The Influence of Price and Service Quality on Visitor Satisfaction at Kampung Lali Gadget Tourist Attraction, Wonoayu District, Sidoarjo
This research aims to evaluate the influence of price and service quality on visitor satisfaction at Kampung Lali Gadget, Wonoayu District, Sidoarjo. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through a questionnaire distributed to 96 respondents using Cochran's formula, selected with the simple random sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression and instrument tests to examine validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The research results indicate that both price (X1) and service quality (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction (Y). Partially, the price variable has a significant positive effect, while service quality also shows a significant positive effect. The simultaneous determination coefficient (adjusted R square) of 0.792 indicates that 79.2% of the variation in visitor satisfaction can be explained by the price and service quality variables, while the remaining 20.8% is influenced by other factors outside this study. The implication of this research is the importance of tourist site managers in adjusting competitive prices and improving service quality to enhance visitor satisfaction. Future researchers are advised to investigate other factors such as promotions or visitor experiences to achieve a more comprehensive understanding of visitor satisfaction

Tomat is rich in substances that are beneficial to human health, such as lycopene which functions as an antioxidant. The use of organic fertilizer formulations consisting of Tithonia, chicken manure, and Clotalaria, as well as the timing of eco-enzyme application, aims to ensure the availability of nutrients needed for the growth period of cherry tomato. The study aims to determine the effect of the interaction between the dosage of organic fertilizer formulation and the timing of eco-enzyme application in increasing cherry tomato yields, obtaining the dosage of organic fertilizer formulation in increasing cherry tomato yields, and determining the right timing of eco-enzyme application in increasing cherry tomato yields. The study was conducted in Kakaskasen Tomohon, North Sulawesi Province, Indonesia from May to October 2024. Randomized Block Design (RBD) factorial pattern with three replications. The first factor I (A) is the time of application of eco-enzyme (A) which consists of: A1=1 x eco-enzyme application/week, A2=2 x eco-enzyme applications/week, A3= 3x eco-enzyme applications/week. Factor II (B) is the dosage of organic fertilizer formulation, namely B1= 10 tons/ha of organic fertilizer formulation, B2 = 20 tons/ha of paitan grass organic fertilizer formulation, and B3= 30 tons/ha of organic fertilizer formulation. The application of eco-enzyme with a concentration of 100 ml per liter of water was proven to be effective in increasing the weight of tomato fruit per plant. The results showed that the best application frequency was twice a week, with an average fruit weight reaching 425.78 grams per plant. The application frequency of twice a week provides an ideal balance between a sufficient supply of eco-enzyme to support plant physiological activity without causing saturation or decreasing its effectiveness

Rules for Resolving Conflicts of Public and Private Interests in the Laws of Afghanistan and Iran
Public interests are the good, usefulness, and rational necessities that are directly related to the general public and its direct goal is to secure social-national interests, although sometimes indirectly it is possible to satisfy the interests of private individuals. Private interests are the benefits, goods, and necessities of the private life of individuals and it is possible to indirectly secure the interests of society and the general public in this way. Sometimes there is a conflict between public and private interests, which includes conflict (incompatibility in the position of legislation) and interference (incompatibility during implementation and compliance). In Iranian and Afghan law, there are rules that whenever a conflict occurs between social and individual interests (public and private interests), the conflict is resolved with the help of these rules. This article, titled "Rules for Solving Conflicts between Public and Private Interests in the Laws of Iran and Afghanistan," aims to find rules to solve this problem and uses an analytical-descriptive method to find the answer to the question: What are the solutions in the event of a conflict between public and private interests? Although it is not possible to draw a clear line between the rules of the conflict and interference, because each rule provides a solution in both cases, based on their dominant nature, rules have been presented to resolve the interference of interests. Interference is a type of conflict that occurs in the fulfillment of two mandatory orders (implementation of two laws) and the lack of power of the person obligated to simultaneously perform two duties. To solve the problem of conflicting public and private interests, the laws of Iran and Afghanistan were studied comparatively. The results and findings obtained in the constitutions and laws of the two countries indicate that rules and solutions such as giving priority to the more important over the important, public order, good morals, preserving the essence of Islam, preserving the Islamic system, compliance with the standards of Sharia, not opposing the standards of Sharia, not disrupting the system; are rules that if individual rights or public interests conflict public interests take precedence over private interests
Vocational Education Needs to Support the Development of the Mandalika Special Economic Zone, Lombok, Indonesia
This study aims to analyze the needs of vocational education relevant to the leading sectors in the Mandalika Special Economic Zone (SEZ), West Nusa Tenggara. With a descriptive qualitative approach, data were obtained through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis of stakeholders in the tourism industry and vocational education institutions. The results of the study revealed three main focuses: (1) the types of vocational education that are most needed include hospitality, culinary, and tour guides; (2) there is a gap between the curriculum applied in vocational schools and industry needs, especially in soft skills such as attitude, communication, and English language skills; and (3) the lack of readiness of vocational education institutions in teacher training, competency certification, and industry involvement in curriculum development. These findings emphasize the importance of a collaborative approach between the government, industry, and educational institutions in designing a vocational education system that is responsive to the dynamics of the local and regional labor market. This research provides a real contribution to the formulation of vocational education policies that are integrated with tourism-based regional development. The practical implications of this research are that vocational education institutions need to strengthen partnerships with industry, revise the curriculum periodically, and improve the capacity of teachers and students through ongoing training, certification, and internship programs.

The Role of Ijtihadist Reason in the Thematic Contextualization of Public Policy Approaches (with Emphasis on Tafsir al-Mizan)
This study examined the "role of ijtihad-based reasoning" in uncovering the "thematic context of approaches to public policy." Based on a review of the research background and a researcher-developed conceptual model, the main question of this study is, "What is the role of ijtihad-based reasoning in uncovering thematic contexts in verses related to approaches to public policy in Al-Mizan?" The subsidiary questions of this research include the types of application of ijtihad-based reasoning in discovering thematic contexts and Allameh Tabatabai's criteria and contextual tools for uncovering thematic contexts in public policy approaches in Al-Mizan. This research is fundamental in purpose, uses fundamental conceptualization in terms of data type, employs a descriptive-analytical methodology, and uses documentary tools. The evidence and arguments suggest that ijtihad-based reasoning plays a fundamental role in discovering thematic contexts from the texts of the Quran and Hadith, leading to the uncovering of the speaker's intention and meaning. Given the credibility and application of different types of reasoning in interpretation and through the tools of various contexts, it is possible to derive approaches in different fields of humanities and public policy. Allameh Tabatabai, through ijtihad-based reasoning and the tools of various contexts, has provided many social approaches with Quranic foundations concerning public policy. The findings obtained from the conceptual model and the analysis of documentary data indicate that ijtihad-based reasoning influences the discovery of thematic contexts and can assist in uncovering various subjects
