    This study aims to analyze the financial performance of the cooperative by using various financial ratios as outlined in the Decree of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises No. 35.3/Per/M.KUKM/X/2007. The analysis of financial reports is also intended to serve as a reference for the new cooperative management, as the term of the previous management has ended. Data collection techniques include documentation, observation, and interviews. Financial Performance Analysis of KSPPS Usaha Barokah Jatipurno Wonogiri (based on the Ministerial Decree No. 35.3/Per/M.KUKM/X/2007): Equity to Total Capital Ratio Score: 4.50 (2023) and 5.00 (2024) out of 5.00 Category: healthy. Indicates that the cooperative has a strong equity position compared to its total capital. Efficiency Score: 3.00 (2023 and 2024) out of 4.00 Category: moderately efficient. Reflects that the cooperative's asset utilization in serving members is adequate but still has room for improvement. Fixed Assets to Total Assets Ratio Score: 4.00 (2023 and 2024) out of 4.00 Category: good. Shows that the proportion of fixed assets to total assets is well-balanced. Liquidity Score: 7.50 (2023 and 2024) out of 10.00 Category: moderately liquid. Indicates that the cooperative is fairly capable of meeting its short-term obligations. Asset Profitability (Return on Assets) Score: 0.75 (2023 and 2024) out of 3.00 Category: low. Shows that the cooperative’s ability to generate profit from its total assets is still lacking. Equity Profitability (Return on Equity) Score: 3.00 (2022 and 2023) out of 3.00 Category: high. Demonstrates that the cooperative is highly effective in generating profit from its own capital. Despite some strong indicators, the findings highlight the need to increase equity, improve service delivery, optimize fund management, and evaluate that can’t declining performance areas.Penelitian ini akan menganalisis kinerja koperasi dengan menggunakan berbagai rasio keuangan yang tercantum dalam Keputusan Menteri Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah No. 35.3/ Per/ M.KUKM/ X/ 2007. Serta analisa laporan keuangan ini bisa menjadi acuan untuk pengurus koperasi yang baru, yang mana pengurus yang lama telah habis masa kerjanya. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil analisis kinerja keuangan KSPPS Usaha Barokah Jatipurno Wonogiri berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Koperasi No.35.3/Per/M.KUKM/X/2007.Yaitu  Modal Sendiri terhadap Total Modal Skor 4,50 (2023) dan 5,00 (2024) dari 5,00 Kategori: sehat. Artinya, koperasi memiliki cukup modal sendiri dibanding total modal. Efisiensi Skor 3,00 (2023 dan 2024) dari 4,00 Kategori: cukup efisien Artinya, penggunaan aset koperasi untuk melayani anggota sudah cukup baik, tapi masih bisa ditingkatkan. Aktiva Tetap terhadap Total Aset Skor 4,00 (2023 dan 2024) dari 4,00 Kategori: baik. Artinya, proporsi aset tetap terhadap total aset dalam kondisi baik dan seimbang. Likuiditas Skor 7,50 (2023 dan 2024) dari 10,00 Kategori: cukup likuid Artinya, koperasi cukup mampu memenuhi kewajiban jangka pendeknya. Rentabilitas Aset (Tingkat Pengembalian dari Aset) Skor 0,75 (2023 dan 2024) dari 3,00 Kategori: rendah Artinya, kemampuan koperasi menghasilkan keuntungan dari seluruh aset masih kurang Rentabilitas Modal Sendiri (Tingkat Pengembalian dari Modal Sendiri) Skor 3,00 (2022 dan 2023) dari 3,00 Kategori: tinggi Artinya, koperasi sangat baik dalam menghasilkan keuntungan dari modal sendiri.     Consumer behavior in general is described as a form of process from searching, selecting to the stage of deciding to buy a product or service in order to provide for their needs. Brand Experience is the sensation, feeling, cognition and response or consumer response to the brand. In Islam, a Muslim in the practice of buying and selling must pay attention to whether the goods sold are halal and free from usury elements, both sellers and consumers and must be based on mutual consent or mutual need. The goods sold do not contain elements of fraud and consumers know the quality and specifications of the product clearly. If these things are met, of course consumers can get a positive experience from the products they buy such as satisfaction, feelings of pleasure or happiness when buying and wanting to buy again so that they can create a Brand Experience or experience felt by consumers towards the brands they consume. Therefore, researchers are interested in conducting research to determine the effect of Branding Experience on Repurchase Intention of halal cosmetics in the community in Singkawang. This research is a quantitative field research by distributing questionnaires and analyzed using a simple linear regression analysis method using the SPSS test tool. The test results prove that Branding Experience on Repurchase Intention of halal cosmetics in the community in Singkawang.Perilaku konsumen umumnya dapat dipahami sebagai proses yang melibatkan pencarian, seleksi dan keputusan saat membeli produk atau layanan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan kehidupan. Brand Experience mengacu pada pengertian, emosi, kognisi, respons dari konsumen kepada merek. Dari perspektif Islam, praktik pembelian dan penjualan harus memperhatikan prinsip -prinsip produk halal dan menghindari unsur riba baik dari penjual dan pembeli. Selain itu, transaksi harus didasarkan pada prinsip -prinsip kesenangan dan transparansi dalam kualitas dan spesifikasi produk, sehingga tidak mengandung unsur penipuan. Jika prinsip-prinsip tersebut terpenuhi, konsumen cenderung akan merasakan pengalaman positif selama proses pembelian, seperti kepuasan, kebahagiaan, atau keinginan untuk melakukan pembelian kembali. Pengalaman ini memiliki potensi untuk membangun Brand Experience yang kuat, yang pada gilirannya dapat mendorong niat untuk membeli kembali (Repurchase Intention) produk tersebut. Berdasarkan hal ini, peneliti tertarik untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh Brand Experience terhadap Repurchase Intention produk kosmetik halal di kalangan masyarakat Muslim di Kota Singkawang. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara lapangan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Brand Experience memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Repurchase Intention kosmetik halal di masyarakat Singkawang

