Naive Bayes and Support Vector Machine Algorithm for Sentiment Analysis Opensea Mobile Application Users in Indonesia
Opensea is an NFT buying and selling application-based platform that is booming in the community. One way to find out the public's perception of the Opensea application is by sentiment analysis, as done in this study. Data that is used is user review data for the Opensea application in the Indonesian play store. The sentiment analysis technique used is the Naïve Bayes Classifier and the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method. Both are used to compare public responses from sentiment analysis of reviewed data labeled as positive, negative, and neutral. Based on this study, it was found that the Naive Bayes algorithm gives the results that class precision is 87.31%, class recall is 71.02%, and accuracy is 89.81%. While the SVM algorithm gives the results that class precision is 94.23%, class recall 71.96%, and Accuracy 90.78%. It is concluded that the SVM algorithm has a better performance than the Naive Bayes algorithm.
Music Genre Recommendations Based on Spectrogram Analysis Using Convolutional Neural Network Algorithm with RESNET-50 and VGG-16 Architecture
Recommendations are a very useful tool in many industries. Recommendations provide the best selection of what the user wants and provide satisfaction compared to ordinary searches. In the music industry, recommendations are used to provide songs that have similarities in terms of genre or theme. There are various kinds of genres in the world of music, including pop, classic, reggae and others. With genre, the difference between one song and another can be heard clearly. This genre can be analyzed by spectrogram analysis. In this study, a spectrogram analysis was developed which will be the input feature for the Convolutional Neural Network. CNN will classify and provide song recommendations according to what the user wants. In addition, testing was carried out with two different architectures from CCN, namely VGG-16 and RESNET-50. From the results of the study obtained, the best accuracy results were obtained by the VGG-16 model with 20 epochs with accuracy 60%, compared to the RESNET-50 model with more than 20 epochs. The results of the recommendations generated on the test data obtained a good similarity value for VGG-16 compared to RESNET-50
PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN, UMUR PERUSAHAAN DAN PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN (Studi empiris pada perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2017-2019)
Tujuan (Purpose): menganalisis pengaruh struktur modal, ukuran perusahaan, umur perusahaan dan profitabilitas terhadap nilaiperusahaan.Metodologi penelitian (Research method):Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2017-2019. Sampel penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dimana terdapat 78 perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang memenuhi semua kriteria dan dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu SPSS versi 20 dengan pengujian regresi linear berganda.Hasil (Results):Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ukuran, umur dan profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.Limitasi (Limitations): Keterbatasan pada penelitian ini terdapat pada jumlah sample yang terbatas dan penggunaan variable yang berbasis pada keuangan.Kontribusi (Contribution): Dapat mengetahui bahwa perusahaan dengan profit yang tinggi dan termasuk dalam perusahaan besar sangat diminati oleh para investor, sehingga nilai perusahaan menjadi naik.Kata Kunci (Keywords):nilai perusahaan, struktur modal, ukuran, umur, profitabilita
PENGARUH TATA KELOLA PERUSAHAAN, RASIO KEUANGAN, DAN KARAKTERISTIK PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP PENGHINDARAN PAJAK
AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh tata kelola perusahaan, rasio keuangan, dan karakteristik perusahaan terhadap penghindaran pajak. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini adalah komisaris independen, komite audit, profitabilitas, leverage, ukuran perusahaan, dan pertumbuhan penjualan. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2018-2020. Sampel sebanyak 135 perusahaan dengan total data 405 data didapatkan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling method. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah multiple regression analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komite audit, ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, dan pertumbuhan penjualan berpengaruh terhadap penghindaran pajak, sedangkan komisaris independen dan leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap penghindaran pajak. Penelitian ini memiliki beberapa keterbatasan, yaitu koefisien determinasi yang terlalu kecil, data tidak berdistribusi normal dan terdapat heteroskedastisitas pada variabel independen profitabilitas.Kata kunci: Penghindaran Pajak, Komisaris Independen, Komite Audit, Profitabilitas, Leverage, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Pertumbuhan Penjuala
INTENSIFIKASI KOMPETENSI PAJAK PADA RELAWAN PAJAK DI UNIVERSITAS TERBUKA
This study aims to determine the role of the Tax Center at Universitas Terbuka and the intensification of competence for tax volunteers before being deployed to taxpayers in assisting activities in filling out tax returns. This research was conducted through a qualitative method by presenting descriptive data obtained from literature studies and observations at the Tax Center Universitas Terbuka. Intensification is held by providing training materials, namely: Communication and Leadership, Tax Awareness and Annual SPT, Completing Annual Individual SPTs, and Code of Conduct. In addition, webinars, sharing sessions, and literacy clubs are held. All of these activities are a form of Pengabdian Masyarakat as part of Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi and establish synergy with the Banten Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes. Based on the evaluation results of Taxpayers who receive assistance from Tax Volunteers, they are satisfied with the services provided by Tax Volunteers, both from their role in providing assistance and also from the way they communicate with Taxpayers, which is considered helpful with the existence of Tax Center activities and hoping that the activities consistently exist annually. PERAN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE DAN TATA KELOLA DALAM MENGATASI PENYELUNDUPAN PAJAK YANG MERUGIKAN NEGARA
