Factors Affecting Paddy Rice Production in Tanggetada District Kolaka Regency
The aim of this research is to find out what factors affect lowland rice production in Tanggetada district, Kolaka regency and to find out how the level of technical efficiency, allocative efficiency and economic efficiency of rice lowland in Tanggetada district, Kolaka regency. To examine the effect of the utilization of the factors of production used on the yield of lowland rice production, a multiple linear regression is used and to determine the level of economic efficiency from the use of the factors of production. production by switching between technical efficiency and price / allocative efficiency and any input factors. The results of the study indicated that the factor of production of land area, urea fertilizers and NPK fertilizers had a significant effect. Meanwhile, labor-intensive factors of production, nararel pesticides and seeds have no significant effect. and Based on the results of the allocative efficiency analysis, an average value of 3.18 was obtained. This means that it is not allocatively efficient, so it is necessary to add the use of factors of production and it is necessary to maximize the profits obtained by making efficiency in the cost elements of the factors of production in order to '' achieve optimal conditions. At the same time, the results of technical efficiency show that lowland rice cultivation is not technically efficient. so the use of factors of production should be added to increase the efficiency of lowland rice cultivation. And the value of economic efficiency shows that lowland rice cultivation is still not efficient. It is therefore necessary to make changes and increase the capacity to combine existing factors of production through training in order to achieve economic efficiency
The Need of Monitoring Forest Fires through Burned Area Mapping in Indonesia
Forest fires have become a regular phenomenon in Indonesia, especially in the dry season. They can be caused by natural and anthropogenic factor. Since Indonesia’s soil, especially Sumatra and Kalimantan, is a peatland type, this type of soil is highly inflammable, thus a small fire can easily spread and become massive. This phenomenon provenly disturbs the balance of the ecosystem and socio-economy of the affected country. Previous forest fires resulted in a higher risk of respiratory problems and increased mortality or the death of infants and children. The loss of biodiversity and the increasing amount of Green House Gas (GHG) Emissions that affected the change of climate is also the effect caused by those. For those reasons, the need of monitoring forest fires is essential, especially in climate change mitigation as fire disturbance is one of the key variables in it. This paper will further discuss the method of monitoring through burned area mapping using remote sensing techniques

PROFILING COLLOCATION USE IN ENGLISH TEXTBOOKS FOR VIETNAMESE STUDENTS
The study investigates (1) collocational profiles of an English textbook series for students from elementary to high schools in Vietnam, (2) the relevance of collocations targeted to high frequency collocation lists suggested in the literature, and (3) the recycling of the targeted collocations. An English corpus of 312,770 word tokens was built from the textbook series from which 13,292 collocations of verb-noun and 11,079 collocations of adjective-noun patterns were identified. The study found that frequencies of occurrences of collocation tokens and types increase from one grade level to another. Collocations targeted in the textbooks only cover 10.5% of the collocations recommended in an academic collocation list, and 31% were identified not high-frequency collocations. 76% of collocations are not recycled or recycled not to the point where learning is likely to occur. Implications for learning and teaching collocations and materials designing are discussed
