Get PDFThis paper analyzes the way that impact factors of global tax revenue affect the transfer pricing and the tax authorities. Therefore, are examined the impact factors which are the bureaucracy, the liability, the intangibles, the risks, the capital, and the costs, of the tax system. The capital and the liability are proportional to global tax income. The charged intangibles, the costs, the risks, and the bureaucracy, are inverted and proportional to the global tax income. Criticizing the Idea of "Separation of Religion from Politics", Based on Content Analysis of Imam Hossein's Speech
Get PDFThe separation of religion from politics is a historical idea and, of course, important issue nowadays. Karbala, one of the most important and influential religious manifestations of Ahl al-Bayt's era, is capable of explaining the truth of the pure Islam. This research uses the content analysis method and library tools to examine the relation between religion and politics through the lens of Imam Hossein (as)'s speech, focusing the Karbala event. Through analyzing the speech of Imam Hussein (as) in different arenas, places, and times and focusing on the events of Karbala and 'Ᾱshurᾱ, some important statements, interpretations, and words such as "reform", " enjoin to good and forbid from evil", "jihad", "oppression", "corruption," are identified and extracted with high conceptual frequency. These concepts are based on social aspects. Reforming the nation is a social and political matter so that it has a close bond with sovereignty. According to Hosseini's speech and the extracted interpretations, there is no clear border between religious and political components, and the revealed words of Imam Hossein (as) show the true nature of the divine religion and the pure Islam in which politics can be seen in the form of religious propositions and strategies. Based on the religious event of Karbala and Hosseini's speech, the concept of separation of religion from politics will be forgotten and seriously challenged
Implementation of Pancasila Student Profile Values in the Package Book Indonesian Junior High School Class VII Curriculum Merdeka
Get PDFChanges in the education curriculum in Indonesia have influenced the development of the preparation of textbooks as teaching materials. Package books are arranged according to the characteristics of the applicable curriculum. This should be integrated into the components of the package, including the objectives, content, methods, and evaluation components. To find out this, a qualitative descriptive study was carried out in the form of an implementation of the value of Pancasila student profiles as a characteristic of the independent curriculum which will be implemented in 2024 in Indonesian language textbooks for class VII SMP. The data used are the results of the analysis of textbooks, questionnaires for students, and interviews with Indonesian teachers in DIY. Data collection techniques are, 1) observing, 2) analyzing, 3) classifying, 4) reducing, and 5) concluding. The results of this study found 38 data covering 6 dimensions, 6 elements, and 6 sub-elements. However, in practice in the field, not all teachers integrate Pancasila student profile values when learning using textbooks
Android-Based Interactive Multimedia Development For Students Of Sma Negeri 1 Kikim Selatan
Get PDFInteractive multimedia is a combined learning media of text, images, animation, audio and video that can be operated independently by the user to create two-way interaction, namely between the user and the media. The aim of this development is to develop an interactive multimedia product for learning Android-based Tanggai dance for students at SMA Negeri 1 Kikim Selatan and to assess the feasibility level of an interactive multimedia product for learning Android-based Tanggai dance for students at SMA Negeri 1 Kikim Selatan. The development model used in this research is the Alessi and Trolip model which consists of three main steps, namely: (1) planning, (2) design, and (3) development. The subjects of this research were students of class The average, namely 97.6, is categorized as very feasible. A large-scale trial involving 37 students obtained an average of 98.29 in the very feasible category. Based on these data, it can be concluded that the Android-based interactive multimedia for Tanggai dance learning is categorized as very feasible so that it can be used as a learning medium for students at SMA Negeri 1 Kikim Selatan

The Possibility of Agricultural Modernization in Afghanistan
Get PDFAgricultural modernization aims at proper productivity of arable land and water resources and access to sustainable agricultural products. In this research, an attempt has been made to discuss agricultural modernization as a positive effect of technology and industrialization of the economy with the library-descriptive analytical method. According to the data of the World Bank the studied countries have been ranked in three categories. The first group consists of group A, which ranks first in terms of agricultural modernization. These countries are leaders in terms of industry and technology, and are ranked first in terms of productivity of production factors and level of economic well-being. The countries that rank second in terms of modernization are also in the second rank in terms of industry and technology, i.e. Group B. But the countries that are in the third rank of modernization are also in the third rank in terms of industry and technology, i.e. in group C. Afghanistan is one of the countries that ranks third.
