Dana yang dikirimkan oleh muzakki berupa dana zakat dan dana infak/sedekah yang dikirimkan melalui rekening bank konvensional sehingga ketika menghimpun dana tersebut pengelola memperoleh bunga atau jasa giro. Get PDFThis study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at Temurose Convection in Bluluk Subdistrict, Lamongan Regency. The hypothesis of this research is that leadership style, motivation, and work discipline simultaneously influence employee performance. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 35 employees of Temurose Convection. Data analysis in this study utilized SPSS version 16. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling. Data analysis techniques included validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, and determination analysis. Hypothesis testing was performed using the F-test and t-test. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis yielded the equation: Y= 1,1516-0,270X_1+ 0,275X_2+0,384X_3. The F-test results indicated that leadership style, motivation, and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The t-test results showed that the leadership style variable has a partial influence on employee performance. The analysis concluded that leadership style positively affects employee performance, motivation positively affects employee performance, and work discipline also positively affects employee performance

Get PDFPenelitian ini membahas pengembangan desain antarmuka (interface) dan pengalaman pengguna (user experience) pada website Reyu Global Media dengan menerapkan metode User Centered Design (UCD). Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan kenyamanan, kemudahan penggunaan, dan kepuasan pengguna melalui pendekatan yang fokus pada kebutuhan dan preferensi pengguna. Proses pengembangan meliputi tahap identifikasi pengguna, analisis kebutuhan, prototipe desain, evaluasi, serta iterasi perbaikan berdasarkan umpan balik pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode UCD dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi interaksi pengguna dengan website, serta meningkatkan persepsi positif terhadap brand Reyu Global Media. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi pengembangan website yang berorientasi pengguna dan memperkuat pentingnya proses desain yang melibatkan pengguna secara aktif

Get PDFSchool Counselors have the right to self-improvement to enhance their professional competencies. However, not all counselors have such opportunities, especially those in underdeveloped, frontier, and outermost regions (3T areas). This article discusses the self-development of counselors in a 3T area using eco-art counseling techniques to address psychosocial issues in adolescents, applying an Asset Based Community Development/ABCD approach. The service results indicate that this mentorship could improve the professional competencies of madrasah counselors in handling student psychosocial cases. Students were able to express their emotions through creative expression using local natural materials such as fine Natuna Marus beach sand, gonggong shells, and plants that are mostly found in Natuna such as cloves. They are interacting and collaborating with counselors and getting support from their friends who give positive responses to their work. Creative expressions led to artworks with potential economic values, such as motifs for hijab, Natuna\u27s typical sarung.The community service recommends that future services should further specify student psychosocial issues and develop an educational module for eco-art counseling

