MANAJEMEN RADIO LOKAL DALAM MEMPERTAHANKAN EKSISTENSI DI ERA DIGITAL
The development of communication technology in the digital era has reached the increasingly large capacity of society with its demands, especially in meeting information needs. Information can be an important commodity in people's lives. Technology that has developed over time has also shown the development of human civilization in each era, which means that human civilization today is more advanced than in ancient times. However, current developments and technological advances have not made radio dead in the ears of listeners. The aim is to find out how local radio management maintains its existence in the Digital Era. Research Methodology This is different from the qualitative research data collection method, namely case study data from interviews, observations and archives. As for this research, the case study was chosen based on the uniqueness of the incident where local radio in Bangka Belitung is an archipelagic area and has ethnic, tribal, cultural and religious diversity, as well as to obtain more complete information, so that the resulting understanding of the case studied is more complete. in depth so that media management is in accordance with the theories and principles of media management
Strategi Pesantren dalam Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat dan Bimbingan Karir Santri
At present, the role of pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) in empowering the community's economy is considered suboptimal and still focused solely on educational activities. Even if there are business units in the pesantren, these units only serve as income sources for the pesantren itself. This type of research is the result of data collection from field research, processed qualitatively using a descriptive method. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, and documentation. The existing data will be analyzed systematically to make it easy to interpret and understand. The research results conclude that the strategy of pesantren in economic empowerment is to utilize the Pesantren Cooperative (Kopontren). Then, efforts for career guidance for students are conducted through four patterns: 1) career guidance through economic activities centered on the kyai (religious leader); 2) career guidance for students through pesantren economic activities; 3) career guidance for students through economic activities for students; 4) career guidance for students through economic activities for alumni
Implementasi Media Clay dalam Mengembangkan Kreativitas Anak Usia 4-5 Tahun di TK Pembina Pangkalbalam
This research is based on the importance of increasing creative abilities in the cognitive development of children aged 4-5 years through activities using clay media. Thus, it is because the development of clay media that occurs in children has not yet developed and children have not been able to master the cognitive abilities of intelligence and fluency in thinking. Apart from that, in developing children's creativity, almost all of them have developed according to expectations. Therefore, this research explains the implementation of clay media in developing the creativity of children aged 4-5 years at the Pembina Pangkalbalam Kindergarten. The research used by researchers is qualitative research with a descriptive approach method. The data collection technique that the researcher used was in-depth interviews with the principal of the school that the researcher studied and 2 class teachers. And strengthened by observation and documentation of activities during the research. The research subjects were 5 girls and 4 boys. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of the research show that the implementation of clay media in developing the creativity of children aged 4-5 years at Pembina Pangkalbalam Kindergarten shows success with a gradual increase in children's abilities in forming activities using clay. Increased creativity in shaping activities using clay can be seen from indicators covering aspects of child development. Increasing children's abilities in forming activities using clay in the implementation of Developing According to Expectations, children are stated in the indicator that they are starting to be consistent in learning activities and get a 3 star score of 70-79
Applying Peer Review to Improve Students’ Descriptive Writing Text
This research is conducted to determine whether there is a significant difference in students’ descriptive writing score after being treated using peer review compared to those students who did not get the same treatment. This is a quasi-experimental research design with one group as the experimental and one group as the control. Pre-test and post-test were also administered before and after the 10 times treatment given. The population of this research are all of the seventh-grade students in Bangka Islandy the total 80 students. Meanwhile, 50 students from two different classes were the sample of this research. The result of this research showed that the t-obtained in equal variances assumed 6.353 and the significant (2-tailed) was 0.00. Since t-obtained was higher than t-table (2.02) and the significant (2-tailed) was lower than computation with level significant (0.05), it could be stated that there was a significant difference in post-test between the experimental class and control class. It can be concluded that the using of peer review is able to improve the students’ descriptive writing score significantly
The Correlation between Students' Vocabulary Achievement and Their Speaking Ability of the Twelfth Grade at MA Al-Islam Kemuja
The purposes of this study were to find out: (1) students’ vocabulary achievement, (2) students’ speaking ability, (3) whether there was any significant correlation between students’ vocabulary achievement and students’ speaking ability at MA Al-Islam Kemuja. This study applied a Pearson Product Moment formula. The population of this study were all students of the twelfth grade at Ma Al-Islam Kemuja, with the total 142 students. The total of samples were 45 students of twelfth grade at Ma Al-Islam Kemuja. The result of students’ vocabulary achievement was in good criteria. It could be seen from the result of the mean score of students’ vocabulary achievement namely 76.62. Regarding the students’ speaking ability, the findings of the study showed that the result of the mean score was 68.58 Then, the findings for the correlation between students’ vocabulary achievement and students’ speaking ability was 0.583 and the p-value (Sig. (2- tailed)) was 0.000. Meanwhile, the critical value in the table at significant (2- tailed) level 5% was 0.294. It meant that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected. PENINJAUAN KEMBALI SEBAGAI UPAYA HUKUM YANG EFEKTIF DAN BIAYA RINGAN BAGI TERPIDANA DI LAPAS NARKOTIKA PANGKALPINANG
Abstract:
Narcotics Crimes which is a extraordinary crimes are often misreprented as a evil criminal, but on the other hand, the perpetrators usualy experience the vulnerable condition due the injustice law enforcement against drugs crimes. The problem lies in the similarity of the article accused against the suspect, namely the article of the drug dealer rather than a drug addiction. Judicial Review can be a solution option for the inmates of the Pangkalpinang Class II Narcotics Correctional Institution who are seeking justice.The derivations of research materials used are primary and secondary materials, by way of document search. Using an observational method by interviewing legal counsel who handles narcotics cases to explain the pros and cons of re-filing applications in narcotics cases juxtaposed with pre-existing ruling. The technique that analyze legal materials uses the method of syllogism and interpretation with a deductive mindset. Judicial Review can present a solution in annulling the first-instance decision because it is more efisient process in improving the substance of the article normatively and low cost.

