Economic Democracy in Islam
Public law notions seen from shari’a law perspective have not been duly discussed in Islamic countries. Regarding the public finance in Islam and State owned banking system, in many Islamic countries both Shi’a concept banks and Sunni concept banks, while prohibiting usury have worked out a well established shari’a law compliant loan system in favor of the customers. Also economic democracy from shari’a law point of view finds its way through other means provided in shari’a rules (Shi’a or Sunni)
Exploration Influence Problem-Based Learning STEM-based towards Ability Literacy Mathematics Middle School Students
This research aims to describe the influence of mathematics learning using a STEM-based problem-based learning model on students' mathematical literacy abilities in class VII at a private junior high school in Batam City. This type of research is quasi-experimental (quasi-experimental) with a Non-Equivalent Control research design Group design. The sampling technique uses the Purposive Sampling technique. The instrument used to collect data is in the form of mathematical literacy test questions. Data analysis techniques used are Independent Sample T-test uses gain data. This gain data is required because the average of the pre-test results from second class No can be considered equivalent. The gain score is calculated using the difference between the pre-test and post-test on ability literacy mathematics. Research results at level 5% significance indicate that learning mathematics using a STEM-based problem-based learning model significantly influences literacy mathematics students' ability. Learning This has proven superior compared to the usual problem-based learning model, as seen by the average increase in ability literacy mathematics students. The research results also show that the STEM-based problem-based learning model significantly improves students' mathematical literacy skills compared to conventional problem-based learning models. In the experimental class, there was a more significant increase in average scores in the three indicators of mathematical literacy, namely identifying relevant information to solve problems and/by formulating situations mathematically using symbols, pictures or mathematical modeling (5.78 points or 17, 34%), applying concepts, facts, procedures and mathematical reasoning to solve problems (10.22 points or 30.66%), as well as interpreting solutions into the context of the problem (9.85 points or 29.56%). Meanwhile, the increase in the control class for the same indicator was lower, namely 2.91 points (8.73%) for identifying information, 1.89 points (5.67%) for applying mathematical concepts and reasoning, and 2.15 points (6.45%) for interpreting mathematical solutions into the context of the problem by providing appropriate reasons for the mathematical solutions obtained. The most significant increase occurred in the second indicator, which is applying concepts, facts, procedures, and mathematical reasoning to solve problems

The Identity of Priangan Local Wisdom in Modern Batik Motif Innovation
Indonesia is a country rich in culture and customs, producing a diverse culture. This cultural diversity is passed down from generation to generation, so that its sustainability is maintained. One heritage that is still developing today is batik which has been designated by UNESCO as authentic culture from Indonesia. There are more than hundreds of batik motifs from various regions with unique styles, motifs, patterns and different techniques. Historically batik originates from the island of Java, especially Central Java. In West Java, it is known as Priangan batik, which is a term used to give identity to batik produced and made in the Priangan area. Several areas in West Java that are batik industrial areas are Bandung, Garut, Purwakarta, Sukabumi, Cianjur and Bogor. With the spirit of preserving batik, these regions try to elevate batik motifs by presenting or creating innovations in their respective new motifs and products as iconic identities of a region, elevating the philosophical meaning of motifs from objects that are developed into batik motifs or the creativity of craftsmen from that area

In practice, bankruptcy costs and curator service fees have been disproportionate where Intidana Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP) has a larger payment obligation compared to the bankrupt petitioner, which is not in line with the principle of proportionality or equal distribution from Aristotle's Distributive Theory. The legal consequences arising from the issuance of Determination Number. 1/Pdt.Sus-Cancellation of Peace/2022/PN.Niaga Smg jo. Number 10/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2015/PN.Niaga Smg, include: the imposition of high curator service fees, the occurrence of execution, and the inability of Intidana Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP) to operate again, which is not in accordance with the theory of justice
Investigating the Possibility of Stratification of Poor Households in Islam with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method
The efficient allocation of support resources to the poor and needy is one of the basic challenges in the policies, programs and actions of countries to reduce poverty until it is completely eradicated, one of the main factors of which is the neglect of priorities based on the real dimensions and standards of poverty. In this research, which was carried out with a descriptive and survey method, the dimensions and criteria of poverty were investigated and categorized with the Islamic approach, and then weighted and importance was measured using the opinion of elites and experts in the form of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) model. Then, the poor households are leveled based on the importance of their type of need, so that they can be prioritized for assistance and support programs accordingly. The results of the research indicate that the households suffering from welfare, ability and participation poverty are in the first, second and third level respectively in terms of importance of need. In the stratification of poor households based on the criteria of each of the dimensions of poverty, the results show that households with income poverty are in the first level, households in poverty due to employment are in the second level, households without assets and health are in the third level, and households with education problems are in the second level. Fourth, households with housing problems are placed on the fifth level, and other needy households are placed on the next levels