    The The Appeal of Halal Labels: How much Influence Does It Have on Purchasing Decisions? A Quantitative Study of Packaged Food and Beverages in a Muslim-Majority Market

    Abstract This study aims to examine the extent to which halal labeling on packaged food and beverages influences consumer purchasing decisions. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing both primary and secondary data sources. The research involved 260 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression. The result show that the halal labeling variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a statistical significance value of less than 0.05. These findings indicate that the halal labeling variable on packaged food and beverage has a positive and significant inluence on purchasing decisions, as it shows an empirical probability or statisticcal significance value of less than 0.05. In economic terms, this reflects the responsiveness of consumers labeling to to labeling, especially those those guided by religious values. In predominanlty muslim societies, such as Surakarta trust and adherence to religious principles are crucial factors influencing product selection and purchasing behaviour.     The Yogyakata Special Region Government has made a policy regarding regulations for the Malioboro area, namely regarding Relocation in order to regulate the Malioboro area into an area that is clean from street vendors. This study uses independent variables, namely business capital, length of business, location, working hours, and level of education, while the independent variable uses income. This study aims to determine the business capital, length of business, location, working hours, and level of education on the terraces of Malioboro have an influence on income and to determine the income of post-relocation street vendors. In this study, researchers used primary data and took samples using a questionnaire.The researchers only took 100 respondents after going through the Sloving formula calculation method, from the total population of street vendors on the terraces of Malioboro. The analytical tool method used by the researcher is multiple linear regression which as the dependent variable is income and the independent variables are business capital, length of business, location, working hours, and level of education.Pemerintah Daerah Istimewa Yogyakata telah membuat kebijakan tentang peraturan untuk kawasan Malioboro yaitu tentang Relokasi guna untuk menatatertibkan kawasan Malioboro menjadi kawasan yang bersih dari pedagang kaki lima. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel independen yaitu tentang modal usaha, lama usaha, lokasi, jam kerja, dan tingkat pendidikan adapun variabel dependennya yaitu menggunakan pendapatan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui modal usaha, lama usaha, lokasi, jam kerja, dan tingkat pendidikan terhadap pendapatan pedagang di teras Malioboro pasca relokasi. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan data primer dan mengambil sampel menggunakan kuisioner. Adapun peneliti hanya mengambil 100 responden setelah melalui metode hitung rumus Sloving, dari jumlah keseluruhan populasi pedagang kaki lima yang ada di teras Malioboro. Metode alat analisis yang digunakan peneliti yaitu dengan regresi liner berganda yang sebagaimana variabel dependenya yaitu pendapatan dan variabel independenya yaitu modal usaha, lama usaha, lokasi, jam kerja, dan tingkat pendidikan

The approach used is a Qualitative approach and SWOT analysis to determine the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and threats faced in marketing and tourism management. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the 5A tourism marketing strategy is an important part of increasing tourist visits to Do Madatu tourist attraction, North Toraja Regency. The role of the local government in terms of tourism marketing can also be part of the supporting factors for the development of tourism itself.     ANALISIS KINERJA KEUANGAN PT.VALE INDONESIA,Tbk SEBELUM DAN SESUDAH DIVESTASI