Abstrak
Tindak pidana narkotika yang merupakan kejahatan luarbiasa sering salah diartikan sebagai tindak pidana yang sangat jahat, namun dilain sisi para pelakunya sering mengalami kondisi kerentanan karena ketidakadilan penegakkan hukum terhadap tindak pidana narkotika. Letak permasalahannya adalah pada persamaan Pasal yang dituduhkan terhadap tersangka yakni pasal pengedar alih-alih sebagai pemakai atau bahkan pecandu. Peninjauan Kembali dapat menjadi opsi yang solutif bagi narapidana pemasyarakatan Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II Narkotika Pangkalpinang yang sedang mencari keadilan. Sumber bahan hukum yang digunakan adalah bahan hukum primer dan sekunder, dengan cara studi pustaka dokumen. Menggunakan metode yang observatif dengan mewawancara penasihat hukum yang menangani perkara narkotika untuk menjelaskan pro dan kontra pengajuan permohonan kembali dalam perkara narkotika disandingkan dengan putusan yang sudah ada sebelumnya. Teknik analisis bahan hukum menggunakan metode silogisme dan interpretasi dengan pola piker yang deduktif. Permohonan Peninjauan Kembali dapat menghadirkan solusi dalam menganulir putusan tingkat pertama karena dipandang prosesnya yang lebih efisien dalam perbaikan subtansi pasal secara normatif dan berbiaya ringan.

Pengaruh Latar Belakang Pendidikan Siswa Terhadap Hasil Belajar Bahasa Arab Kelas VII MTs Al Jauhar Semin Gunung Kidul
Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah pengaruh latar belakang pendidikan siswa MTs Al-Jahuar, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh latar belakang pendidikan siswa terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Arab. Fakta di lapangan menunjukkan beberapa siswa mengalami kesulitan belajar bahasa Arab dikarenakan berlatar belakang Sekolah Dasar (SD) dan kurangnya antusias mereka terhadap mata pelajaran bahasa Arab. Yang menjadi bahan penelitian ini adalah kelas VII MTs Al-Jauhar Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) mengetahui pengaruh latar belakang pendidikan siswa kelas VII MTs Al-Jauhar. (2) untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor lain yang menyebabkan hasil belajar yang kurang maksimal(3) untuk mendapatkan hasil yang di inginkan maka penulis menggunakan beberapa teknik pengumpulan data, baik dari angket, observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh latar belakang pendidikan tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar Bahasa arab, pada kenyataan nya anak yang berasal dari SD pun bisa mendapatkan nilai yang maksimal, oleh karena itu kita tidak boleh menganggap bahwa hanya siswa yang memiliki latar belakang agama yang akan mendapat nilai lebih baik dibanding dengan yang tidak memiliki latar belakang pendidikan agam
Strategi Pembina Rohis Dalam Menerapkan Nilai-Nilai Moderasi Beragama Pada Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Rohis Di Sekolah Menengah Kota Pangkalpinang
Lingkungan sekolah memiliki keragaman dalam beragama, saling menghargai dan menghormati sesama manusia, dan toleransi antar sesama umat beragama dan tidak berhubungan dengan akidah keyakinan masing-masing. Pembina rohis dan warga sekolah berperan menumbuhkan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama didalam lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang strategi pembina Rohis dalam menerapkan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama. Indikator moderasi beragama yang diterapkan dalam sekolah serta faktor yang mempengaruhi dari strategi pembina Rohis dalam menerapkan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama di lingkungan sekolah. Metode Penelitian adalah kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pembina Rohis di sekolah menengah kota Pangkalpinang. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah, bagaimana strategi pembina Rohis dalam menerapkan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama di sekolah menengah kota pangkalpinang yaitu melalui beberapa hal, Kajian keagamaan. Strategi pendidikan secara langsung seperti menasehati, berdialog lansung dengan peserta didik, serta pembina rohis wajib dari internal sekolah. Strategi pendidikan secara tidak langsung berupa larangan, peringatan dan hukuman kepada peserta didik yang melakukan kesalahan. Dan semua kegiatan rohis selalu diselipkan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama. Seluruh pembina Rohis telah menerapkan indikator moderasi beragama disekolah masing-masing. Faktor pendukung dari strategi pembina rohis dalam menerapkan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama di sekolah adalah kebijakan dari kepala sekolah, fasilitas sekolah serta guru yang profesional dalam bidangnya. Dan faktor penghambatnya adalah waktu yang terbatas, sarana prasarana sekolah, serta tingkat kemauan peserta didik yang berbeda-beda
