Full text linkPendampingan inovasi bisnis meruapakan suatu hal yang penting dalam suatu implementasi pengembangan ide dan inovasi dari suatu bisnis yang tertuang dalam melakukan penjualan produk maupun jasa. Di era revolusi industri 5.0, setiap bisnis harus selalu berinovasi dengan bantuan teknologi yang ada, dan disini Sering kali bisnis dibuat secara asal-asalan tanpa melihat metode yang benar dan tepat. Alasan pemilihan topik pengabdian masyarakat ini agar sesuai urgensi saat ini membantu pemikiran mengenai inovasi bisnis khususnya parfum hipoalergenic di era sekarang. Metode pengabdian dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan penerjungan langsung dalam membantu individu dalam membentuk bisnis mereka, metode focused group discussion, observasi dan partisipasi dilakukan dalam laporan ini. Ringkasan hasil didapat bahwa pembantuan perancangan inovasi bisnis khususnya parfum hipoalergenic melalui analisis operasional dan perhitungan HPP. Hal ini berkaitan dan memperhatikan dari sisi customer/market dan juga keuangan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini memiliki hasil yang penting dalam perancangan bisnis parfum anak muda gen z diera sekaran
PELATIHAN REVIEWER DAN EDITOR JURNAL ILMIAH: PANDUAN PRAKTIS UNTUK PENINGKATAN MUTU ARTIKEL
Full text linkKualitas publikasi ilmiah merupakan salah satu indikator utama keberhasilan akademik sebuah institusi pendidikan tinggi. Namun, kualitas artikel yang diterbitkan sangat bergantung pada kompetensi reviewer dan editor jurnal. Artikel ini melaporkan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pelatihan yang ditujukan kepada dosen dan reviewer di Institut Teknologi Bisnis AAS Indonesia. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam melakukan proses review dan penyuntingan artikel ilmiah secara efektif dan etis. Metode pelatihan meliputi sesi teori, diskusi interaktif, dan simulasi proses review serta editing menggunakan artikel nyata. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta terhadap prinsip-prinsip review berkualitas, teknik editing, dan penerapan etika publikasi. Peserta juga mendapatkan panduan praktis untuk meningkatkan kualitas artikel sebelum diterbitkan. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam memperbaiki mutu jurnal di lingkungan kampus, serta mendukung pengelolaan jurnal menuju akreditasi yang lebih baik
IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM SELF ASSESSMENT PADA PAJAK BEA PEROLEHAN HAK ATAS TANAH DAN BANGUNAN (BPHTB) DI KABUPATEN BOYOLALI
Full text linkThis study aims to determine the authority of the Land Deed Official (PPAT) in Boyolali Regency, Implementation of the self-assessment system based on Regional Regulations Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2011 concerning Land and Building Acquisition Fees in conjunction with Regional Regulation Number 12 of 2020 concerning Amendments to the Regulations on Land and Building Acquisition Fees. This type of research is empirical legal research, taking the research location in Boyolali Regency. The research sample was 6 Land Deed Officials (PPAT)/Notaries and 6 Temporary Land Deed Officials (PPATS)/Sub-district Heads. Data collection was carried out through field studies and literature studies to obtain primary and secondary data. Data analysis used interactive analysis methods. The results of this study can be presented that the role of the Land Deed Official (PPAT)/Notary in determining the Land and Building Acquisition Fee (BPHTB) tax is not in accordance with their duties. This is because there is still authority from the Land Deed Official (PPAT)/Notary that is not in accordance with its portion. In addition, there must also be coordination with the Regional Finance Agency (BKD) of Boyolali Regency and the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency of Boyolali Regency to provide guidance to Land Deed Making Officials (PPAT)/Notaries and Temporary Land Deed Making Officials (PPATS)/Sub-district Heads and the surrounding community. The self-assessment system which is used as the basis for data obtained from Regional Regulation Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2011 concerning Land and Building Acquisition Fees in conjunction with Regional Regulation Number 12 of 2020 concerning Amendments to the Regulation on Land and Building Acquisition Fees is still not in accordance with these regulations.

Full text linkThe aim of this research is to find out whether there is a significant difference in the results of offline and online student lectures for the Economic Statistics I course at STIE Dharma Bumiputera Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative research method by conducting hypothesis testing in the form of a Paired Sample t-Test. The data used is secondary data in the form of data from offline and online lectures in the even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year which is documented on the STIE Dharma Bumiutera ecampuz. By using a data processing tool in the form of SPSS version 22, the results were obtained that offline lectures were better than online lectures

No full textThis research discusses the influence of employee productivity, discipline and performance on the amount of income improvement allowance (tpp). This research aims to explore and analyze the influence of productivity, discipline and employee performance on the amount of Income Improvement Allowance (TPP) at the Regional Secretariat of Sukoharjo Regency. The main focus of this research is to evaluate the extent to which these factors influence the amount of TPP received by employees, as well as to identify any inconsistencies or problems in implementing the performance appraisal system and providing TPP. The samples were selected using a random method or random sampling according to the specified sample size. The number of samples taken in this research was 50 respondents. The results of the research show that there is an influence of Productivity (X1) on the amount of Income Improvement Allowance (Y) for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of the Regional Secretariat of Sukoharjo Regency. There is an influence of Discipline (X2) on the amount of income improvement allowance (Y) at the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of the Regional Secretariat of Sukoharjo Regency. There is an influence of Performance (X3) on the amount of income improvement allowance (Y) at the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of the Regional Secretariat of Sukoharjo Regency. There is a joint influence of Productivity (X1), Discipline (X2) and Performance (X3) on the amount of income improvement allowance (Y) for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of the Regional Secretariat of Sukoharjo Regency. SEMIOTIC ANALYSIS OF HUMAN BEHAVIOR IN FUFUFAFA ACCOUNT X

