POTENSI FENOMENA KEKERASAN SEKSUAL PADA MAHASISWA S-1 UNIVERSITAS : SEBUAH STUDI DESKRIPTIF
Latar Belakang: Kekerasan seksual di lingkungan perguruan tinggi merupakan masalah serius yang membutuhkan perhatian khusus. Berdasarkan data dari Komnas Perempuan, perguruan tinggi menempati urutan pertama sebagai tempat dengan kejadian kekerasan seksual terbanyak di Indonesia. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan pendidikan belum menjadi ruang aman bagi mahasiswa dan sivitas akademika lainnya. Tujuan: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi prevalensi dan karakteristik kekerasan seksual di kalangan mahasiswa S-1 Universitas Hasanuddin, serta untuk mengidentifikasi pelaku, lokasi, dan waktu kejadian kekerasan seksual, serta dampak psikologis yang dialami korban. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan populasi mahasiswa S-1 Universitas Hasanuddin. Sampel diambil secara accidental dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 424 mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan secara daring. Analisis data menggunakan metode univariat untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik setiap variabel. Hasil: Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa prevalensi kekerasan seksual di Universitas Hasanuddin mencapai 76%, dengan korban perempuan lebih banyak dibandingkan laki-laki. Bentuk kekerasan seksual yang paling sering dialami adalah verbal dan non-fisik. Pelaku kekerasan seksual paling banyak adalah mereka yang terlibat dalam proses Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Kejadian kekerasan seksual paling sering terjadi di ruang publik sekitar kampus dan ruang daring, terutama pada tahun 2022 dan saat mahasiswa berada di semester 2. Kesimpulan: Kekerasan seksual menjadi masalah signifikan di Universitas Hasanuddin. Namun, sebagian besar korban tidak melaporkan kejadian tersebut, dengan alasan berupa rasa malu, takut disalahkan, dan ketidakpercayaan terhadap sistem yang ada. Universitas Hasanuddin diharapkan dapat meningkatkan edukasi pencegahan kekerasan seksual dan sosialisasi terkait alur pelaporan di Universitas Hasanuddin
THE PORTRAYAL OF HEGEMONY IN THE MOVIE V FOR VENDETTA
This study examines the movie V for Vendetta through the lens of Gramsci’s theory of hegemony, focusing on political, cultural, and ideological forms. According to Gramsci, hegemony is maintained not only through coercion but also through consent, as ruling powers shape cultural norms, beliefs, and political structures to legitimize their dominance. In V for Vendetta, political hegemony is portrayed through authoritarian governance, constant surveillance, and propaganda, while cultural hegemony appears in the form of state-controlled media, historical revisionism, and the silencing of dissenting voices. Ideological hegemony is reinforced by instilling fear, obedience, and a distorted sense of justice, shaping how individuals perceive themselves and the world around them. This study uses a documentation method, which involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from the film by repeatedly watching it and noting key scenes and dialogues that reflect Gramsci’s theory. Thirteen data points were identified and analyzed, revealing how hegemony operates and where it falters. The film ultimately suggests that although political, cultural, and ideological domination can sustain an oppressive regime, resistance remains possible through awareness, dissent, and collective action. By critically engaging with these portrayals, this study encourages readers to recognize and question hegemonic narratives in literature and society
Pengelompokan Kemiskinan di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan Tahun 2023 dengan Metode K-Means Clustering
Poverty remains a significant social and economic issue in South Sulawesi Province. This study aims to classify districts/cities in South Sulawesi based on poverty levels using the K-Means Clustering method. The data used were obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) for 2023, including indicators such as the percentage of poor population, education level, and employment sector. The Silhouette Index method was applied to determine the optimal number of clusters. The results indicate that South Sulawesi is divided into two clusters, representing high and low poverty levels. The scatter plot further reveals that cluster 1 is more varied, while cluster 2 is more concentrated. These findings can serve as a foundation for formulating more targeted policies to reduce poverty in South Sulawesi
Indonesia\u27s Diplomacy in Establishing the Indonesian Language as an Official Language of UNESCO
This research aims to explain Indonesia\u27s diplomacy to make Bahasa Indonesia an official language at UNESCO. This research was conducted because Indonesian is one of the languages with the largest number of speakers in the world. In addition, Indonesian is also a form of Indonesia\u27s soft power to the world. This research applied the concept of language as power and diplomacy theory for analysis, utilizing a literature review approach. The results of this study show that Indonesian diplomacy is carried out through shutle diplomacy and total diplomacy, by mobilizing all components of the nation as well as sustainable actions in accordance with the mandate of the Ministry of Education and Culture Regulation. So that all elements of the nation have a duty to do this through various ways. One of them is done through educational channels such as BIPA, or cooperative institutions with governments in various countries to study Indonesia comprehensively. This BIPA phenomenon is the first step to learning about Indonesia holistically. Indonesian diplomacy is also successful because various countries have used Indonesian as part of communication in addition to the official language, for example Vietnam, Canada, Poland, Australia etc.
