在日コリアンの生活の歴史概要
Get PDFThis paper examines the lives of Koreans in Japan since The Treaty of Kanghwa. It examines the legal changes, social and cultural changes, and the political changes that have been made throughout the years and deals with issues of nationality, alien registration and names. Issues of marriage, work, education, accommodation, and voting rights are also discussed.
Finally, it concludes by discussing the changes which have been made since the end of World War II and makes recommendations for the future.この論文では、江華条約以降の在日コリアンの生活について研究する。何年にもわたりずっと行われてきた法律上の変更、社会的・文化的変更、政治的変化を検証し、国籍、外国人登録、通称名の問題についても扱う。結婚、職業、教育、住居、参政権問題についても論議する。

Yoshida Shoin’s View of Academic Studies : Focusing on the Lecture on August 26, Ansei 2
Get PDF吉田松陰の学問観を考察した。その結果、安政二年（一八五五）八月二十六日の野山獄での「講義」を境に、学問の目的意識が変化していることを解明した。
それ以前の学問観は松陰のおかれた状況などにより、二期に分けられる。第一期は弘化二年（一八四五）から安政元年三月の下田事件前まで。この時期の特徴は、将来の仕官、国家改造などに備えた、観念的目的である。また、第二期は下田事件失敗後から「講義」前日までである。その特徴は、「志業」のためという、外向きな目的である。
ところが、上述した「講義」で、松陰は、孟子の説く、人が生来的にもつとされる「性善」をこそ目指せ、という「初一念」の提唱を行っている。これは『孟子』に学んだものである。また、この転換の主因は、当時の武士階級に対して、松陰が抱いた「人心」「不正」との危機意識と思われる。今後、危機意識をもつに至った原因、また、「講義」後の変遷などを考察する。I have investigated Yoshida shoin's view of studies. As a result, it was clarified that his sense of studies purpose was changing after the “Lecture” at Noyamagoku on August 26, 1855.
The previous view of studies can be divided into two phases depending on the situation of Shoin. The first period is from the second year of Koka （1845） to those before the Shimoda incident in March of the first year of Ansei. A characteristic of this period is the ideological purpose in preparation for future officers and national remodeling. The second term is from the failure of the Shimoda incident to the day before the “Lecture”. Its feature is an outwardlooking purpose for “work”.
However, in the “Lecture” mentioned above, Shoin advocates the “first thought” to aim at the “Good nature” that the person is supposed to have, as explained by Mencius. This is what he learned from “Mencius”. Also, the main cause of this shift seems to be the sense of crisis of “humanity” and “injustice” held by Shoin for the samurai class at that time. は自然の傾向に逆らった変化である．自然の傾向に従った変化であまったエネルギーの一部もしくは全部を，自然の傾向に逆らった変化をおこすために利用しそこねたときに，熱すなわちエントロピーが発生する．We propose the idea that entropy is a quantity of heat, that is based on entropy’s quality such as transport, production, and non-disappearance. The way to change internal energy of a system is to change quantities of heat, space, substances and so on. Transport of heat from high temperature to low temperature, transport of space from low pressure to high pressure, transport of substances and chemical reaction from high chemical potential to low chemical potential and so on are the changes for the tendency of nature（CFTN）, and the reverse changes are the changes against the tendency of nature（CATN）. An Examination of the Effects of Tapping Touch on Dementia : A Case Study of an Elderly Woman with Hallucinations
Get PDFタッピングタッチは指先を使って左右交互にタッチするケアの技法であり，心理的効果，身体的効果，人間関係に対する効果があると言われている。本研究は，タッピングタッチによる認知症の行動・心理的な周辺症状に対する変化を検討した。認知症の周辺症状である幻覚や抑うつが現れている高齢女性に対して，タッピングタッチを10分間，4日おきに3回実施した。その結果，初回介入後から幻覚が消失し，抑うつ傾向の改善や疎通性の向上が見られた。以上から，タッピングタッチは認知症の周辺症状の一部に対して有用であると考えられた。しかし，本事例は単一事例の検討であるため，一般化することはできない。今後，認知症の周辺症状に対するタッピングタッチの有用性を検討するために，複数の事例での検討が必要である。Tapping Touch is a care technique of alternating right and left touch using fingertips, which has psychological, physical, and relational effects. This study examined changes in behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia induced by Tapping Touch. Elderly women with hallucinations and depression were given tapping touch for 10 minutes three times every three days. The results showed that after the first intervention, the hallucinations disappeared, the depressive tendency improved, and the communication ability improved. These results suggest that Tapping Touch is useful for some of the behavioral and psychological symptoms of
dementia. However, since this is a single case study, generalizations cannot be made. Further studies are needed to apply this method to multiple cases.departmental bulletin pape
