A Literature Review Regarding the Position of Adversity Quotient in Mathematics Learning
The adversity quotient is the ability of the student to control themselves when facing problems and how the student can find a solution to the problems encountered to get out of difficulties. This research is a literature review that focuses on the position of adversity quotient in mathematical learning. This study reviewed 24 articles from Scopus, ERIC, and Science Direct. The research review of the position of adversity quotient in mathematical learning in this study explores three aspects including 1) the type of research used, 2) the research subject used, and 3) the position of adversity quotient in the learning of mathematics. Research on the position of adversity quotient in mathematical learning shows that 1) research with quantitative and qualitative types are the most common research types, 2) students on the junior high school bench become research subjects that dominate, 3) the position of adversity quotient in students' cognitive abilities is very much like critical thinking, learning outcomes and others however, based on the results of the review, cognitive abilities are dominated by students' ability to solve mathematical problems
The Effectiveness of Musical and Non-Musical Choir Training Processes in Reading Sheet Music at the Student Activity Unit Vocalista Harmonic Choir, Indonesian Institute of the Arts Yogyakarta
This study explores the effectiveness of choir rehearsal processes in the Student Activity Unit Vocalista Harmonic Choir (VHC) at the Indonesian Institute of the Arts Yogyakarta, particularly in music reading for both musical and non-musical members, as well as their interactions with the conductor. The research methodology employed is qualitative with an observational approach. Through participatory observation, the researcher concludes that musical members tend to be more confident in music reading and assist non-musical members. Conversely, non-musical members require additional time and practice to catch up with the repertoire. However, during the Voice In December (VID) concert, non-musical members demonstrate mastery of the material and adapt well alongside musical members, indicating the effectiveness of the choir rehearsal process in unifying the vocal quality of its members. Data collection involved note-taking, audio recordings, and video recordings during rehearsals and the concert. The findings suggest that musical choir members tend to aid non-musical members in learning, while non-musical members require extra effort to catch up with the repertoire. The conductor plays a crucial role in providing guidance and vocal technique training. The rehearsal outcomes demonstrate that non-musical members are capable of mastering the repertoire and participating effectively in concerts
Comparative Study the Impact of Changes in the Leased Object on the Status of the Lease Contract in Imami Jurisprudence, Afghan Law, and French Law
In the lease contract of objects, if the leased object undergoes a substantial change or a significant change in its characteristics before it is delivered to the tenant, the lease contract is void. This is because the existing object is different from what was the subject of the transaction and what was agreed upon. However, if the object undergoes a substantial or qualitative change during the lease term, there are similarities and differences between Imami jurisprudence, Afghan law, and French law. For example, if the change occurs at the beginning of the lease contract and the delivery of the leased object, according to Imami jurisprudence, it is considered as a change before delivery and the contract is void. However, in Afghan and French law, there is no distinction between the beginning and the duration of the lease contract. However, if the change occurs during the lease term, Imami jurisprudence provides different rulings depending on the type and cause of the change, such as the validity, voidness, suspension, and termination of the contract. Afghan law also, depending on the case, considers the rulings of the continuation and persistence, dissolution, and conditional suspension of the contract, and French law provides for the termination of the contract in case of a substantial change caused by force majeure, but in other cases, it rules for the continuation and persistence of the contract

Data collection was carried out through three main techniques: literature study, document analysis, and online data search. The research results show that the US veto has a significant influence in hindering Palestine's efforts to become a full member of the UN, even though the majority of Security Council members support it. This research also discusses criticism of the veto right system and its implications for the principle of equality of state sovereignty in international law.