The Confrontation of Life and Death in the Poetry of Manouchehr Atashi and Ali Babachahi
Death and life are two issues that have always preoccupied the human mind and everyone has speculated about what they are. Their symptoms can be traced in all works of art. In this respect, Persian poetry from time to time has also been full of effects, attitudes and judgments that Persian poets had about death. Meanwhile, Manouchehr Atashi and Ali Babachahi, two of the greatest poets of this era, based on their view specifically and with awareness of new dimensions and certain metamorphosis have depicted these concepts. Through looking at the idea behind poems this point can be reached that these poets’ (especially Babachahi’s) attainting this unpleasant image of life does not mean praising death at all. Atashi, despite all his sense of escaping the world, tastes with all heart and soul life’s vitality and joyfulness. Unlike Babachahi, life in his eyes has not lost its color completely. On the other hand, death rules over large and important parts of thoughts of the lyrics Babachahi forms in a way that he can be regarded as a poet whose collection of poems has made use of high frequency and a different and unique way of expressing this phenomenon at its heart. In this respect, Atashi has not been influenced that deeply; on this basis, he cannot be considered as a poet strongly obsessed with death. This study is on track to achieve the vision and worldview through which Manouchehr Atashi and Ali Babachahi dealt with the two basic issues of human life and death. Through using the descriptive-analytical method, their view of life and death is to be explained based on their poems.
Legal Protection Against Police Members in Criminal Actions on Office Orders Post 2024 Election
This research was conducted with the aim of finding out how position orders and position orders without authority are regulated in Article 51 of the Criminal Code and the role of office orders and position orders without authority in providing a balance between the protection of perpetrators and the public interest. By using normative juridical research methods, it is concluded: 1. Regulation of position orders and position orders without authority in Article 51 of the Criminal Code, firstly to protect perpetrators who carry out office orders because carrying out office orders is something that is in accordance with the rules and regulations, and there is also a criminal threat in Article 216 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code against people who do not comply with orders or requests from officials whose job it is to supervise something. 2. The substance of a position order without authority, namely that a position order without authority basically cannot release the person being ordered from punishment. The only exception to the general provisions regarding orders for positions without authority is if the person being ordered fulfills the two conditions specified in Article 51 paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code, namely: if the person being ordered, in good faith, believes that the order was given with authority; and if the implementation of the order is included in the work environment of the person being ordered
Evaluation of Injury Risk in Indoor Climbing Athletes and Provision of Specialized Care in Greece: A Review and Study Protocol
Competitive climbing has witnessed significant growth in recent years, leading to an increased focus on both indoor and outdoor training. This rise in popularity has been accompanied by a higher frequency of climbing-related injuries, particularly in the upper limbs, with finger tendon injuries being the most prevalent. The rapid evolution of the sport, including the introduction of more complex climbing walls and movements, has further elevated the risk of injury among athletes. Despite the increasing number of injuries, there is a noticeable gap in specialized knowledge and treatment of these injuries, particularly in Greece, where healthcare providers may lack the expertise needed to effectively manage and rehabilitate climbing-related injuries. This study aims to address these gaps by conducting a detailed investigation into the epidemiology of climbing injuries. The research involves distributing comprehensive questionnaires to climbers, focusing on the types of injuries sustained, the level of climbing difficulty at the time of injury, and the specific types of climbing holds involved. Additionally, the study will document clinical symptoms and assess the level of specialized care provided by healthcare professionals. By correlating injury patterns with factors such as training intensity, climbing hold design, and the expertise of healthcare providers, this study seeks to develop targeted prevention and treatment strategies. The findings will not only contribute to safer climbing practices but also provide valuable insights into improving injury management and rehabilitation. This research is particularly relevant given the sport's inclusion in the Olympic Games, highlighting the need for a deeper understanding of the unique demands and risks associated with competitive climbing
