Work Readiness of Building Engineering Education Students with Initial Knowledge Predictors
Get PDFThis research aims to analyze: (1) the relationship between initial abilities and work readiness of building engineering education, faculty of engineering, Unima students. The research design is quantitative research with a correlational research approach, using simple regression analysis. From the research results: 1) there is a significant relationship between initial ability and work readiness, providing a contribution of 43.56%. Thus it can be concluded: that increasing initial knowledge includes the results of mastering knowledge based on the cognitive aspects of remembering (C1), understanding (C2), application (C3), and analysis (C4), which is expected to increase work readiness in the form of having logical and objective considerations. , have the ability and willingness to work together with other people, be able to control oneself and have a critical attitude, have the courage to accept individual responsibility, have the ambition to progress and try to keep up with developments in the field of expertise, mental readiness. Or in increasing work readiness you must pay attention to initial knowledge that actually makes a significant contribution. With conducive initial skills, it is hoped that students will be able to provide maximum work readiness. In other words, having high initial abilities can foster good or high student work readines

This study is a correlation study that aims to determine the description of learning motivation, learning activity, learning outcomes and the relationship between learning motivation and learning activity with learning outcomes of Elementary School Cluster III, Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency. The research approach is a quantitative approach. Research data were obtained through questionnaires and documentation. The population in the study were all Grade VI students at Elementary School Cluster III, Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency, totaling 83 students. The sample in the study amounted to 83 students. The data analysis technique was descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results obtained in this study are a description of learning motivation showing a very high category and learning activity showing a very high category in the questionnaire results obtained and learning motivation and learning activity have a significant relationship to student learning outcomes, especially in Class VI of Elementary School Gugus III, Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency

Get PDFLearning outcomes are an indicator of the success of a learning process and are a measure used to assess whether students have achieved a set level of competence. The importance of understanding the effects of parental attention and self-control on students' learning ability in Aqidah Akhlaq learning is not only to achieve academic achievement, but also to develop a strong personality and morals. The purpose of this study was to determine how parental attention and self-control affect student learning outcomes in the subject of Aqidah Akhlaq at MTs. Darut Taqwa I watukosek Gempol pasuruan. This study applies quantitative methodology with a population of 47 students, determining the sample using purposive total sampling technique so that the sample in this study was 47 students. The method applied to evaluate the effect of these variables on student learning outcomes is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that parental attention and self-control have a good and significant effect on student learning outcomes. The results of this study confirm the importance of parental attention in improving student learning outcomes optimally, therefore parental attention can help improve student academic achievement as well as the quality of education in the subject of akhlaq. Self-control has an important role in time management and effective learning techniques to help them optimise their learning

Get PDFThe objectives of this research are: 1) To analyze the influence of managerial competence on teacher performance; 2) To analyze the influence of Academic Supervision on Teacher Performance; 3) To analyze the influence of school culture on teacher performance; 4) To analyze the influence of Managerial Competence, Academic Supervision and School Culture simultaneously on teacher performance in implementing the independent curriculum. This research method uses quantitative research methods, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 120 research samples from 172 research populations. The results of this research; 1) managerial competence has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance by 32%, 2) academic supervision has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance by 7%, 3) school culture has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance by 32%
Flipped-Differentiated Learning (FDL): Promoting a More Comfortable, Customized, and Meaningful Learning
Get PDFThe objective of this study is to show the essence, the steps, the opportunities, and the challenges of FDL. The freedom of learning is the core of this new model which promotes more comfortable, customized, and meaningful learning. Meanwhile, the steps are conducted through two big parts of activities which are connected each other shaping one syntax of learning, outside and inside classroom activities. The outside activities started from giving diagnostic assessment, determining group, designing differentiated materials, assigning them to students to have an autonomous learning. It is continued with classroom activities which consisted of building wellbeing, sharing identified needs, presenting students’ work, conclusion, formative/summative assessment, and ended by reflection. The opportunities and challenges discovered include saving time, enhancing teachers’ capability, changing teachers’ mind, and more care of personal needs, meanwhile for the challenges were time consuming, lack of technological competence, and dealing with students behavior when studying independently at home. There are two precious thoughts, namely changing the teachers mind and care of personal needs. This new model emphasizes that student has a right to be treated as they are, not others, they are subject of learning, not the object. Hopefully for the next study will be implemented in some schools to prove the effectiveness of this new model with the complete data and extent context, and also focusing on the challenges faced by the teachers in following the steps