Get PDFThis community service activity is titled: Product Innovation of the Junok Milkfish Basket Group: Diversification of processed milkfish and halal certification assistance towards the Modern Market, it is important to answer the Asta Cita of President Prabowo Subianto\u27s government, namely economic development to encourage the nation\u27s independence from dependence on other countries through self-sufficiency in food, energy, water, creative economy, green economy, and economy blue, as well as development centered on downstreaming and strengthening the village economy. The Junok Al-Barokah milkfish basket group faces two main problems: First, traditional marketing is carried out without clear branding. Second, the problem of Junok milkfish production capacity is not optimal due to a less strategic marketing system. The efforts to improve the competitiveness of milkfish products carried out in Junok are consistent with the results of several studies and community service activities conducted elsewhere, including in Keputih, Surabaya, and in Kendal district by previous community service providers. It shows that ontologically, the benefits of diversifying milkfish products are understood. However, epistemologically, how can diversification and halal certification be implemented in other areas (Junok village in Madura) that have abundant natural resources for milkfish ponds and milkfish products? It is a novelty because no volunteer from any university or institution in the area has ever done it. It is the gap that needs answers and solutions. Thus, on an axiological level, this PKM activity addresses the need to improve the economy of Junok village in Sreseh sub-district. The Service Methodology is carried out through 4 key stages: Socialization, Training, Technology Application, and Evaluation and Reporting. The result of Abdimas\u27s activities is that Abdimas Partners understands the brand identity and attractive packaging for Junok milkfish products, which have been successfully maintained through halal certification. In addition, they can apply equipment and technology to diversify product variants and develop marketing. Based on the evaluation results, the marketing of Junok milkfish, with its 3 processed variants, has increased sales to an average of 460kg from 250kg before the implementation of the Abdimas program
Analyzing numeracy skills of upper primary graders in real-world problem contexts
Get PDFNumeracy skill is a critical skill for elementary school students, enabling them to apply mathematical concepts in everyday contexts and make informed decisions. This study investigates the numeracy skills of 55 fifth-grade students from Lhokseumawe City, Aceh Province. The students’ numeracy skills were measured across three key indicators: counting, numerical relations, and arithmetic operations. A descriptive quantitative approach was used to assess students\u27 abilities. The results indicated that while students performed well in basic counting and arithmetic tasks, they struggled with tasks involving numerical relations and distinguishing quantities. The highest performance was observed in "counting an object verbally" (73%), while the lowest average score was in "distinguishing the quantity of an object" (41%). The study emphasizes the importance of integrating real-life scenarios into math instruction to improve numeracy skills. It also highlights the need for teacher training, scaffolded learning strategies, and the incorporation of higher-order thinking skills (HOTS) in the curriculum. The findings offer valuable insights for educators and policymakers aiming to enhance numeracy skills in elementary education, with implications for both academic performance and practical application
Prediksi In Silico Bahan Aktif Sargassum Horneri untuk Menghambat Defisiensi Tear Film Lipid Layer pada Sindroma Mata Kering
Get PDFSindroma mata kering adalah kondisi multifaktorial yang disebabkan oleh penurunan produksi atau peningkatan penguapan air mata, dengan gejala seperti rasa terbakar dan penglihatan kabur. Pengobatan umum meliputi air mata buatan dan kortikosteroid topikal. Sargassum horneri, ganggang coklat mengandung fucoidan, memiliki sifat bioaktif yang dapat membantu mengatasi sindroma mata kering. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh fucoidan dari Sargassum horneri terhadap sindroma mata kering akibat defisiensi lapisan lipid film air mata. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode in silico dengan beberapa tahapan untuk penyelesaiannya termasuk persiapan bahan senyawa aktif, prediksi potensi senyawa aktif yang akan digunakan dan molecular docking. Sifat fisikokimia fucoidan menunjukkan nilai absorpsi dan permeabilitas yang baik, dengan estimasi nilai CaCO2 sebesar -5,65 dan permeabilitas kulit -2,67. Fucoidan juga diprediksi dapat dimetabolisme oleh enzim CYP3A4 dan memiliki nilai clearance supraene sebesar 3,6. Toksisitas fucoidan dalam uji AMES, serta uji iritasi dan korosi mata, menunjukkan hasil negatif, mengindikasikan keamanan penggunaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fucoidan dari Sargassum horneri memiliki potensi yang signifikan sebagai terapi alternatif untuk sindroma mata kering. Analisis molecular docking menunjukkan bahwa fucoidan berikatan kuat dengan reseptor interleukin-6 (IL-6), yang dibuktikan dengan nilai energi ikatan (binding affinity) sebesar -7.2 kkal/mol. Interaksi yang stabil ini mengindikasikan kemampuan fucoidan untuk menghambat aktivitas IL-6, sebuah sitokin pro-inflamasi kunci dalam patogenesis sindroma mata kering. Potensi terapeutik ini didukung oleh sifat farmakokinetik yang baik, toksisitas yang rendah, dan profil keamanan yang ditunjukkan dari hasil prediksi ADMET
Evaluasi Ketepatan Obat Antituberkulosis pada Pasien Tuberkulosis Paru di Rumah Sakit Paru Jember
Get PDFTuberculosis (TB) adalah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium yang menyerang organ paru. Efektiitas pengobatan TB dapat diukur dengan menbandingkan pengobatan dengan pedoman acuan dari Rumah Sakit. Permasalahan ketidaktepatan obat dari penelitian sebelumnya adalah 5% dari total 82 pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memberikan evaluasi ketepatan obat pada pasien TB. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan data rekam medis secara retrospektif. Jumlah sampel yang dibutuhkan adalah 95 sampel dengan menggunakan random sampling. Analisa data menggunakan analisis univariat dengan menampilkan data frekuensi dan persentase. Dari sejumlah 95 sampel terdapat, keseluruhan terapi obat yang diterima pasien adalah tepat. Sejumlah 92,63% menerima terapi dalam bentuk 4FDC, sedangkan 4,21% pasien meneriam 2FDC, dan sejumlah 3,16% pasien menerima sedian lepas yang diberikan secara terpisah
