Effect of Giving Tofu Dregs Bokashi on Phosphate Dynamics in Ultisols
Ultisols are soil types that are poor in nutrients, one of which is element P, where this nutrient is needed by plants in large quantities. In Ultisols, P nutrients are bound by Al, so the availability of P nutrients for plants is low. Giving organic matter is one way to speed up the process of soil amelioration. Tofu waste is organic waste that contains nutrients and can be used as organic fertilizer that can help improve soil nutrients. Tofu dregs contain organic N, P, K, Ca, Mg, and C, which have the potential to increase soil fertility. This study aims to determine the effect of tofu pulp bokashi application on the dynamics of phosphate in Ultisols soil and to obtain the best dose of tofu pulp bokashi on the availability of phosphate in Ultisols soil. The method used in this study was a 1-factor Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 6 (six) levels of treatment with 3 (three) replications in order to obtain 18 experimental units. Treatment P0 was without giving bokashi, P1 was P fertilizer 200 kg.ha-1, P2 was bokashi tofu dregs 12 t.ha-1, P3 was bokashi tofu dregs 24 t.ha-1, P4 was bokashi tofu dregs 12 t.ha-1 and fertilizer P 200 kg.ha-1, P5 namely bokashi tofu dregs 24 t.ha-1 + fertilizer P 200 kg.ha-1. The results of this study showed that the administration of tofu dregs bokashi had a significant effect and the best dose was obtained for increasing pH and available P by giving bokashi tofu dregs 24 t.ha-1 and P fertilizer 200 kg.ha-1. The best dose to reduce Al-dd is by giving bokashi tofu dregs 24 t.ha-1 and P fertilizer 200 kg.ha-
Response of Superior Maize Verieties to Different Combination of Inorganic and Organic Fertilization
Productivity of superior genotypes often did not satisfyingly achieve its genetic yield potential. Interaction between genetics and environmental factors more likely to driven the final yield of the varieties. The concept of balanced fertilization is carried out by referring to the creation of a balance of macro-nutrients in the soil so that plants can produce optimally. The research was conducted in a form of experimental study at Tarowang village, Takalar Regency during growing season of 2021 from May to September 2021. A split plot design was used with fertilization package as the main plot and superior varieties as subplots. Three fertilization packages combined inorganic and organic fertilizer were used, namely fertilization package consisted of N: P: K with ratio of 225:100:75, fertilizer package that consisted of N: P: K ratio of 200:100:50 + KNO3 25 kg + Biotani 5cc L-1, and fertilizer package that consisted of N: P: K with a ratio of 200:100:50 + KNO3 25 kg + Ecofarming 5cc L-1. Six superior varieties used were Nasa 29, JH-37, Bisi 2, Bisi 18, SINHAS 1 and NK7328. Based on the level of both factors, 18 treatment combinations were obtained and repeated three times. Responses of maize varieties to fertilization packages, consisted of different combination and dosage of NPK fertilizers, KNO3 and organic fertilizers, were varied between varieties. The treatment of fertilization package of N: P: K = 225:100:75 with Bisi 2 variety gave the highest maize productivity, namely 12.39ton ha-

The results showed that the best effect of grain weight per hectare was treatment with WHB 2 t ha-1, PGR 1.5 ppm, and their interactions were 10.34 t ha-1; 11.09 t ha-1, and 12.16 t ha-1 harvested dry rice Â
Diversity of Bentos in Fresh Water and Branches Water in The Kambu River, Lalolara District
Benthic animals are often used as biological indicators of water quality because benthos have relatively fixed habitats, with such characteristics, changes in water quality and the substrate where they live greatly affect their composition. Benthic density is also strongly influenced by its tolerance and sensitivity to environmental changes. The purpose of this research is to determine the type of macrozoobenthos in the Lalolara River, Kambu District, Kendari City. This type of research is descriptive research with observational sampling techniques. The observation technique used is to go directly to the deep field observation and sampling of the flow of the Lalolara River. The river is about 20 m wide meter is divided into 20 observation points. Sampling was carried out on each line transect where each transect consisted of 4 plots measuring 30 x 30 cm. The results showed that there were six types of benthos found in the river Lalolara namely: Tarebia granifer, Pleurocera acuta, Medulia carinata, Planobula armigera, Viviparus interitextus, Parapholyx effusa. Based on the results of the study, it appears that the species Tarebia granifer dominates both forms of the substrate. Also from the observations, the comparison between substrates shows that the sandy substrate has a large number of individuals with a higher diversity than the silty substrate Keywords: Diversity, BentosÂ
