Perencanaan adalah langkah awal dalam melakukan menejemen. Tujuan makalah ini adalah pendidikan Islam diberikan dengan perencanaan yang matang, sistematis, efektif dan efisien sehingga tepat sasaran dan dapat diamalkan dan diajarkan oleh semua pihak dengan baik. Makalah ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan metode penelitian studi kepustakaan (Library Research). Sumber data yang menjadi bahan akan penelitian ini berupa buku, jurnal dan situs internet yang terkait dengan topik yang telah dipilih.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi, yaitu mencari data mengenai hal-hal atau variabel yang berupa catatan, buku, makalah atau artikel, jurnal dan sebagainya.Makalah ini membahas tentang konsep perencanaan, urgensi perencanaan, jenis-jenis perencanaan, cara menyusun perencanaan, prinsip-prinsip perencanaan, pelaksanaan rencana dan teori perencanaan. Kesimpulannya adalah perencanaan merupakan keseluruhan proses dan penentuan secara matang tentang hal-hal yang akan dikerjakan dimasa yang akan datang dalam rangka untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuan yang sudah ditentuka

This research was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Semende Darat Ulu, Semende Darat Ulu District, Muara Enim Regency with a total research sample of 57 teachers. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, documentation studies and distributing questionnaires. The results of this research are: 1) There is a partially significant influence between clinical supervision on the performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Semende Darat Ulu, Semende Darat Ulu District, Muara Enim Regency, where the calculated t value is greater than t table (3.274 > 1.671); 2) There is a partially significant influence between supervision on the work performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Semende Darat Ulu, Semende Darat Ulu District, Muara Enim Regency where the calculated t value is greater than t table (3.127 > 1.671)

No full textThis study aims to determine the effect of variables (1) self-confidence on teacher performance, (2) job saturation on teacher performance, (3) self-confidence and work saturation together on teacher performance. The research respondents were State Elementary School teachers in Tanjung Medan District, Rokan Hilir Regency, totaling 233 people with a sample of 147. The data was collected through questionnaires as a research instrument. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The instrument reliability coefficient was calculated using the Cronbach alpha formula. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of self-confidence on teacher performance of 0.159, there was a positive and significant effect of job saturation on teacher performance of 0.112. Meanwhile, together there is an influence of self-confidence and work saturation on teacher performance of 0.264

No full textThis study aims to analyze the contribution of two independent variables, namely the supervision of the principal and organizational culture, and the dependent variable is the pedagogic competence of teachers at SMPN Bangko District, Rokan Hilir Regency. To obtain the data needed, the writer uses descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential analysis. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that 1) There is an effect of principal supervision on pedagogic competence in SMPN Bangko District, Rokan Hilir Regency. This is evidenced from the results of the t-test that is 3.351 while the t-table is 2.000, thus t-count > ttable (3,351>2,000). 2) There is an influence of organizational culture on the pedagogical competence of teachers at SMPN Bangko District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The results of the calculation of the t test on organizational culture are 3,432 while the t table is 2,000. t count > t table (3,432>2,000). 3) There is a joint influence of principal supervision and organizational culture on the pedagogic competence of teachers at SMPN Bangko District, Rokan Hilir Regency. This is evidenced by Fcount > Ftable or 27.775 > 2.76. The influence of the two variables of supervision and organizational culture on pedagogoic competence is 50.2% while the remaining 49.8% is not discussed in this study

No full textThis study aims to determine the effect of the experience of the Educational Field Practice (PLK) on the readiness to become a teacher in the students of STKIP Pesisir Selatan. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study was 31 students of STKIP Pesisir Selatan who had implemented PLK. Data were collected through a questionnaire/questionnaire and analyzed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (IBM SPSS Statistic 22) program. The results showed that there was an influence between the experience of Educational Field Practice (PLK) on readiness to become a teacher, with a positive direction for students of STKIP Pesisir Selatan by 42.7%. The results of this study are expected to be used as reference material in improving the quality of education

No full textThis study aims to determine how high the influence of the role of parents and teacher competence on students' learning motivation in online learning at SMP N 1 Ranah Pesisir. This type of research is quantitative with an explanatory research approach. There were 105 students of SMP N 1 Ranah Pesisir who were selected as samples according to the cluster random sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert measurement scale. The results of the study using multiple linear regression analysis showed that the results of the minor analysis were partially accepted. H1 was accepted proving that there was a significant positive effect of the parent's role on students' learning motivation, and H2 was accepted, meaning that there was a significant positive effect of teacher competence on student learning motivation, while the results of the major analysis were H3 is accepted, which means that there is a significant positive effect of the role of parents and teacher competence on student learning motivation. The contribution of the variables of the role of parents and teacher competence to students' learning motivation in online learning reached 65.3 percent, the remaining 34.7 percent were other factors outside of the researc

No full textThis study aims to describe 1) the ability to write in their own language; 2) The ability to make fragments that show a certain meaning of the material; 3) Ability to assemble material based on the sequence of processes; 4) the ability to write an idea clearly; 5) Ability to make material conclusions; 6) The ability to be able to find the main idea in the material; and (7) The ability to retell in their own language. The study used a descriptive quantitative approach, taking a sample of 40 people using an online questionnaire. The questionnaire has been declared valid and reliable through a trial on 15 students outside the study. Data processing using descriptive statistics. The results of this study found that the majority of students during lectures were outside the city of Pekanbaru, the device used was Android, the network used was data packets, while their internet network was always in moderate condition, but student learning achievement (GPA) was above average, so that it can allow students during lectures to understand the concept of material through online quizzes using google forms. It was found that almost all students could understand the concept of material through online quizzes using google forms, especially on the ability to write in their own language, and the ability to retell in their own language. This is possible because students' abilities are above average even though the internet network they use is wea
