Cultural Inculturation of Ngada in Church Liturgical Music
Get PDFCatholics in Ngada still use inculturation songs in the liturgy, for example in celebration of the Reba and regular mass. In line with the rapid development of songs inculturation in Ngada and the needs of the community, a song book entitled Ti'i Adha Ne'e Melo Redho was published. This study aims to examine and analyze the 10 opening songs from the book Ti'i Adha Ne'e Melo Redho by referring to the provisions of the Ngada traditional music elements and the provisions regarding liturgical music that apply in the Catholic Church. This study used inculturation theory with qualitative methods. The results showed that the 10 songs can be categorized as inculturative liturgical songs, although there are some songs that are not characterized by traditional Ngada music and are not suitable as opening songs.

It is expected to be able to tackle cases of domestic violence that result in children and women becoming victims. Until now, there has been an increase in the behavior of domestic violence that has occurred, and there has not been a decrease in cases, so it is deemed necessary to renew laws and regulations that can tackle and protect children and women as victims and can provide a deterrent effect on perpetrators of domestic violence. This study aims to identify and examine legal protection for children and women victims of domestic violence based on a constitutional perspective, as well as the pros and cons that characterize it. It is hoped that the results of the research will be able to contribute ideas in efforts to maximize the protection of children and women, especially from domestic violence. This type of research is normative research originating from literature. The data obtained in this study were analyzed using qualitative juridical methods
The Use of Directive Speech Patterns as the Implementation of Teacher Interaction Styles
Get PDF The application of the teacher's interaction style by managing transfer of speech with directive speech is a superior skill in learning Indonesian. This is because teachers are required to implement Indonesian language learning which can develop critical, creative, communicative and collaborative characters in students. Therefore, this research aims to describe the transfer of speech through taking turns speaking and giving turns to speak with directive speech as a form of implementing the teacher's interaction style in Indonesian language learning to increase students' active participation in developing critical, creative, communicative and collaborative skills.The approach used in this research is the classroom discourse approach. This classroom discourse approach directs analysis to data obtained from formal and planned conversational interactions (plan discourse). The focus of this conversational interaction lies on the teacher, as the determiner of the topic of conversation. These three main things appear in this Indonesian language learning research in the form of: (1) students give real responses to the learning stimulants given by the teacher, (2) students express more opinions on the information conveyed by the teacher or on the opinions put forward by other students, providing more information, (3) students make their own learning conclusions using their own language and methods, both individually and in groups, (4) students make optimal use of their activities, responding to the learning stimulus provided by the teacher, (5) students who ask questions, both to the teacher and other students, and (6) students make their own assessments of the results of their work
Corporate Crime in the Investment Field with Trading Robots in Indonesia
Get PDFCorporate crime in the investment sector with the use of trading robots in Indonesia is a serious challenge in facing the development of financial technology. This research aims to investigate this phenomenon, analyze patterns of corporate crime related to trading robots, and explore its impact on the Indonesian capital market. Data was obtained through literature study and case analysis using a qualitative approach. The research results highlight various corporate criminal practices, such as market manipulation and investor fraud, which are made easier by the use of trading robots. Factors such as lack of proper regulation and technological complexity are the main triggers for increasing the risk of corporate crime in investing with trading robots. The implications of this research include the need to increase regulators' and stakeholders' awareness of these potential risks, as well as increasing legal protection for investors and capital market security. Thus, this research contributes to a better understanding of the dynamics of corporate crime in the field of investment with trading robots in Indonesia and provides a basis for developing more effective policies to overcome this challenge

The Effect of Green Branding, Historical Value and Innovative Tourism Package on Willingness to Pay More at Bilebante’s Green Tourism Village
Get PDFWillingness to pay more indicates the level of awareness among tourists about participating in environmental conservation activities. This study is aimed at analyzing the impacts of green branding, historical value, and innovative tourism packages on tourist willingness to pay more in Bilebante’s green tourism village. The research employs an associative and quantitative approach to study the behavior of tourists who had previously visited Bilebante’s Green Tourism Village, 120 respondents were selected using purposive sampling, and data was collected using online and offline questionnaires. The data was analyzed using the partial least squares method with the SmartPLS version 3.0 application. The results showed that green branding, historical value, and innovative tourism packages positively and significantly influence tourists’ willingness to pay more in Bilebante’s green tourism village. This implies that tourists who have awarness of the environmental issues, historical value of the innovative tourism packages will be willing to pay higher prices for tourism packages. In addition, this study provides implications for tourist village managers on how to enhance management practices and increase tourists' willingness to pay more

The research findings indicate the domestication of women's roles in Banjar song lyrics, aligning with the values and culture of the Banjar society. The lyrics often emphasize aspects of beauty, the skills required by Banjar women in managing families, and devotion to God as the highest criterion for evaluating women, in accordance with societal norms
Analysis of Problem-Solving Ability of Junior High School Students in the New Normal Era
Get PDFStudents' mathematical problem-solving ability is one of the 21st century skills that are useful in everyday life, especially in the new normal era. This descriptive qualitative research aims to analyse the problem-solving ability of seventh grade students of SMPN 4 Ngaglik in the new normal era. The instruments in this study were observation sheets, math problem solving ability tests, documentation, and interview guidelines. Interactive analysis was used in the data analysis technique of this research with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and making overall conclusions. Data analysis of test results plays a role in determining the level of students' problem-solving ability, documentation results as material for analysis and to be observed, and interviews to strengthen test results and information on student learning constraints. The results of this study show that students who have math problem solving skills with very high result categories are 7%, high 14%, medium 10%, low 14%, and very low dominate with 55%. This shows that there are 31% of students who can solve math problems well

A Normative Review of The Position of Creditors in Syndication Credit Agreements without A Facility Agent
Get PDFThe specificity of syndicated credit compared to ordinary credit is that there are several banks acting as creditors (syndication participants), there is an agent role, and there is only one debtor, and all parties are bound by one main document, namely the syndicated credit agreement. One of the characteristics of syndicated credit is the involvement of a facility agent in the syndicated credit agreement, based, among other things, on the agreement to be the only party who can collect payments and distribute creditor payments. Probematics arise when facility agents do not carry out their obligations and responsibilities properly. The aim of this research is to analyze the legal position and legal remedies of creditors participating in syndicated credit against debtors who are in default. This research was conducted descriptively and analytically using a normative-legal approach. The importance of regulating syndicated credit agreements will have a positive impact on increasing legal certainty and investor confidence in investing in national strategic projects. The agent is also the creditor in the syndicated credit; if the debtor defaults, then the agent is also responsible. The responsibility of the syndicated credit agent outside the syndicated credit participant is only as a liaison between creditors and debtors. The agent's role is limited in accordance with what is written in the agreed-upon agreement document