This study aims to determine what factors can cause tax evasion actions, both from the taxpayers themselves and government policies that have been implemented, including the possibility to implement artificial intelligence in the near furure dan good governance. The method used in this study is a descriptive method by using secondary data, data sourced from the literature with the aim of collecting relevant information and sources. Knowing the factors that cause tax evasion actions by conducting keyword searches, subject searches, scientific citation searches, books, scientific articles, research reports, sources, and documents related to research. The results of this study indicate that there are two main factors that cause tax evasion actions, namely the effectiveness of the implementation of the self-assessment system, and government policies in regulating the amount of applicable tax rates as a benchmark for the value of tax payments.Keywords: Artificial Intelligence, Good Governance, Self Assessment System, Tax Evasio
ESTIMASI PENGUKURAN PERANGKAT LUNAK MENGGUNAKAN METODE MATRIK FUNCTION POINT ANALYSIS – STUDI KASUS APLIKASI AKADEMIK SISWA BERBASIS WEBSITE
Function Point (FP) is a measurement method as well as a unit of measure from a software. FP can measure software by quantifying (number of units in numbers) functionality in software that is already provided to users based on logic. The FP matrix is calculated from 5 components which include the number of user inputs (external input-EI), the number of outputs to the user (external inquiry - EQ), the number of user inquiries (external inquiry - EQ), the number of internal files used (internal logical file - EQ). ILF), and the number of external interfaces (external files – EIF). This case study aims to study carefully how to calculate FP which produces the final result in the form of cost estimation in software. The existing software is the Website-Based Student Academic Application (AASBW). The technical files available from this software are source code and running application. This FP measurement will be carried out from a software point of view, namely measuring the finished application. From the observation, it is found that the FP for AASBW = 152.90 and the estimated cost to market this application is Rp. 7,645.00, the estimated production time is 29 days, and the estimated cost of managing this application is Rp. 3,850,000, so the results of the three estimation factors are used by the authors as analysis material for Website-Based Student Academic Applications using the Function Point Analysis method
Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) Method of Decision on The Selection of the Head of Study Program Digital Business
The head of the study program is the spearhead of success in a study program. So a head of a study program is required to have good leadership and management skills in order to be able to carry out his duties and functions correctly. The problem that arises is that the appointment of a head of a study program is often carried out not looking at some aspects or criteria, usually the appointment is subjective and based on how long he has been a lecturer in the study program. Even though the appointment of a study program head must be seen from many aspects and criteria, this is done because if you appoint a study program head who is not competent, it can result in not running well with the study program he leads. The criteria used in this research are Functional Position, Education, Working Period, Research, PKM Activities, Supporting Activities and Lecturer Achievement. To overcome this problem, a decision support system with the MAUT method is the right solution to use. The advantage of the MAUT method is that the calculation and decision-making process is faster because it can directly calculate the final evaluation value without the need to compare the importance weight values between criteria. This method will process the criteria values of each candidate so that the results will be more objective. In this study, the number of alternatives used was 6 data on the value of the prospective head of the study program. Based on the MAUT process, a decision was obtained that the chosen head of the digital business study program was a Candidate-01 lecturer with a value of 1.0.
Augmented Reality Virtual Guide Museum Multatuli Rangkasbitung Based on Android
Multatuli Museum has been established for several years and is visited by many tourists. However, in practice the Multatuli Museum often lacks museum guides when there is an increase in visits, so that visitors who are not accompanied by a tour guide do not get complete information. In addition, the lack of interest of the younger generation in visiting museum attractions so that by applying Augmented Reality technology to the Multatuli Museum is expected to attract visitors, especially the younger generation. Augmented Reality (AR) is a technology that is able to insert 3D and 2D objects into a real environment in real-time to display a Virtual Guide at the Multatuli Museum. The author creates an animation in the form of a virtual guide for the Multatuli Museum using Blender software to create 3D animations and using Unity software to build the application as well as the Vuforia extension for Unity with C# programming language. The author uses the prototyping method as the application development method and uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as the system design. This research produces an Augmented Reality Application that can be used on Android smartphones. This application is capable of displaying 3D animations that provide information about the showrooms in the Multatuli Museum. Based on black box testing all features in the application are 100% running well. with this application visitors feel helped when the tour guide is limited and feel happy because there is still a Virtual tour guide who helps in the museum
Development of a Village Information System for Acceleration of Village Services in Desa Tegal Kecamatan Kemang Bogor
The Village Information System (SID) is an information system that changes raw data into ready-to-use information. In addition, SID will provide convenience to village officials in providing services to the community. The development of this SID is expected to be able to provide acceleration and improve the performance of village officials in terms of service quality to the community, productivity, responsiveness, responsibility and productivity. The development of a village information system in service activities in Tegal village is a transformation from manual to computerized, so systematic efforts are needed in the preparation involving subjects, objects and methods related to the transformation process. The development of the village information system uses the software development life cycle (SDLC). Efforts to control the quality of the Tegal Village Information System use four characteristics of ISO 9126, to know that the parts in the application system have correctly displayed error messages if an error occurs in inputting data.The result of this service activity is that every Village Apparatus can understand the material that has been submitted and can practice the results of the village administration work in a computerized manner based on the Village Information System