This research is a literature study so that no special location is needed for research because the object being studied is a literary manuscript (text), namely tweets in the x Fufufafa account. The data obtained from this study are secondary data that researchers obtained from direct tweets from the fuffafa account. The data were analyzed by stages of data collection, data selection, data reduction, and drawing conclusions with a comprehensive explanation. The result in this article show the owner of the Fufufafa account, whoever it is, has bad human behavior because the sentences made in the account allude to non-substantive personal problems. The account owner cannot be categorized as a critical person because the object of criticism is not public policy and common problems but personal problems. Therefore, the researcher concludes that the human behavior of the Fufufafa account has a bad direction.

Strategi Pemasaran Untuk Meningkatkan Volume Penjualan Kain Tenun Tradisional Mamasa pada Kelompok Usaha Kain Tenun Kreatif Pambe Kabupaten Mamasa
Full text linkThis study aims to design marketing strategies to increase the sales volume of Mamasa traditional woven fabrics in the Kreatif Pambe Weaving Group, Mamasa Regency. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. SWOT analysis is used to identify the group's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The findings indicate that the main strengths lie in product quality and unique weaving motifs, while the weaknesses include limited digital marketing and market access. Opportunities arise from the growing public interest in culturally based products, whereas threats come from competition with modern textile products. The recommended marketing strategy focuses on developing the marketing mix (7P), emphasizing product diversification, competitive pricing, digital marketing optimization, and marketing training for artisans. Implementing this strategy is expected to enhance competitiveness and expand the market for Mamasa woven fabrics.

This research is a quantitative study with a descriptive approach, namely an approach that makes a number of previous studies the main topic to build and prove the hypothesis in this article. The data used in this article is primary data that researchers obtained from various credible sources, namely 150 Indonesian students and 150 Malaysian students who use credit cards and m-banking. The existing data was collected and then analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show that the hypothesis used in this article can be accepted and proven. The hypothesis in question is all hypotheses where the first hypothesis is that the Islamic Financial Literacy Of Indonesian Students variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Customer Decisions. This is because the P-Values value is positive and is below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.001. This is because good Islamic Financial Literacy can make researchers access how to register and use Islamic Bank m-banking, think about doing something easier, and enjoy things that work effectively. In line with the reasons in the first hypothesis, the second hypothesis shows similar and more significant results than the first hypothesis, namely the P-Values value is at 0.000. Through these two results, it can be concluded that Islamic Financial Literacy in Indonesia is better than Islamic Financial Literacy in Malaysia.

THE INFLUENCE OF EASE OF PAYMENT USING QRIS ON PURCHASING DECISIONS WITH BRAND TRUST AS A MODERATING VARIABLE

This study is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that uses a number of previous studies as the main reference in building assumptions and proving the formulated hypothesis, namely the variable Ease of Payment Using QRIS on Purchasing Decisions and the Brand Trust variable can moderate the influence of these variables. The data used in this study are primary data that researchers obtained from 500 students spread throughout Indonesia. The questionnaire distributed contains 5 statements, namely statements that strongly agree, statements that agree, statements that are normal or possible, statements that disagree, and statements that strongly disagree. The data collected was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool.

PELATIHAN LITERASI DIGITAL GENERASI Z DI KELURAHAN DANUKUSUMAN, KECAMATAN SERENGAN, SURAKARTA
Full text linkKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dengan tujuan memberikan pelatihan literasi digital generasi Z di Kelurahan Danukusuman, Kecamatan Serengan, Surakarta. Dimana dalam pengabdian ini dikhususkan bagi Generasi Z atau mereka yang tumbuh bersamaan dengan internet, media sosial, maupun teknologi digital. Kegiatan pengabdian ini merupakan tindak lanjut atas program kerja sama kegiatan PkM dengan berbagai elemen masyarakat sebagai wujud pelaksanaan tri dharma perguruan tinggi. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan tutorial penyampaian materi-materi terkait materi literasi digital kepada para peserta pengabdian. Waktu pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu semester ganjil 2024/2025 pada hari Senin, 11 November 2025. Tempat pelaksanaan pengabdian di Kelurahan Danukusuman, Kecamatan Serengan, Surakarta. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya pelatihan literasi digital generasi Z di Kelurahan Danukusuman, Kecamatan Serengan, Surakarta, menjadikan para peserta memahami bahwasanya pentingnya memahami dan mengetahui manfaant literasi digital dan perlunya mengatasi tantangannya. Literasi digital telah memberikan berbagai manfaat yang signifikan bagi kehidupan masyarakat. Beberapa keuntungan yang dapat diperoleh meliputi peningkatan kemampuan individu dalam mencari dan memahami informasi, yang pada gilirannya dapat memperluas wawasan mereka terutama peserta pengabdian. Selain itu, literasi digital juga mendorong individu untuk berpikir secara lebih kritis dan mampu menganalisis informasi dengan lebih baik. Tak hanya itu, melalui beragam informasi yang diakses, individu juga dapat memperluas kosa kata mereka, yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan kemampuan verbal. Di samping itu, literasi digital membantu meningkatkan daya fokus dan konsentrasi, serta keterampilan membaca, menyusun kalimat, dan menulis informasi dengan lebih efektif. Selain manfaatnya yang banyak juga perlunya mengatasi tantangan utamanya yaitu arus informasi yang melimpah dan konten negatif
