical and comparative approach to analyze the intersection of labor law and corporate law in defining both the authority and liability of directors. The findings reveal that directors carry fiduciary duties and a duty of care, which may extend to safeguarding workers as stakeholders. Nevertheless, Indonesian legislation has yet to explicitly impose such responsibilities on directors in relation to worker protection. This article therefore recommends harmonizing relevant regulations and strengthening corporate governance principles based on social justice within industrial relations
Legal Responsibility Of The Board Of Directors In A Limited Liability Company For Company Losses
Limited Liability Companies are business entities that play a significant role in Indonesia's economic activities, characterized by democratic principles and the separation of shareholder rights and obligations. This article examines the application of the fiduciary duty principle to the responsibilities of directors, particularly regarding the prevention and management of corporate losses, as well as the legal basis for the implementation of derivative suits by shareholders in Indonesia. Fiduciary duty requires directors to act in good faith, prudence, and loyalty, with the business judgment rule mechanism protecting personal liability. Derivative suits serve as a legal instrument for shareholders to hold directors accountable, although procedural regulations in Indonesia are still limited and minimum share ownership requirements are considered to hinder access to justice for minorities. Case studies of court decisions demonstrate important developments related to the protection of minority shareholders. This study recommends improving legal education for directors, improving derivative suit regulations, strengthening internal oversight functions, and implementing Good Corporate Governance principles to maintain corporate integrity and sustainability
JEJAK AUDIT DAN LABA DI ERA TRANSISI ENERGI: ANALISIS NILAI PERUSAHAAN BERBASIS ESG DISCLOSURE
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh environmental, social, governance (ESG) disclosure, kualitas audit, dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada sektor energi dan barang baku yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2020–2023. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa annual report dari 112 sampel data perusahaan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purpose sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan software SPSS 25 dengan metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu uji statistic deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik (normalitas, multikoliearitas, heteroskedastisitas), analisis linear berganda, uji statistic (t), uji simultan (F), dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas audit dan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan governance disclosure berpengaruh negatif signifikan. Sementara itu, environmental dan social disclosure tidak terbukti berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan variabel environmental, social, governance (ESG) disclosure, kualitas audit, dan profitabilitas terbukti terdapat pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa faktor keuangan internal dan kredibilitas audit lebih dipertimbangkan investor dibandingkan pengungkapan ESG di pasar modal Indonesia. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perlu meningkatkan profitabilitas dan menjaga kualitas audit eksternal sebagai sinyal kredibilitas kepada investor, sekaligus melakukan pengungkapan ESG yang lebih substantif agar memiliki nilai tambah. Kebaharuan penelitian terletak pada kombinasi analisis ESG disclosure, kualitas audit, dan profitabilitas secara simultan pada sektor energi dan barang baku di tengah periode krisis dan transisi energi 2020–2023, serta pada temuan berbeda bahwa governance disclosure justru berdampak negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan
Pengaruh Kepemilikan Institusional, Profitabilitas dan Green Accounting Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan
This study aims to determine the effect of institutional ownership, return on assets, return on equity, and green accounting on firm value in companies in the food and beverage industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The selected research population was 25 food and beverage subsector companies for the 20202022 period, resulting in 75 research samples. The partial research results show that simultaneously, the variables of institutional ownership, return on assets, return on equity, and green accounting have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Partially, the variable of institutional ownership has a negative and significant effect on firm value, but the variables of return on assets, return on equity, and green accounting have no effect on firm value in food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period
The Relationship Between Individual Factors and Work Environment Factors with Work Stress in Workers in the Residue Catalytic Cracking Complex (RCC) Area of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional (Persero) Refinery Unit VI Balongan
The significant work stress trend in the RCC Complex Area, with a percentage in May 2022 of 55.56% in the RCU Unit and 66.67% in the LEU Unit experiencing severe stress which then in June 2023 strengthened this finding where 13.3% of workers experienced high stress and 10% experienced very high stress indicating an urgent need for intervention strategies to overcome stress in the work environment. This study aims to determine the relationship between individual factors and work environment factors on work stress in the RCC Complex Area. The type of research used is an analytical quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach. The sample set was 73 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The instruments used were the Perceive Stress Scale (PSS) questionnaire and a sound level meter noise measuring device. Data were analyzed using Chi-Square analysis. Based on the Chi-Square test of the Relationship Between Individual Factors and Work Environment Factors with Work Stress in Workers in the RCC Complex Area of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional (Persero) RU VI Balongan, the results showed that those that had a relationship with work stress (p<0.05) were age (p=0.000), length of service (p=0.016), level of education (p=0.002), and noise (p=0.001). While those that were not related to work stress were marital status (p=0.573). From the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between age, length of service, level of education, noise with work stress in workers in the RCC Complex Area of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional (Persero) RU VI Balongan.
Tren stress kerja yang berlangsung signifikan pada Area RCC Complex, dengan presentase pada bulan Mei 2022 sebanyak 55,56% di Unit RCU dan 66,67% di Unit LEU mengalami stres berat yang kemudian pada bulan Juni 2023 memperkuat temuan ini dimana 13,3% pekerja mengalami stres tinggi dan 10% mengalami stres sangat tinggi menunjukkan kebutuhan mendesak untuk strategi intervensi guna mengatasi stres di lingkungan kerja tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara faktor individu dan faktor lingkungan kerja terhadap stress kerja di Area RCC Complex. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel yang ditetapkan sebesar 73 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner Perceive Stress Scale (PSS) dan alat pengukur kebisingan sound level meter. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis Chi-Square. Berdasarkan uji Chi-Square Hubungan Antara Faktor Individu dan Faktor Lingkungan Kerja dengan Stres Kerja pada Pekerja di Area RCC Complex PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional (Persero) RU VI Balongan diperoleh hasil bahwa yang memiliki hubungan dengan stres kerja (p<0,05) adalah usia (p=0,000), masa kerja (p=0,016), tingkat pendidikan (p=0,002), dan kebisingan (p=0,001). Sedangkan yang tidak berhubungan dengan stres kerja adalah status pernikahan (p=0,573). Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara usia, masa kerja, tingkat pendidikan, kebisingan dengan stres kerja pada pekerja di Area RCC Complex PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional (Persero) RU VI Balongan