Get PDFThis study explores the life values depicted in the Jataka reliefs of Mendut Temple and their integration into BIPA (Indonesian for Foreign Speakers) learning for Thai students. By employing qualitative methods and descriptive analysis, the research examines the Jataka reliefs as a medium to convey moral lessons and cultural diplomacy. The focus is on understanding how these reliefs embody universal values such as compassion, honesty, and perseverance, and their potential as educational tools in cross-cultural learning. The findings indicate that Thai students not only gain linguistic competence but also develop a deeper appreciation for Indonesian culture, fostering a mutual understanding between the two nations. This study highlights the significance of integrating cultural elements into language education as a means of promoting diplomacy and strengthening international relations
Fenomena Dominasi Perempuan Dalam Drama Korea Queen Of Tears
Get PDFKorean dramas (K-Drama) have become a significant popular culture phenomenon in representing gender issues and the role of women. This research examines the phenomenon of female dominance in the Korean drama "Queen of Tears" which features female main characters as strong figures in the fields of business and politics. The aim of this research is to explore and understand the phenomenon of female domination represented in the drama from the audience's perspective using Alfred Schutz's phenomenological study approach. The research uses qualitative methods with a constructivism paradigm. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation from primary data sources in the form of drama audience informants and secondary data sources in the form of related literature. The research results show that the drama "Queen of Tears" provides a complex representation of the role of women in modern society, where the main female character is depicted as a strong and ambitious leader in the business world, but also faces challenges in balancing her career and personal life. This research contributes to the understanding of the role of popular media in shaping perceptions and discourse about gender in contemporary society

Undang-Undang RI Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 Tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional Pasal 6 Ayat (2) menegaskan bahwa setiap Warga Negara bertanggung jawab terhadap keberlangsungan penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Lembaga Pendidikan Kursus dan Pelatihan (LKP) adalah Lembaga Pendidikan Luar sekolah salah satunya adalah LKP, Pendidikan Luar Sekolah ini program pemerintah dari Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan sampai pada pemerintah daerah dan melalui Dinas Pendidikan tingkat Kabupaten yang sudah diprogramkan oleh NKRI tujuannya supaya pemberantasan atau mengatasi buta Aksara. dalam bidang pendidikan untuk bisa dan punya kemampuan (Ability) membaca (reading), menulis (writing), mendengar (listening), dan berbicara (speaking). Dalam dunia pendidikan, semakin tinggi level pendidikan, maka semakin banyak Bahasa Inggris dibutuhkan. Bila pada pendidikan tingkat dasar dan menengah siswa tidak terlalu dituntut untuk dapat menguasai Bahasa Inggris, namun untuk level perguruan tinggi/universitas mahasiswa diwajibkan untuk dapat menggunakan Bahasa Inggris dalam beberapa mata kuliah. Begitu juga untuk bisa memiliki buku-buku referensi berbahasa Inggris. Untuk dapat memenuhi tuntutan tersebut pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris harus dimulai dan diperkenalkan sejak tingkat pendidikan dasar dan menengah supaya dasar ini mampu membantu pelajar/mahasiswa untuk dapat melanjutkan studinya ke perguruan tinggi
Pendidikan Berbasis Komunitas untuk Lansia di Era Digital: Pendekatan Psikologi Positif
Get PDFThis study highlights the challenges faced by the elderly in the digital era, particularly regarding feelings of marginalization and difficulties in accessing technology. Community-based education that integrates positive psychology approaches can be an effective solution to improve the mental well-being and digital skills of the elderly. A qualitative case study method was employed, involving in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and participatory observations to explore the experiences and perspectives of the elderly participating in this educational program. The findings show improvements in digital skills, self-confidence, emotional well-being, and social connections among the elderly. Participants felt more connected and supported, which positively impacted their mental health. The study recommends active participation of the elderly in program design and the integration of positive psychology elements to ensure the sustainability of such programs in the future