 
Problems in the Tibetan Region: China and Its Efforts to Suppress Self-Determination by the Tibetan Society
As a minority, Tibetans struggle to realize self-determination amidst the onslaught of oppression by China so that they can achieve freedom. Using a constructivist approach, this research analyzes China\u27s dynamics in suppressing the fulfillment of Tibetan self-determination. The suppression carried out by China represents its more assertive position in the problems in Tibet, as well as being an idea that shows the interest in aligning Chinese identity, which makes the problems of minority groups a threat of separatism. The findings of this research include several main notes. China has succeeded in suppressing Tibet\u27s position through various actions ranging from strengthening constructions related to Tibetan history and identity that can benefit its internal position, emphasizing securitization in the Tibetan issue to expand its sovereignty in peripheral areas, practicing modern colonialism, and strengthening the practice of particularism and creating a "New Era of China" that can limit Tibetan society. Thus, the self-determination that the Tibetan people want to achieve will only be an unrealizable wishful thinking
From Stability to Power Projection: An Analysis of Indonesia’s Shifting Foreign Policy Orientation during the Reigns of Joko Widodo and Prabowo Subianto
The leadership transition from President Joko Widodo to President Prabowo Subianto marked a change in the style and direction of Indonesia’s foreign policy. These changes are influenced by the domestic interests and personal character of each leader in making various political decisions that are important for Indonesia globally. This difference is essential to analyse, especially in the midst of rising global geopolitical tensions, multipolarity challenges, and pressing national needs. Therefore, this study raises the research question of why Indonesia’s foreign policy orientation at the beginning of President Prabowo Subianto’s administration shifted in approach compared to the era of President Joko Widodo’s administration? To answer the research question, this article utilises Gideon Rose’s Innenpolitik theory, finding that the foreign policies produced by the two leaders were based on domestic configurations, including political and economic ideology, national character, and socio-economic structure. Through a qualitative approach with narrative analysis, this article also finds that personal interpretations formed from background, professional experience, and individual characteristics influence the foreign policy orientation of the two leaders
Analysis Of Fbb Block (Fore Bulbous Bow) Scheduling Using The PDM Method
Shipyards play a direct role in the development of maritime transportation in Indonesia. A shipyard is a special place equipped with facilities to support the process of building, repairing and maintaining ships. Scheduling is an important part of a new ship building project, apart from prioritizing a minimum budget and maximizing project quality. Careful project scheduling planning will support the achievement of production targets, both in quantity and quality. A shipyard in Surabaya must have its own innovation and advantages to face these challenges in order to compete with domestic and foreign shipbuilding companies. Therefore, work scheduling must be prepared using effective and efficient methods. In determining scheduling, there are several influencing factors, such as the number of workers, level of work difficulty, production facilities, and material availability. This research aims to optimize processing time planning for ship X\u27s FBB block (rescheduling) based on various delay factors to obtain the fastest processing time for the production process. The results of accelerating critical activities using the PDM method with the alternative of additional labor are considered more efficient, where the actual duration can be accelerated by 35.6%.Galangan kapal berperan langsung dalam pengembangan transportasi laut di Indonesia. Galangan kapal merupakan tempat khusus yang dilengkapi dengan fasilitas untuk mendukung proses pembangunan, perbaikan, dan perawatan kapal. Penjadwalan merupakan bagian penting dalam suatu proyek pembangunan kapal baru, selain mengutamakan anggaran yang minimal dan memaksimalkan kualitas proyek. Perencanaan penjadwalan proyek yang matang akan mendukung tercapainya target produksi, baik secara kuantitas maupun kualitas. Sebuah galangan kapal di Surabaya harus memiliki inovasi dan keunggulan tersendiri untuk menghadapi tantangan tersebut agar dapat bersaing dengan perusahaan galangan kapal dalam dan luar negeri. Oleh karena itu, penjadwalan pekerjaan harus disusun dengan menggunakan metode yang efektif dan efisien. Dalam menentukan penjadwalan, terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi, seperti jumlah tenaga kerja, tingkat kesulitan pekerjaan, fasilitas produksi, dan ketersediaan material. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan perencanaan waktu pengerjaan pada blok FBB kapal X (rescheduling) berdasarkan berbagai faktor keterlambatan untuk mendapatkan waktu pengerjaan proses produksi yang tercepat. Hasil percepatan aktivitas kritis menggunakan metode PDM dengan alternatif penambahan tenaga kerja dinilai lebih efisien, dimana durasi aktual dapat ipercepat 35,6%
