How did Saburo Mori Encounter Rose Fyleman
Get PDFSaburo Mori (1911-93) is described as born in Kariya-machi, Hekikai-gun [today’s Kariya], Aichi, in 1911, and at the age of 20, his story “Akana Soemon Kyodai” [Akana Soemon Brothers] was accepted in juvenile monthly magazine Akai Tori by Miekichi Suzuki (1882-1936), before being employed at the Akai Tori company in Tokyo, as an editor-writer, in 1932 (Sakai, 1995). Kamiya (2014) revealed that his early stories of “Akai Post” [Red Post] and “Komori-gasa” [Umbrella] in 1931 and “Tsumuji-kaze” [Whirlwind] in 1936 were the retold of the work of English children’s author Rose Fyleman (1877-1957). This paper is to discover how Saburo Mori encountered the fairy stories of Rose Fyleman. After pure speculation that Sabro’s elderly brother Senzo Mori (1895-1985) might have acted as a mediator as in “Akana Soemon Kyodai” retold from Lafcadio Hearn’s "Of a Promise Kept" (Sakai, 1995) in A Japanese Miscellany (1901), the author finds a small footnote of “a drama by Fyleman” in the katakana syllabary at the end of “Gin-no uwagi” [Silver coat] by Miekichi Suzuki in 1926 March issue. The linkage of Saburo Mori and Rose Fyleman through Miekichi Suzuki is discussed, and how Fyleman's works have been accepted in Japan for a century is revealed.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF大学教育においてアクティブ・ラーニングなど実践的な授業展開が求められている中、保育内容「言葉」の授業において教育方法の改善を図るために、それぞれの授業展開を振り返り、分析しながらアクティブ・ラーニングなどを取り入れた授業を通して実践力を養成するためには、どのような改善をしていけば良いのか考察していくことを目的として担当教員２名の授業展開を分析した。その結果、文献研究からはさまざまな実践的な教育方法が行われていることが分かった。さらに筆者らの授業の実践から、絵本の読み聞かせや絵本ノートの制作、手作り絵本などの能動的、実践的な課題を取り入れること。授業外での学生の自主的な活動や実習を配慮した授業展開を試みること。そして、自分の授業を振り返ったり、他者の授業を参考にしつつ授業改善を行うことが授業方法の改善には重要であることが分かった。departmental bulletin pape
Families Expressed in Children’s Composition in “Akaitori”
Get PDF1918年7月に鈴木三重吉によって創刊された『赤い鳥』は、児童作家を輩出し、教育運動にも大きな影響を与えた。本稿では、同書に掲載された子どもたちの「綴方」から、当時の子どもたちの状況を描き、特に子どもたちが表現した「家族」の姿を紹介し、分析している。「はじめに」で、研究史を整理し、作品研究が多いが、子ども自身の表現はあまり研究されていないことを指摘した。まず、一で、同書の「綴方」の全体像を述べた。作品総数は1200編ほどで、その4分の1以上が家族に関わるものである。二で、子どもたちが描いた多様な家族の姿を紹介した。三で、「家族の死」を表現した作品を紹介し、子どもたちがそれを受容したことについて分析した。おわりにで戦間期の乳児死亡や出産に伴う母親の死を表現することで子どもたちが家族の死を受容し、表現することで乗り越えていったと分析した。departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF幼稚園教育要領・保育所保育指針の変遷の中で「人間関係」の位置づけを考察した。2歳児の発達を概観し保育所保育に於いて2歳児保育の重要性を考察した。2歳児の保育（1歳以上3歳未満）で、5領域での「人間関係」がどのような意義を持ち、保育の中でどのように実践されるべきかを考察した。特に、「自主性」「協調性」「規範意識」を育む保育を現場担任へのアンケートを行う中で考察した。2歳児は自我を拡大充実させるときで、保育者の信頼関係を土台が、友達への人間関係の土台になる。その土台作りを確かなものにして、人への協調性や思いやり、約束を守ることに繋がる。そして自分が大切にされた実感や自信が自主性・主体性の土台となることを明らかにした。departmental bulletin pape

A Study of the Relationships between the Understanding of Preschool Teachers for Children and the Lengyh of their Practical Experience (2)
Get PDF本研究は、保育者の子どもの理解の構造を明らかにすると同時に、保育者の熟達化に伴う子ども理解の構造の変化や様相を明らかにすることを目的とした。無記名式質問紙調査を実施し、因子分析を行った結果、保育者の子ども理解は、「限界性」「相互性」「敏感性」の3因子が抽出された。また、経験年数に基づく群間比較をした結果、①保育経験6年目以降になると限界性は徐々に和らぎ、11年目以降では難しさを感じる機会が乏しくなること、②保育経験11年目以降には、相互性と敏感性が高まりを帯びてくること、が見出された。保育者がキャリアを積み重ねていくことで、敏感かつ相互的に子どもを理解しようとする志向性や、わからなさへの戸惑いが減少することすることが示唆された。departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF本稿は、平成２８年検定済の高等学校英語検定教科書において、発音に関する事項がどのように扱われているかを比較した。まず、教科書内のどこで発音指導事項が提示されているかに着目し、それぞれ発音記号、発音方法、強勢、イントネーション、連結・脱落・同化、ポーズの６項目がどのように扱われているかを分析した。結果としては、どの教科書も英語音声学の基本的理論を提示しており、中学校英語教科書には見られない学術的な解説をしている教科書もあることが分かった。しかし、教科書により指導項目の提示方法と重点の置き方には差異が見られた。分析結果に基づき、教科書を使用して発音指導を効果的に行うためには、音声指導項目の提示内容・提示方法がどのようなものであるべきかを提案する。departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFThis paper is to present the twelve elementary crossword puzzles that the author has created for liberal arts student, following the ten thematic crosswords, posted in this Journal of the School of liberal Arts (JSLA), Volume 6, 2014, by the School of Liberal Arts, Ohkagakuen University. Some of the previous thematic crosswords related to the courses of management, marketing, and global business classes were presented to the students of each course that the author teaches, as their assignments, for making them familiarized with learner’s monolingual dictionaries, building their useful vocabulary, and better understanding the materials. Responding representative comments “The puzzle was too difficult, but I was happy when I came up with answers,” the author has created easier version (but does not follow that is easier to construct) of Crossword Puzzles for them.