The Development and Effectiveness of Social-Emotional Training: Portrait of Teachers and Students in Madrasah
Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) is a learning program recommended by the Ministry of Education and Culture of Indonesia to be implemented to increase students' mental health. This study aims to develop a psycho-education program called Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) based on participatory action research which results in 10 sessions for this program. Furthermore, researchers also examine the effectiveness of it in increasing teachers’ knowledge about student development, the student’s social skills, and student’s perceptions about the implementation of SEL in schools. The participants are 30 teachers from several schools who were assigned to the experimental group with a pre-post one group study design. Also, some teachers assessed 30 students to know the increase in their social skills, and five students participated in interview sessions. Before and after the implementation of the training program, teachers were given a pre-test and post-test related to the knowledge about student’s development (physics, cognitive, social, and emotional) and students were assessed by their teachers (pre and post) related to student’s social skills (communication, cooperation, assertive, responsible, empathy, engagement, self-control). Results showed there is increasing teacher’s knowledge about student’s development with Z = -3.839, p = 0.000 and also there is increasing in children’s social skills with the value t = -4.071, p = 0.000. Furthermore, based on student’s perceptions, there are five themes, and seven categories obtained, which is student’s feeling satisfied with the implementation of SEL in learning
PERAN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM ANAK USIA DINI PADA QS. AL-LUQMAN AYAT 12-19 BERDASARKAN TAFSIR IBNU KATSIR
Permasalahan penelitian adalah banyak peran orang tua dalam mendidik anaknya yang masih belum dilaksankan. Tujuannya mengetahui peran pendidikan Islam anak usia dini pada QS. Al-Luqman ayat 12-19 berdasarkan tafsir Ibnu Katsir, mengetahui isi kandungan pada QS Al-Luqman ayat 12-19 berdasar tafsir Ibnu Katsir, dan mengetahui implementasi QS Al-Luqman ayat 12-19 berdasarkan tafsir Ibnu Katsir dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Rumusan masalah fokus pada apa peran pendidikan Islam anak usia dini pada QS Al-Luqman ayat 12-19 berdasarkan tafsir Ibnu Katsir, apa isi kandungan dalam Surah Al-Lukman ayat 12-19 berdasarkan tafsir Ibnu Katsir, dan apa implementasi pada surah Luqman ayat 12-19 berdasarkan tafsir Ibnu Katsir dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.
Metode penelitian library research: penelitian obyek kajian menggunakan data pustaka yakni buku-buku sebagai sumber data, dilakukan dengan membaca, menelaah, dan menganalisis dari literatur yang ada, yakni Al-Qur’an, hadis, kitab, dan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Peran pendidikan Islam anak usia dini pada QS Al-Luqman ayat 12-19 berdasarkan tafsir Ibnu Katsir: menanamkan nilai pendidikan aqidah, syariah dan akhlak, 2) Isi yang terkandung dalam QS. Al-Luqman ayat 12-19 berdasarkan tafsir Ibnu Katsir: perintah bersyukur, larangan syirik, berbakti pada orang tua, mengerjakan amal Sholeh, berbuat baik dan bersabar, tidak berlaku sombong atau membanggakan diri, 3) Implementasi pendidikan anak usia dini dalam kehidupan sehari-hari berdasarkan Qs Al-Luqman ayat 12-19 dalam tafsir Ibnu Katsir: Tanamkan akidah pada anak semenjak anak masih usia dini, berpenampilan sederhana dan apa adanya, mendidik anak ta'at pada Allah, membiasakan anak sejak dini mengerjakan kebaikan dan menjauhi larangannya, membiasakan anak beramal shaleh, membiasakan anak berinteraksi pada sesama sesuai adab, mengajarkan anak mengenai akhlak mulia, mendidik anak berbakti pada orang tua, memberikan pendidikan agama islam pada anak sejak kecil.
