知覚運動学習におけるレミニッセンス現象を用いた学習意欲「やる気」の測定法
Get PDF学童から高齢者までの広い年齢層において，「やる気」に社会的関心が高まっている．しかし，何かを積極的に行う意欲（動因）としての「やる気」を，如何にして客観的に測定するのか，評価系が確立されていない現状にある．精神医学的には，意欲の低下・喪失は精神疾患の陰性症状に含まれるが，行動変容の背景は多様である．実験心理学者(行動主義心理学) のハル（Clark. L. Hull), スキナー (Burrhus. F. Skinner), ミラー (Neal.E. Miller) らは，動物実験から動因あるいは動機に関する先駆的業績を築き，それを数量化する道を拓いた．その論理と法則性は種を越え，学生の教育方法にも大きな影響を及ぼした．著者らは，ヒトを対象とした課題学習として鏡映描写法を採り上げ，これまで試行間の休息時間によるレミニッセンス現象を課題遂行における学習意欲の指標として捉えようとしてきたが，その成果と今後の研究を展望する．departmental bulletin pape
Development of the focusing process that follows clearing a space
Get PDF本稿では、からだの感じ方式の心の空間づくりに続いて進展するフォーカシング・プロセスを明らかにするためにフォーカシング・トレーニーが行ったフォーカシング・セッションを報告し検討した。からだの感じ方式による心の空間づくりは、からだに空間をつくることを特徴とする方法である。フォーカシングの逐語記録を作成し、フォーカサーのからだの感じ方式の空間づくりの後に続いて起こるフォーカシング・プロセスを検討した。フォーカサーは体験過程を推進させ、心身の解放感を体験し、新たな気づきを獲得した。フォーカサーの体験過程の進展を明らかにするとともに、フォーカサーが自らの体験過程を推進させるためにガイドがどのように援助するかについて議論した。In this paper we showed the focusing process that develops following clearing a space by the body sense method. Clearing a space by the body sense method emphasizes creating a space in the body. We reported the case of the focusing session held by a female focuser and made a verbatim record of her focusing. The focuser started focusing by creating a space by the body sense method and facilitated her focusing process smoothly. She experienced the liberation of
mind and body and gained her new awareness. She promoted her experiencing process in a self-directed manner in the subsequent focusing. We clarified the development of focusing process that follows clearing a space. An Examination of Communication Skills as a Challenge for Nursing Students: Focusing on listening and speaking skills
Get PDF本研究では，看護学生の目標と現在のコミュニケーションスキルの差を確認し，課題となるコミュニケーションスキルを検討した。看護学部の大学生と看護専門学校生の計220名を対象に目標と現在の聴き方スキル・話し方スキルを問う質問票調査を実施した。その結果，話し手の話を促進したり確認したりする聴き方は，現在よりも目標の得点の高さに有意傾向が確認された。話し手が話し易くなるような雰囲気や動作を伴った聴き方は差が確認されなかった。また，話の内容にマッチした表情やジェスチャーを使った話し方と簡潔でテンポの良い話し方は，現在よりも目標が有意に高く，聴き手との関係や聴き手の聴き易さに配慮した話し方と自分の経験や身近な例をあげて話しかける話し方は差が確認されなかった。以上から，看護学生の課題となり得るのは，非言語的なコミュニケーションと簡潔に表現するスキルであることが示唆された。This study identified differences between nursing studentsʼ ideal and current communication skills and examined the communication skills that need to be addressed. A questionnaire survey was administered to a total of 220 undergraduate nursing students and nursing vocational school students, asking about their ideal and current listening and speaking skills. The results confirmed a significant trend toward higher scores for the ideal than for the current of listening that facilitates and confirms the speakerʼs speech. No difference was observed in the listening style in which the speaker was accompanied by an atmosphere or action that facilitated the speakerʼs speech. The ideal was significantly higher than the current for speaking with facial expressions and gestures that matched the content of the conversation and for speaking in a concise and well-paced manner, while no difference was observed for speaking with consideration for the relationship with the listener and the listenerʼs ease of listening and for speaking through personal experience and familiar examples. These results suggest that nonverbal communication and concise expression skills are potential problems for nursing students.departmental bulletin pape