Assessment of Current Energy and Power Generation in the Sunda Strait through Hydrodynamic Modeling with Delft3D and Turbine Evaluation
The rapid population growth in Indonesia has significantly driven up energy demand, creating challenges in meeting these needs due to the declining availability of fossil fuels, the main source of power for most energy plants. Given Indonesia’s geographical position as a maritime nation with nearly six million square kilometers of ocean and over eighty-one thousand kilometers of coastline, the country has immense potential for harnessing ocean currents, waves, and tidal energy to develop renewable energy sources. Exploring these unconventional energy resources is crucial for meeting the country’s future energy demands. One of the most promising locations for Ocean Current Power Plants is the Sunda Strait. This research aims to model the ocean currents in the Sunda Strait, using Delft-3D software to assess its potential for Ocean Current Power plant development. The study also includes initial mapping of high-potential areas for energy production. Results from three observation points Sragi, Rimaubalak, and Sangiang indicate that the waters around Sangiang are most suitable for Ocean Current Power Plants with average currents of 0.86 m/s and a maximum of 4.77 m/s in 2023 also 0.938 m/s with maximum 5.20 m/s in 2024. For energy generation, the Gorlov turbine is particularly effective, producing 10642 kW in 2023 and 21285 kW in 2024, albeit with an efficiency of 36.52%. The Darrieus turbine showed a higher efficiency of 45.05%, though it generated slightly less power. Assessment of Organic Matter and Chlorine Levels in Watu Kenong Coastal Waters, Situbondo
The coastal area that has potential natural resources both tourism and coral conservation in Situbondo Regency, East Java, is the coastal area in Bungatan District. In Bungatan, there are several beaches along the Pantura as marine tourism objects, one of them called Watu Kenong Beach. A case reported online in June 2025 where there was a complaint from a marine community group to local government about an extensive coral reef’s damage in Watu Kenong covering a dozen hectares area. The purpose of this study is to determine the concentration of organic matter and chlorine in Watu Kenong waters as an initial study material for evaluating the water quality of Watu Kenong waters in order to assist the research in the rehabilitation process of coral reefs. Water sampling locations are divided into 3 parts, namely location 1 at the Pasir Putih area, locations 2 and location 3 at the Watu Kenong section. Research method used is descriptive method. The value of organic matter parameters in the waters of Watu Kenong and its surroundings is in the range of 79.63 - 97.33 mg/L. The chlorine parameter value is 0.01 mg/L at 3 water sampling locations. The conclusion of this research are the organic matter has higher level that exceed the normal threshold and it can be considered as a pollution. Remote Sensing Remote Sensing-Based Soil Erosion Rate Estimation Using the E30 Model and Sentinel-2 Imagery
Estimating the rate of soil erosion generally takes time, money, and energy. There are many parameters that must be accommodated, such as the physical properties of the soil, land cover, rainfall, topography, and so on. One alternative method for estimating erosion rates is to use a remote sensing approach. The aim of this research is to estimate the rate of soil erosion in the Special Purpose Forest Area of the University of Lambung Mangkurat (KHDTK ULM) Mandiangin, using the E30 model and Sentinel-2 imagery. The erosion rate are measured directly in the field with a number of sample points. According to the E30 model concept, field erosion samples are only measured on land that has a slope of 300. The topographic data itself is extracted from DEMNAS data. Meanwhile, soil bulk density data was obtained from https://soilgrids.org/, and solum data was taken from https://daac.ornl.gov/. From the Sentinel-2 imagery, Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) data was extracted, which is one of the parameters in the E30 model. The estimated results of the erosion rate at KHDTK ULM Mandiangin show that, in general, the highest erosion rate at KHDTK ULM Mandiangin is around 480 tons/ha/year. Additionally, almost 80% of the KHDTK ULM Mandiangin area has a very serious erosion hazard level. Of course, the fastest rate of erosion is located on hill slopes with steep topography. Apart from having steep topography, one of the factors causing the high rate of erosion at KHDTK ULM is the thin soil layer and the lack of dense forest cover. This finding indicates the need to conserve vegetation cover on steep lands
