Globalisasi sangat mengutamakan kepentingan ekonomi sementara kepentingan lainnya seperti kemanusiaan, perdamian, kebersamaan, demokrasi dan kesejahtaraan sosial cendrung diabaikan. Era Globalisasi memandang bahwa jika ekonomi global berjalan dengan baik maka kegiatan kegiatan yang lainnya juga berjalan dengan baik. Dengan kata lain yang penting ada uang segala urusan dan kebutuhan lainnya dapat diselesaikan.
Tuntutan perubahan zaman ini perlu di siasati dengan prilaku yang dinamis. Individu yang berkualitas adalah individu yang mampu untuk belajar meningkatkan kemampuannya yang sesuai dengan tuntutan kebutuhan dan potensi masyarakat. Dengan kata lain setiap individu harus belajar sepanjang hayat. Belajar tidak terbatas dunia ruang kelas atau pendidikan formal saja. Belajar juga dilakukan melalui media massa atau belajar dari lingkungan dan alam sekitarnya. Sebaliknya jika individu tidak bisa mengikuti perubahan tersebut maka ia akan ketinggalan dan menjadi pecundang di tengah tengah persaingan yang makin ketat dan global.
Globalisasi tidak bisa hindari tetapi bagaimana meningkatkan kualitas hidup, merubah prilaku masyarakat yang dimulai dari mind set indivudu dalam mencapai meningkatkan kesejateraan hidup semua warga. In analyzing this drama author using psychology approach discusses the human personality which is the theory of Sigmund Freud includes the id, ego, superego man.

How much improvement has been made clear at the end of the analysis. From the results of the research presented in Chapter IV and all the data that have been submitted, the research objectives submitted can already be achieved.
To answer the research objectives namely the achievement of the increase in student learning achievement can be seen the evidence already disampaikan. From preliminary data nearly all students scored at the bottom, then the first cycle decreased to 8 students and second cycle the value of all the students on the school specified standards . From the initial average 4.5 rose to 6.3 in the first cycle and the second cycle increased to 7.9. From the preliminary data there are no students who completed while the first cycle to more that four students and the second cycle all students achieve mastery.

An Analysis Of Students’ Writing Skill In Descriptive Text At Grade X1 Ipa 1 Of Man 2 Padang
No full textThis research was a descriptive research with the main aim to analyze the students’ descriptive text quality in English subject. The components that were analized analyzed in the descriptive text written by the students were developing ideas, organizing ideas, grammar, vocabulary and mechanics. These five components were analyzed based on the five categories, they are excellent, good, satisfactory, weak and poor. The participants of this research were 30 students in their second year of MAN 2 Padang. The topic was about places, in which the students chose the place that they want to describe. The technique used to get the participants of the reserach was cluster random sampling technique. The data of the research were taken by using writing test.
In this research it was found that the students faced some difficulties in organizing ideas and developing ideas. Some of the students were unable to develop the ideas well. It was also found in their second writing, there were no improvements on the developing ideas.
Furthermore, the students were unable to identify and describe the objects in organizing ideas components. In the grammar components, the students did not find major difficulties because the tense was simple present tense which was expressed only in simple sentences. For the vocabulary component, it was found that few students were unable to use the appropriate words to describe the place and they used some Indonesian words too. For the mechanics component, the students did not find major difficulties in using the appropriate mechanics.
Based on the result of the research, the students are suggested to pay attention to the whole components of the descriptive text especially in developing and organizing ideas components. It is suggested to the teacher of MAN 2 Padang to use an effective strategy and give various ways to develops students’ ideas. The teacher should help the students to brainstorm the ideas or make an outline of their writing, to help the students to organize and develop their ideas well.

In this writing, library research is taken as the method of data collection. As for data analysis method, the writer performs systematic procedures by understanding the novels, the characters of Hazel and Augustus, as well as the structural theory. Data collection technique uses documentation technique in finding relevant data to the subject of analysis. In data analysis techniques, the writer uses structural technique by analyzing the novel based on the elements that shape them.
The results of research in this thesis are: 1) destiny seems to separate the love story of Hazel and Augustus, where Hazel is suffered from the chronic cancer while Augustus is in good shape, but Augustus is willing to love Hazel until the end of life, 2) destiny continues to play their love story, this time it is August that suffers from chronic illness and is on the verge of death, while Hazel\u27s condition is getting better. This time, it is Hazel that loves Augustus until the end of his life, and faithfully accompanied him; 3) the irony has occurred in the love story of Hazel and Augustus where the unfair destiny has turned the deaths and hopes on both of them, the one who is almost dies has become better, on the contrary the one who is healthy has been picked by the death in the end. The love story and hope of being together have been ironically played by the fate.

In the writer point of view, this method is correctly use for analyzing this proposal. The writer will collect the data and categorized the primary data to secondary data with used pragmatics implicature function that is assertive function, directive function and expressive function and choose only some of the data for sampling.
The results of research in this thesis are the function of pragmatics implcature that was used the most is expressive function. From three presidential debate if Hillary Clinton and Donald trump.

Compound Words is a part of elements that finding in morphology. Morphology is learning about morpheme and morpheme is the element of language that have meaning and also support the meaning. The morphology will involve two element, they are free element and not free element. The problem in this research is analyzing compound words that find in Jakarta Post. Compound words that describe in this research is closed compound words.
This research is kind of linguistic. This research also use descriptive qualitative method. The method of this research is the method that describe the word, sentences and paragraph which take from the source data with describe the meaning of the data. Beside that, this research also use library research. The library research just talk about the data that already prepare by the analyze data that have been get from the source data by using basic theories that support this research. In this research, the researcher take the source data from one edition of Jakarta Post Newspaper. All of data that needed come from that source.
The first step that use by the researcher is collecting the basic data which take from the source data. After that the basic data will be collecting, so the researcher will be grouping the data based on the type. Based on the limitation problem of this research just analyze four problems, so analyzing the data just describe four problems. The first problem is the form of compound words are combining that find in Jakarta Post Newspaper. The second problem is what is the meaning of compound word before and after combination. The third is the syntactic function of compound words that has been combined. And the last is the rule that have in compound words.
Based on the research, the researcher find the unique of the word that appear from the compound words. among if one word combine with another word so the word have a different meaning. There are some meaning still follow the basic meaning and also there are some meaning make a new meaning and doesn’t describe the two words. the unique take from the form data, the function and also the rule that have in the words.