     “Financial Performance Analysis of PT Vale Indonesia, Tbk Before and After Divestment”The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial performance of PT Vale Indonesia, Tbk before and after divestment. This research employs Profitability Ratios and Liquidity Ratios to measure financial performance, including Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio, and Quick Ratio.The data collection techniques used in this study include Library Research and Field Research, in the form of documentation by downloading PT Vale Indonesia, Tbk's financial statements.  Based on the analysis, the financial performance of PT Vale Indonesia, Tbk before and after divestment showed significant changes. Profitability after divestment (2021-2023) became more stable and higher, with NPM averaging above 70%, indicating that the company became more efficient in generating profit from revenue. ROA consistently increased from 6.78% in 2021 to 9.37% in 2023, demonstrating that the company optimized its asset utilization to generate profit after divestment. This indicates that after divestment, the company was able to improve operational efficiency and focus on a more profitable core business. Divestment had a positive impact on the company's profitability, as both NPM and ROA became more stable and showed improvements, reflecting greater efficiency in operational and asset management. Meanwhile, liquidity also became stronger and more stable. Before divestment, the Current Ratio dropped significantly to 51.7% in 2019, indicating potential liquidity difficulties. After divestment, the Current Ratio drastically increased to 495%-565%, showing that the company had a significantly higher amount of current assets compared to its short-term liabilities.   Keywords: Divestment, Net Profit Margin, Return on Assets, Current Ratio, Quick Ratio

    Financial failure nowadays often occurs among students due to a lack of attention to their financial condition and financial management.Therefore, students as intellectuals at least have good financial knowledge so they can implement good financial behavior. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of financial knowledge and financial experience on the financial behavior of students in Palopo City. The number of samples in this study was 81 students using a disproportionate cluster random sampling technique. The analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression, with validity and reliability test stages, classical assumption test, t test, f test and coefficient of determination test. The research result show that financial knowledge has no influence on financial behavior and financial experience has an influence on financial behavior. Simultaneously, both variables jointly influence financial behavior

    Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengeksplorasi Tanggapan al-Qur’an Tentang Perilaku Childfree dan untuk mengelaborasi implikasi Perilaku Childfree Terhadap Aspek Kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research), yang bersifat kualitatif, yaitu penulis meninjau ayat-ayat al-Qur'an yang relevan dengan pembahasan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Teknik dokumentasi, yakni Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menghimpun dan menganalisis dokumen-dokumen, baik dokumen tertulis, gambar dan juga elektronik. Dalam penelitian ini penulis lebih berfokus pada dokumen-dokumen tertulis seperti beberapa kitab tafsir, buku dan jurnal. Adapun langkah-langkah dokumentasi pada penelitian ini diantaranya: membaca beberapa literatur terkait childfree, menganalisis dan menggali beberapa ayat al-quran yang bisa dikaitkan dengan perilaku childfree, kemudian mengkaji pandangan al-qur’an. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini, perilaku childfree akan dibahas secara komprehensif, berdasarkan metode tahlili. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perilaku childfree dalam pandangan al-Qur’an tidak sejalan dengan konsep pernikahan dalam al-Qur’an. Bagaimana al-Qur’an menerangkan kebaikan-kebaikan yang biasa didapatkan dari lahirnya seorang anak sampai alasan-alasan bagi pelaku childfree. Perilaku childfree memiliki resiko yang besar terhadap kesehatan fisik dan kesehatan mental yang buruk dibandingkan wanita yang memiliki anak. Adapun dampak buruk childfree terhadap aspek kesehatan fisik ialah jika wanita yang tidak memilki anak akan mengalami berbagai jenis penyakit. Seperti halnya kanker payudara, kanker ovarium (indung telur), dan endometrium (lapisan dalam Rahim). Sedangkan dampak buruk childfree terhadap aspek kesehatan mental biasanya itu terlihat saat usia pernikahan sudah berjalan cukup lama. Perempuan yang tidak memiliki anak akan mengalami kesepian, depresi, dan tekanan psikologi yang besar pada usia lanjut (tua)

    This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of time pressure and workload on fraud detection moderated by work experience at the South Jakarta Public Accounting Firm. This type of research is quantitative with the sampling method is the Convenience sampling method, obtained 66 respondents who were used as research samples, so that the total observation was 66 samples. The data analysis method used SPSS version 24 along with the MRA test. Based on the data analysis that has been carried out, it shows that partially time pressure has a negative effect on fraud detection, and workload has no effect on fraud detection. Simultaneously, time pressure and workload have a significant effect on fraud detection. The results of the MRA test show that work experience is unable to moderate the effect of time pressure and workload on fraud detection, meaning that work experience weakens the effect of time pressure and workload on fraud detection

    This study aims to investigate the effects of leverage, liquidity, and profitability on the likelihood of financial distress, incorporating firm size as a moderating factor. The analysis focuses on companies operating within the consumer non-cyclical sector that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period from 2020 to 2022. Out of a total population of 129 firms, 113 were selected using purposive sampling techniques. The data were subjected to classical assumption testing and analyzed with the assistance of SPSS software. The results reveal that leverage and profitability significantly influence financial distress, while liquidity does not show a meaningful statistical effect. In addition, company size cannot moderate the effect between leverage, liquidity, and profitability on financial distress