Typology of Questions Posed by Teacher: A Pragmatic Analysis
Get PDFQuestions constitute a crucial element within the realm of teaching and learning skills. Well-structured question types serve as effective tools to assess the achievement of learning objectives. This study aims to describe the types and functions of questions posed by teacher participants in the 2023 Professional Teacher Education within the context of Indonesian language instruction. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, the research utilizes a pragmatic approach. Data sources consist of 37 video recordings of teachers' instructional practices, gathered through recording, note-taking, and literature review. Data analysis is conducted using A. Michael Huberman's flow model of analysis. Based on the data analysis, the following conclusions are drawn: 1. Teacher participants in the 2023 Professional Teacher Education exhibit assertive, directive, commissive, and expressive question types. Assertive questions are employed by teachers to gauge students' comprehension of the lesson content and confirm attendance. Directive question types include: a) imperative, b) request, c) recommendation, d) command, e) recommendation, f) request, g) inquiry, h) solicitation, and i) offering. Commissive questions encompass agreements, commissive offers, and commissive suggestions or impressions. Expressive questions involve expressions of joy, liking, excitement, or approval. 2. Questions posed by teacher participants in the 2023 Professional Teacher Education serve competitive, convivial, and collaborative functions. Competitive functions include: orders, requests, recommendations, commands, and inquiries. Convivial functions encompass: offering, praising, and agreeing. Collaborative functions include: confirmation or attendance statements and reminders. Competitive functions tend to be directive in nature, convivial functions are both directive and commissive, while collaborative functions lean towards assertive types
Comparison of Merger Regulations in the Perspective of Competition Law in Indonesia and Malaysia
Get PDFThe business activities conducted by a business entity demand innovation to have market value, added value, and differentiation from its competitors. One form of innovation is through mergers, which is related to cross-border business activities, involving regulations in the country where the business entity operates. This research aims to compare merger regulations from the perspective of competition law in Indonesia and Malaysia. An example of a business entity involved in a merger is Grab and Uber. To address this issue, the research employs a normative juridical research method. The findings conclude that merger regulations in Indonesia are stipulated in the Company Law, alongside the Competition Law and Government Regulation No. 57 of 2010 regarding mergers, acquisitions, and consolidations. In contrast, Malaysia does not yet have specific regulations concerning mergers in competition law, making the merger between Grab and Uber a non-issue in Malaysia
The Relationship of Green Marketing Innovation and Job Protection on Competitive Advantage of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME): Mental Accounting as Moderating

MSMEs need to make various efforts to create competitive advantage in order to maintain the sustainability of their business. This research aims to provide empirical evidence of the relationship between environmentally friendly marketing innovation, job protection, and accounting mentality as moderating variables for increasing competitive advantage. The research objects are MSMEs of Batik, Weaving and Craft products in Pekalongan, Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to MSMEs. The research instrument uses a questionnaire taken by purposive sampling. Analysis technique using regression analysis. Research data was analyzed using the WarpPLS tool. The results of the research are that job protection has an influence on competitive advantage. However, green marketing innovation has no effect on creating MSME competitive advantage. Finally, Mental accounting is able to strengthen the relationship between green marketing innovation and job protection on the creation of MSME competitive advantage
The Dynamics of the Coka Iba Tradition in Commemorating the Prophet's Maulid, A Qualitative Perspective of the People of East Halmahera
Get PDFThe presence of tradition and culture can provide an understanding of the community to ensure the rules that apply in a community group. The coka iba tradition is carried out to celebrate the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu'alaihi Wa Sallam as a form of expression of the joy of all nature. This article aims to describe the coka iba tradition carried out by the people of East Halmahera during the celebration of the Prophet's birthday. In writing this article, the author uses the literature study methodology, and data collection is done by reviewing articles or journals that have relevance to the topic in this article. The results of this analysis show that: 1) the implementation of the coka iba tradition has undergone quite a lot of changes, starting from the pick-up process, the procession of buying chickens, reading rhymes containing moral advice and reading the book of Barzanji and congratulatory prayers as well as banquet events, 2) the values contained in the coka iba tradition are spiritual values consisting of religious values and moral values, 3) the meaning of the coka iba tradition is a religious or religious meaning seen from the cokaiba/ devil mask which has a total of 99 troops which means 99 names of Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala and social meaning which means that in the coka iba tradition there is a process of interaction and as a place to meet, 4) the acculturation of Islamic culture and Gamrange culture can be seen during the procession of the coka iba tradition which always prioritizes the recitation of the names of Allah and recites the Koran, dhikr, recites Islamic verses and the life history of the Prophet Muhammad
